I've ordered from modeS twice now and both times I was extremely pleased with my purchases. Both times my shipments arrived within the time-frame that I was told they would, the items were cutely wrapped, a free gift was included, and the items were as adorable as they look online. I really appreciate the obvious effort that is put into wrapping orders for customers and the wonderful variety of cute items that are made available on the website. I plan to make another purchase from modeS soon! :)
I ordered several items of stationery on the given site and they arrived here already bent and damaged because of being shipped in a used cheap paper sleeve, pictures below. Customer Service does not respond after almost 5 days. But they insist on a ridiculous 7 days for potential claims. Buyers beware Do Not order on this site, they sell cheap stationery with a big markup in the cheapest packaging around.
I am happy with all of the items I have ordered from Modes4U. I received my order quickly and my package was in good shape when I received it. I will buy from Modes4U again.

take advantage of the free shipping, its great. I order from Canada and it seems that if I keep my orders below the $120 mark, I don't get charge import fees. Its not garanteed though as sometimes import charges seem to be allocated on a random order!

I'm a costumer since years and I always had NO problems. The prices are good, they have a huge selection, they ship fast (and well wraped - never was something broken). And it was in my language and I can use paypal. I'm always really happy.

Ich bin seit Jahren Kunde und hatte noch nie Probleme. Die Preise sind gut, die Auswahl ist riesig, es ist schön dass ich auf deutsch suchen kann in ihrem Shop und Paypal nutzen kann... Ich war bisher immer zufrieden. Es kam immer an und war gut verpackt, nie etwas zerbrochen oder so. Zollgebühren sind ab einer bestimmten Kaufmenge normal, da kann der Shop nichts dafür, sondern das Land. (Und ich habe beim Shop auch schon bestellt und musste keinen Zoll zahlen, das ist unterschiedlich. Mal ja mal nein. Das ist abhänging davon, für wie viel Geld man bestellt).

I do not understand the negative reviews. I am customer since roundabout 10 years, order bout once every month, there was never a problem, my order was always send right and without any complaint. Once i ordered two orders separately at the same day, they shipped in one box - a problem, because german customs may tax if the order is over 25. But every other shipment was ok, and i know now to order and wait a few days. I can't understand the bad reviews from germany.
Ich bin langjähriger Kunde von modes 4 u, etwa zehn jahre schon, und ich bestelle oft ein bis zweimal im Monat. Meine Pakete kommen in zwei bis drei wochen immer komplett und problemlos durch den Zoll. Ware ist immer super Qualität, vergessen wurde noch nie was. Dass der zoll über 25 besteuert, wenn das Paket abgefangen wird, muss klar sein, ist aber dank der klaren kennzeichnung bisher kaum vorgekommen. Und das liegt ja an den deutschen Bestimmungen, nicht am Shop. Verstehe die schlechten bewertungen nicht wirklich.
