Thank goodness for reviews. I am usually a small but ordered a medium based on other customer recommendations. Item arrived much sooner than expected and did not disappoint. Nice soft, thick fabric, color appears as in picture. Good price, very very happy with. Very cute! I highly suggest this. I planning to order in more colors!
You don t get item they won t talk to you or return e mails or phone messages stay away this site is a rip off. Do Not Purchase from them. WARNING I purchased 5 items... sizes way, way off. Ordered xxl, size that came was s/m. I had a girlfriend that wears a S come over and took pictures of her in the clothes and they fit her as evidence for a credit-card dispute I filed with my credit-card company against them. Arms were so long on one item, they went a good 5" past my fingertips. I'm 5'5. On the site it's all good reviews and says returns no problem. Truth, you're stuck with your purchase. They wrote back saying shipping is more than purchase. You have to ship back to China. They recommended giving the items away to a friend. The phone # is no good... you won't get a return call. Even my credit card co had no luck. For the good of consumers everywhere, don't order from them. Shut these people down.

Long waiting period on shipping. Missed my party to wear the products. But being oversized they fit me well. Are good quality. And very attractive plus I got free earrings.I would buy more from this company in the future. And i highly recommend it to others..
I ordered a swimsuit. It took 6 weeks to arrive only to discover that the solid black piece under the stripes on the top have been sewn on inside out! Really? Bottoms are not put together and no strings to attach sides of bottom. This is garbage. Don't waste your money!

The delivery period depends on the shipping method you choose. If you choose flat rate shipping, it’s quite slow and generally 2-3 weeks of delivery. Standard shipping takes 1-2 weeks, and expedited shipping is as fast as 3 days delivery.
We have been devoting to offer good products with low price, it's rarely that faulty items sent out, if it's ture, 100% refund will be issued.

After reading many poor reviews I was concerned about receiving my recent purchase. I recently received my two bathing suits within the estimated time frame and they fit great and were of good quality. Would definitely order again from Modlily.
Wish I had read the warnings first! Bought 3 blouses, received 2, one I did not order. Cheap looking blouses, made with cheap tee shirt material. BE WARE, they are a rip off... will never buy from them again.
They are the worst absolute worst online company ever, the website is all over the place it takes weeks to arrive the quality of clothing is horrendous and you have to pay over £11.25 for every item from customs. Everytime,,, when you complain modlily ignores your complaints then they respond in broken English 10 days later very vaguely,,, almost every email has major spelling mistakes... Avoid them never use this site
The two items (swimsuit and shirt) I ordered are fine. Nothing really special. Haven't gotten to wear them yet but I feel they will serve their purpose. They did come in a timely manner but shipping updates were somewhat confusing!
I accidentally ordered two of the same item. I contacted customer service and they responded quickly as promised. A refund was promptly issued. Sometimes ordering from a Instagram ad can sometimes be tricky but Modlily has won me over.
I've ordered from this site before and was satisfied, however this time they were not able to fill the order so I'm a little disappointed. I know things happen so it's ok. Now just waiting to see how long it takes them to refund me!
I purchased a shift dress. I did not do my due diligence and come here to see other reviews. Now I can add mine and hope no one else falls for this scam of a company. The dress came from Sri Lanka. The quality so poor and the sizing is WAY off. Product looks nothing like the one the happy models are wearing on the site. I have tried several times over this past week to get through to their customer service. I have "submitted" ticket after ticket to no avail. At this point I am thinking I may have to just deal with being ripped off for $35. Horrible company. Will never deal with them again. They are truly practicing deceptive advertising.
Purchased 3 items (2 orders) they were shipped from China and took 74 days to arrive. The sizing was off and I quickly learned how horrible their customer service and returned procedures are. They don't want you to send anything "signature required". Now I know why. They claim never to receive your items and don't process refunds. Luckily I used UPS and have a tracking receipt. Its been almost 60 days, still no money. No more Chinese companies for me. 5
I have been dealing with this company for quite some time through email. Long story short: Ordered 2 swim suits. Received the suits in child sizes instead of adult sizes. They made it so difficult to just try and exchange or return. Measurements and pictures and all kinds of crazy details were asked for throughout several emails. Instead of fixing their mistake they offered me 20 percent of what I paid. Then it was 35 percent. Then it was still a partial refund and I have to pay shipping to China. Do you know how expensive that is?! They still have not refunded anything and this all started about 2 months ago. Save yourself a headache and shop somewhere else!

I do like their clothing, but my complaint is, I ordered a shirt that was according to them out of stock. They charged me for the shirt anyway, and will not refund my money.
It's best to buy from an American company, as they're much easier to deal with.
Order took a total of 4 weeks to be processed and delivered. So if you are looking for quickness this site is not it. Garment a bit different than pictured. Coat was lined which surprised me, zipper was cheap on quality, and package came in cheap plastic no box. Not impressed and will order merchandise domestically moving forward.

Answer: You probably received same aweful material that I did but different color and design! My top was advertised as 95% cotton. Modlily LIED. I received a unbelievably ugly top in polyester. I wouldnt give it away to my worst enemy. I ordered through Paypal who has a new division solely dedicated to Modlily returns and complaints! Paypal will get my money back and I will be posting all over the interner to warn people of these chinese thieves!
