Had a good experience today for my visit. Driver was on time got me to the Dr. 20 minutes before. The driver was excellent. He also came back to pick me for my return home.
Humana is canceling our transportation benefits in 2025 and honestly it won't be much of a loss because Modivcare is the worst transportation company ever. Sadly, Modivcare doesn't care how lousy their service is. They can't find my address. They deny me rides even when I request the ride 4 days ahead of time. When I ask why I was denied they say Saturday and Sunday are not work days even though they are at work answering the phone. I have to verify my identity every time I call. When I call they say I have called the wrong number even though it's the number in the app. Will call takes at least 15 minutes every time. Before they started using Lyft the vans they picked me up in were old and dirty and the drivers were on their cell phone the entire ride.
This is a very bad company. My mother waited for the car for one hour and thirty minutes.Еhe car didn't come. I called the company, they answered that the car would be in 2 minutes. We waited another half an hour but the car did not come. This is not the first time this has happened.This company is just making fun of retirees.
This the second time this canceled my mother's transportation without notification. Filing a complaint is absolute a joke, as a complaint only becomes a part of your file and goes absolutely nowhere for review, apology, or corrective measures. The supervisors have a, I couldn't care less, you are wasting my time because there's nothing I can do, I'm forcing myself to be nice attitude!
I scheduled my rides everyday because I have to go to Ceres every day to get my medicine. My car is not working properly so I am having to use Uber drivers to pick me up. I'm always getting texts saying that my lift driver is here, but they aren't, and they usually never come. The only driver that came was 1 in 3 weeks. (Mind you I changed my location to the right spot where the Uber drivers were supposed to pick me up at). Even when I changed it to the right location, they never came.
I had called because my ride never showed then I found out they canceled it! I asked why but two representative said they couldn't figure out why! I call a third time and the lady says well it's because you didn't show up!? Excuse me I've been sitting outside for two hours now! I talk to a supervisor and he say he sending an Uber but even that's taking long! This is a terrible company just call yourself an Uber or just get on the bus
I have applied to them four times and every single time they turn me down they're not a great place to work because they don't want to hire good people to work they'd rather have people that don't care about their job and do what they're supposed to do work for them.

My driver quit because whenever he would get reimbursed for mileage, the miles were always less than they should be. The people in claims handling reimbursement were so inept, rude and cruel to him that he QUIT driving me. He told me even when he would deal with management over the mile shortage, they were cruel and would treat him badly including blowing him off. Why would you do something like that to someone helping the disabled and saving the government money? It does not make sense...unless you look at the fact that they probably work from home, get a salary, and don't give a hoot about the disabled. He said it wasn't worth it to drive me, so I lost a friend and a driver. I do not know what I am going to do. Modivcare should not have CARE in their name. They are actually worse than Logisticare was.
My patient has to depend on Movicare for transporation to her appointments. On multiple occasions they have stranded her. Not only does that impair the care I can provide her, but it also deprives other patients of an appointment. Not sure how they get away with getting insurance companies to underwrite them, because they are not providing quality care for patients using their services.
This is by far the worst place I've ever dealt with in my lifetime of 65 years. This business needs to be shut down. How can they continue to operate with all the negativity from all the people that needs this service. Hate to even have to call them cause you just know whatever you say to them it will be messed up. HATE THIS PLACE!
Got confirmation number, wrote down and info was repeated to me. When I expected ride. I did not get text confirmation so, I called and was told there was no reservation. Asked to speak to manager or supervisor and was ignored. Not happy.
Waiting up to 10 hours for rides on a regular basis. Wrong addresses entered on a regular basis.
Med transport cars regularly are no show no call.
The result... Missed appts.
Missed procedures. Missed treatments. Stuck for hours with no food, water, medication in extreme weather conditions with nowhere to shelter.
Modivcare has never fixed the issues. Corporate has never responded to written correspondence or phone calls.
Major news stations blew the whistle on this company in Florida. (Look it up). They also had 3 whistle blower employees in the Midwest report fraudulent billing totaling 3.8 million dollars in a period of many years.

1. your state senator
2. Your congressman
3 your attorney generals office, dept of consumer protection.
4. Medicaid, Medicare fraud and waste.
5. State dept of social services
6. State dept of transportation
7. Major news networks.
If everyone did this
8 your insurance company. Every time.
9. Modivcare Everytime.
If everyone does this, they will be forced to fix their problems at some point.
The biggest concern is how any peoples health worsened by waiting for care or may have died from missing dialysis etc. Procedures being delayed etc.
This company needs to be audited.

I've scheduled many rides through modivcare just to be left waiting with no ride. I then call to see where my ride is just to be told it was canceled due to lack of drivers. I get texts confirming drivers but never get contacted when they cancel it. I'm then left rescheduling my doctors appointments. I have ailments getting worse due to modivcare's incompetence. Lousy. They need to do a better job providing rides than what they do
I filed a claim May 2023 and resubmitted it 5x and filed a complaint with Modivcare and my Insurance company. 6months of nightmares with this claim so I called today and the claim is just now being processed. Really people come on this is almost November. The company should be shut down or replaced. How about investigating to see where the same problems keep occurring. Needless to say the processing time takes about 6 weeks then 2 weeks in the mail for payment. So another 2 months of processing. WOW
BS Lies and Betrayal? The lies for me? So, no call, no text, no one to talk to me since. Candace Hite has this thing to destroy me and I am already in Hell. The state of Virginia health offers and services are corrupted as Modivcare shows in prime example. You are lying and hurting very sick people? Please do not believe lies from UHC Candace Hite, because you had started acting decent but lo and behold she might be roasted in her own fire. I have no reason to lie and am tired of being subjected to the bullying hate crime you got going with them.
Because of transportation I have missed appointments. They have no true medical can. Uber/lyft are always lost. There is no live human person to speak or help you. Overall, they get an F!
Their routing department assigns whatever transportation they want despite the patient's needs or requirements.
I have had to file multiple complaints against the transportation company they provided to pick up my son for over 3 months. They still will not and have not assigned a different company and have allowed this company to be verbally and mentally abusive toy son and I. They pick him up from home when they want to pick him up, call my phone rushing my son out the door as soon as they arrive and today the driver had the nerve to ring my doorbell after he pulled up a minute later telling my son to hurry up he taking too long. Then he tried to deny that he rang my doorbell. I have 24hour running cameras. Modivcare refuses to change the company that picks him up and allows us to continuously deal with the harassment and abuse.
My husband has an appointment and we waited and waited. This was his first appointment at this new Dr. they are not happy with him at all and it was modivcars fault. Do NOT use modivcare. They will NOT get you to an appointment. They said they were 7 minutes away and still never showed. Bad communication on their end.

English is not the not the native tongue of most of the ModivCare office dispatchers. Very frustrating! Had to continue asking "what did you say' or "I don't understand". The agents all have a script that they read from and they did not deviate from it. I had a medical procedure with my gastroenteritis that required that the driver wait while the procedure was performed. I talked to five different agents for over 2 1/2 hours and the exact same verbiage was used. During this incident I had a customer service representative from Humana on the line with me. They even had the same issue. On the fifth call, after hearing the same script I asked to speaker to her supervisor. She said that the supervisor was on the line. I asked again to speak to the supervisor, she put me on hold for twenty minutes then I and the Humana representative were disconnected. I waited thinking that she would call me back since my number is in their system. It did not happen. I am now prompted to start looking for another carrier. I really wish I could give them a third of a star rating!
I've been a rider when Modivcare was Logisticare and let me say it is night and day! I had a standing order and they insist on scheduling me with the same company Mondlize. They have been my "assigned transportation" for almost 3 months and let's just say I've never rode with them. I've made numerous complaints and they still schedule you knowing the company isnt picking me up. Logisticare was so much better and at this point I'm 100% convinced this is a money funneling business along with transportation companies doing the same thing especially after reading other comments. If anyone knows who I can call or write a letter too other than someone at Modivcare please leave it in one of your reviews.
On this date Motivcare assigned Brevado Transportstion. The driver contacted me last night. The driver showed up on time this morning transported me to my pain management appointment waited patiently then transported me to the pharmacy where did patiently and then brought me home. That's the first time this has happened if they repeat this outstanding service the next 100 times it'll halfway make up for the s***** service they consistently provide.
Drivers are very much unreliable. Motivcare representatives are rude, they do not care about about their customers. Bring as I am a provider this is very unprofessional, and it has caused so much pain and agony for people that need medical transportation for movticare to not pick up people and take them to their doctors appointments. It is very unprofessional and what if someone needed serious medical attention and movticare never came and got this is ridicules. Shame on this company shame! I do not recommend this company.
My mom. Had a scheduled appointment no one call or showed up. I believe they get enjoyment from people's. Struggles they could care less. Find a different company. This one sucks
Very frustrating experience for me the girl showed up an hour late to pick me up for my appointment and then when I got in the car with her she was driving like a maniac and blaring the music and then started making rude comments about people that go to the methadone clinic which I do and I felt very uncomfortable riding with her and then after my appointment at the hospital I had to sit outside for like an hour waiting on her to come back to pick me up and then it was time to be nervous again in the car because she drives like a maniac and again Blair and horrible music that I hate I will never ever ever ride with that girl again they should be more particular about how they train their drivers to treat people and safety!
