Ordered 2 shirts over a month ago Just got them today and they are both crap cheap like paper thin. I wrote on the comments in Facebook and I see they removed my comment. Don't waste your hard earned money I going to look into a refund but I'm sure that's a scam too. Take my word don't order from this site.
I received all items very quickly and all items were in new condition upon receipt. I love that the sizes offered are true to my size, not having to go up or down accordingly. I made an inquiry to customer service and it was taken care of within 24 hours! I will continue purchasing items from this company. They have quality clothes with good prices.
Well I got my dress unlike some people but it is nothing like what was advertised. Should of known really! Terrible fit, its like a size 8 at the top and a 14 at the bottom! I don't even know if I can get refunded, maybe just put it down to bad judgement and learn not to buy from foreign sites again! Glad I didn't purchase something for a special occasion!
I like this shop for I always can find some amazing bargains. I am buying every time more items than in the other shops, all are good quality. They really have superb customer service and I am stunned by their products. Just awesome!
Knowing the sizes run small I ordered two sizes up. Still, the dress was small enough to fit a 13 yr old! I've tried this three different times but unfortunately ended up donating them to goodwill. I would have to lose at least sixty pounds to squeeze into what I ordered. Mostly tho it's the bust size in dresses and tops. I'm a full 36 and China doesn't make clothes to accommodate. If they redesigned I'd order again but doubtful they would spend the money to do so. In conclusion, this site will work for ladies size 2, 4, 6. After that you will look like a sausage in the clothes.
Material is so wonderful which makes me happy. I thought the materials would be thicker but surprisingly thinner. It's soft though, so that's a plus. Out of all I bought, this was my favorite. It fits me just nice. I'm going to buy a different color this time.
Do not order from this company, they send you junk. It is in fact too good to be true, took 3 weeks to get the jacket and the one they shipped looked nothing like the picture. I new I was just going to be out the $$ but advised them the jacket they sent was terrible, zipper didn't work, had some extra flap on one side, hood looked cone shaped, faux fur was nappy and itchy, shell was detached and no way to attach it (button vs. snap) no snap on side for pockets. They offered a 10% credit to my account at 25% being the highest but returning would be very costly and time consuming. I will eat the cost, BUYER BEWARE!
I feel so stupid being fooled by the beautiful photos in their ads and I really should have read the reviews before ordering. The four tops took about 3 months to arrive and they came separately because the full order wasn't ready in time. However, the delay in delivery didn't really bother me so much but after waiting all that time, when the product did arrive it was terrible. Bad quality, both in material and production. Weird seams, weird fit. Crinkled necklines that can't be solved with ironing because it's a structural problem and sewn crooked. I never bothered to try to return or contact them because after receiving the items I finally read the reviews and didn't need the headache of trying to communicate with an overseas company. I took the loss as a lesson learned and tossed the items into the trash.

This is SO disappointing! Purchased 2 swimsuits to see which would work... of course neither. And I am having the same trouble as everyone else... no way to actually return it. I'm sure Sofia will jump on here and tell me how easy it is to return for my refund... but guess what, Sofia? You have NEVER posted a return address. That's pretty much impossible to send back without an address. How about you let us in on that? If nothing else, I have learned to NEVER do business with this dishonest company.

I've order several items from Modlily and have been satisfied with every item I've gotten. Service is good on delivery very fast. If I've had question, I can always email or call. I'd recommend them very highly!
I ordered a dress and 2 pairs of earrings back in November. The items never arrived. After going back and forth multiple times with customer service, they agreed to give me a refund - then told me, "hi, We are so sorry for that the express company has charged us the shipping fee for sent the order, so the part can not be refunded, pls understanding, thanks. (sic)" Well, I don't understand their shoddy service. It's not my fault my purchased items never arrived, but I have to pay shipping anyway? I wish I'd read these reviews before I ever ordered from them. They've permanently lost me as a customer.
I ordered two items, said it would ship within 24 hours. After a week now still no confirmation email or product. When I looked on the site the only reason I ordered was because they had 5 star reviews. Don't go by them!
When ordering from a Facebook ad, it's hard to know what to expect. Modlily suits are nice quality, true to size, good looking...just like the pictures. I do need to order some bottoms tho...I thought it came complete, you can check the item description to see what's included.

Here we go again. OK so i ordered two dresses from Modlily.com, received them yesterday one of the dresses has a massive hole on the side. This is absolutely disgusting they be talking people's money and sending them things. I'm not even gonna talk about the fact that the their clothes looks beautiful on their website but horrible in real life. But $#*! that. How the can you send someone a dress with hole in it? I'm bloody DISAPPOINTED fake $#*! website they should get sued

Being told to 'wait more patiently' from anyone in the customer service industry is THE worst possible way to respond to a complaint.
I ended up waiting over 2 months for a dress - which never came - and didn't have a working tracking order, in fact it told me my package was untraceable, or non-existent. The poor english-spoken customer service team then continually respond to my emails with 'your package is on it's way, please wait more patiently.' They ignored my request for a refund 3 times even when I threatened to get trading standards involved.
Hands down the worst customer service I have ever encountered. I would strongly advise anyone who is shopping with them in the future to IGNORE their low pricing and shop somewhere where their reviews are above 2 stars. Abysmal!
I fell in love with the ad for the geometric swimsuit as I have shown to the far right of my pictures (click bait). I received very faded material that doesn't match the blackness of the bottoms. There is a distinct orange mark that didn't show on the original picture. Best yet, it wasn't even hemmed! I've got it marked and taped up and thought I should at least tell everyone about my rip off purchase before I get sewing!
Both tops looked great online. However, the quality was very poor and not worth the money. These tops could also be bought on other sites for more than 50% cheaper. I'll not buy from this company again.
Delivery was fine, came on schedule.
The suit top fits in cup size, but the band around the chest gaps and allows for bottom boob slippage to happen. I love the short bottoms though. Color is vibrant.
They are polite & reply fast to email enquires. Orders arrive in good time.
I love the clothing I have brought from them, everything fits good except if your buying swimmers the bra area is a little small for your proper size.

Answer: You probably received same aweful material that I did but different color and design! My top was advertised as 95% cotton. Modlily LIED. I received a unbelievably ugly top in polyester. I wouldnt give it away to my worst enemy. I ordered through Paypal who has a new division solely dedicated to Modlily returns and complaints! Paypal will get my money back and I will be posting all over the interner to warn people of these chinese thieves!
