MobileUnlock's a bait and switch IMEI website. Buyer beware, they'll encourage you to pay $26 to "unlock it" but then ask for another $86 after the fact to "fully unlock" it. Then, it doesn't come in 48 to 76 hours as advertised. It'll sit at 95% completion for days and then return with "we were unable to unlock your phone" for whatever b/s reason. They have a no refund policy. This is corruption and should be investigated as fraud in the U.K. Thank you.

Very hard to communicate with. Not fort coming with information about unlock process till after paid. Process took longer that stated.

REVISED Impression--after paying the nonrefundable $26.99... "Pay our fee and we will check if your device is even ACTUALLY eligible to be unlocked because when we had you click the big "Check eligibility" button after getting the IMEI# we really were just checking that your device isn't stolen or blacklisted, not if it's actually able to meet the stringent carrier specific eligibility requirements they so helpfully posted on their website and link directly from google where you could have just typed all your info for free and they will tell you the same thing without giving you a false sense of hope and relief that we dangled on a line in front of your face so we could take your money legally and make it just vague enough to not be considered outright theft"... Thats what they really are saying when you click the pay now button. Your payment Does nothing to ensure A successful outcome It's just A lazy tax For you not Wanting Go through the Rigor Marole of dealing with Scrolling through pages on a carrier's website in order to get to their convoluted And Over Least strict Requirements and regulations Around Device unlocks Now this is in a unlock any device no matter what type of service This is an unlock your device when you could already unlock your device But you just didn't feel like learning how to do it yourself kind of service Someone who doesn't have money To spend on a new phone Should stay away from Because Pissing away 26 dollars On something I could have found out myself in seconds Is really Detrimental to my Financial well-being though to be fair I haven't gotten the final email letting you know that undoubtedly my phone will not be eligible for unlock but should I email come and it read differently than what I'm expecting I will amend this post accordingly as I am as Fair as I am scathing in my rebukes and my reviews

Excellent communications but estimated time to complete the unlocking was completely wrong - in the final stage (after paying an additional fee!), they estimated 24-72 hours (1-3 working days) but it actually took 6 working days
