This company shows up on Facebook, Instagram, and Pinterest. Unlike other legitimate online stores, they will take payment immediately and never send a confirmation, much less any merchandise. I placed an order 6 weeks ago & money was taken out of my account the same day. I have never heard from them. Beware. Do not let them continue!
Horrible quality clothing, takes forever for your order to come, 2 out of 4 items sent were the wrong size, return policy is a nightmare. Wish I had done more research on this company before I waste my money.

I'm really questioning if this company should be turned into the Better Business Bureau of Investigations
Fast delivery, quality clothes as represented in on line pictures. Sizing seems a little large but it could be me as I lost some weight over the last few months and did not measure myself before purchase.
Slow delivery but great customer service nonetheless! Was actually shocked to get an immediate and appropriate response to my communication regarding the order. Very happy about that.

This site is a competitive online fashion store with thousands of trendy womens clothing.The customer service is very helpful and I were well informed about my order from shipping to when I received my item. Good value for money and I will definitely be using them again in the future.
Absolutely appalling product. Not like the picture, cheap material, bad sizing, stitching not straight, where do I end? Poor customer service, although they did respond quickly they would not offer a refund because of faulty item. Offered me 20% if I paid to send it back. Argued for days but ended up telling them to stick it! Trading standards cannot do anything as the company is in China. Do not shop with this site and please check details more carefully if you find something that is a bargain price elsewhere as there are a lot about! Below is a picture of the dress from the site and the one I actually received.
Their sizing is so all over the board when you receive the clothes its unreal. I bought a Small and a Medium (I am between a size 6 and 8). Both were way too big. ModLily told me I could incur the cost of shipping (expensive) or order another bathing suit at 40% off. Great discount but not when you have no idea if the item will even fit you or not. Save yourself time and money and buy elsewhere. This company has horrible customer service to go along with their random sizing.
Ok, so we are buying cute clothes for 20 - 30 dollars... The shipping does take a long time, but it is free. I have purchased 3 casual dresses from this company and am quite pleased with each of them. Super comfy, make is solid and I have received numerous compliments on each one. Seriously puzzled by so so many poor reviews and glad I did NOT read them before I put in an order LOL.
I spoke with Demi on an online chat about two orders I had placed earlier today. She was very professional And had that personal touch. Not only did she answer my questions but she also sent screenshots which enabled me to have a better understanding.
Thank goodness for reviews. I am usually a small but ordered a medium based on other customer recommendations. Item arrived much sooner than expected and did not disappoint. Nice soft, thick fabric, color appears as in picture. Good price, very very happy with. Very cute! I highly suggest this. I planning to order in more colors!

Do Not Purchase from them. WARNING I purchased 5 items... sizes way, way off. Ordered xxl, size that came was s/m. I had a girlfriend that wears a S come over and took pictures of her in the clothes and they fit her as evidence for a credit-card dispute I filed with my credit-card company against them. Arms were so long on one item, they went a good 5" past my fingertips. I'm 5'5. On the site it's all good reviews and says returns no problem. Truth, you're stuck with your purchase. They wrote back saying shipping is more than purchase. You have to ship back to China. They recommended giving the items away to a friend. The phone # is no good... you won't get a return call. Even my credit card co had no luck. For the good of consumers everywhere, don't order from them. Shut these people down.

Long waiting period on shipping. Missed my party to wear the products. But being oversized they fit me well. Are good quality. And very attractive plus I got free earrings.I would buy more from this company in the future. And i highly recommend it to others..
I ordered a swimsuit. It took 6 weeks to arrive only to discover that the solid black piece under the stripes on the top have been sewn on inside out! Really? Bottoms are not put together and no strings to attach sides of bottom. This is garbage. Don't waste your money!

After reading many poor reviews I was concerned about receiving my recent purchase. I recently received my two bathing suits within the estimated time frame and they fit great and were of good quality. Would definitely order again from Modlily.
Wish I had read the warnings first! Bought 3 blouses, received 2, one I did not order. Cheap looking blouses, made with cheap tee shirt material. BE WARE, they are a rip off... will never buy from them again.

Answer: You probably received same aweful material that I did but different color and design! My top was advertised as 95% cotton. Modlily LIED. I received a unbelievably ugly top in polyester. I wouldnt give it away to my worst enemy. I ordered through Paypal who has a new division solely dedicated to Modlily returns and complaints! Paypal will get my money back and I will be posting all over the interner to warn people of these chinese thieves!
