I placed an order on May 19,2020 and, as of September 1, I still haven't received it. I've asked repeatedly for a refund and they refuse. They keep saying it's on the way. In an email they said,"We ship from Hong Kong, therefore, it takes at the moment due to COVID-19 between 4-8 weeks to arrive. Please be patient." This is ridiculous! It's been a lot longer than 8 weeks. Do not trust this site! If you must buy from them, go through their Etsy store. You have a better chance of getting your money back if you go through Etsy.

Great products at great prices but customer service is poor in my opinion. Staff take a long time to reply to emails and no apology for mistakes or delays. Need to improve communication and be more customer focused.

I've ordered various Japanese goodies from modeS4u over the past year because they have a great selection. Shipping is affordable, but can sometimes take a while since everything is being shipped from Hongkong. I never had to contact the customer service, so I can't say anything about that.
Four stars (instead of 5) because there doesn't seem to be a mobile version of the site, so navigating it on my smartphone doesn't really work. For the past three years people have been spending more time online on their phones than on computers, so online shops should catch up and provide their customers with a decent mobile experience.

Most fabric shops sell their fabrics in meters or in yards (where 1 unit would mean 1 meter or 1 yard). While it's stated in the website, most people who have never bought from this place before would probably assume the price stated is per metre or yard.

Only upon receiving my order did I realize that this shop sells their fabric in units of 0.5m. It feels a little bit "misleading" as they were not very clear when we were selecting the fabric units.

The shipment was fast but I wouldn't buy from them again. I've purchased many fabrics from many places and this is the first time I've ever encountered such a way of selling whereby 1 unit = 0.5m. The price of the fabric turned out to be way more expensive than even paying for shipping to get from US directly.

I have ordered various products from modes4u a few months back and the package didn't arrive to my address, only later to find out from the company that it was sent back to their warehouse. The problem came when I no longer want the products and asked for a refund that no one hasn't contacted me since. Even after sending several emails, no one replied back. It would be appreciated if they contact me (or any other customer) to state for whatever reason why my request has been ignored. It does make me feel as though my money was stolen from me.

Honestly, there isn't a single bad thing to say. Everything arrived in good time, and was well packaged, all as advertised. Couldn't be happier with the experience. Would shop again should I feel the need to squish something again in the future.

I have purchased from this store twice and products are what I expected. It's really nice, with a great service. I had problems with one payment and they gave me different options so I could end the transactions in time. I recommend it a lot. I am happy with the special attention in every order.

I discovered by accident your website and was Very happy to find so many materials. The size (50 cm 110cm) Is perfect for me because i create one-off bags.
The only bad think us the shipping: it took 3 weeks to have my matérial (i live in France). But it was worth waiting for

They have amazing communication which is something quite rare. Prices are ok, shipping is free after 68$usd which is nice. I don't really like how they pack their packages with tight paper mailers and stuffed tight with the squishies. Packaging gets crushed and squishies sometimes get defects after being squeezed and stretched in the tight space. Overall okay, I get the right items everytime.

I would recommend this shop to anyone and everyone. I return to this site almost daily searching for new fabric for my handmade handbags. Such a beautiful variety of fabrics and super prompt delivery. Love, love, love xx

I ordered some fabric by credit card on June 6,2020 and paid $69.53. I got an update in July stating it would not arrive later than July 18. It is now August 18 and I have had no further communications. I am very unhappy and upset. I wish I had never used this company!

I have placed 2 orders with this shop and both shipments have arrived promptly and exactly as I ordered. I was very pleased with an order which I placed before Christmas. It arrived within 7 days - shipments to the United Kingdom normally take much longer. The fabric is always beautifully wrapped and they include delightful little gift cards.
The service is efficient, prompt and very professional.
I will continue to use modes4u.com in the future and would highly recommend them.

I have ordered from Modes4u for 8 months now. I have made 11 orders total. I live in the US and have never had any problems with shipping. It has never been hard to find what I am looking for. Every time I email any type of question, they always reply within 48 hours.

All fabrics on modes4u.com are cleary described. It's very important for my works to receive the good type of fabrics, I ordered many times and I never been desappointed, the packages are well conditioned and it's often very cute. Btw, I'm learning new types of fabrics thanks to the website. (I live in France and never paid any customs fees on fabrics, only one time, few years ago, on other stuff) See you soon!

I ordered 2 squishies from them which didnt cost much at all. The shipping time very quick and under the estimated arrival time which was awesome! Although my squishies came a bit defected, I still love this website. Ill be sure to order more from their website!

Purchased 1.5 meters of fabric, and they gave us a few extra inches which is always nice. International shipping time was as expected. We've purchased items from modes4u.com in the past and we've always been happy with the results.

We ordered the 2 sets of the ninja chopsticks because they were sold out on the other site that we normally use. What a wonderful surprise that modes4u was far better than that other site! Our package was shipped immediately and was delivered just 1 week later (to the USA). We even got to select a free gift. We certainly will buy from them again!

I ordered squishy item about a month ago, when I canceled it they promised would be refund to my account. However, they've never returned my money back and even no respond although I emailed to them so many times. Please be aware, i never come back through this web. They are suck!
