Modlily is a chinese company so expect a foreign transaction fee, shipping to be over 3 weeks and the quality to be pretty bad and run small. For me, when trying to return, I understood that there would be a $9.95 charge to return, but what I didn't know is that two of the items were not returnable. No mention of that until I tried to return. Will NEVER purchase from this company again. Another thing - there isn't a way to submit reviews on their website so how funny is it that there are reviews there. And all good reviews?

I bought my swimsuits and waited the month to get them, just to discover none of them fit. When I go to ask for an exchange they say no returns or exchanges. Even though I have an email stating free returns for 30 days. Either way I'm stuck with suits that don't fit and need to go buy more. Support local business that you can exchange no problem and talk to someone live.
The clothes are very fashionable and bright colors.
Sizing is pretty good. I've ordered a lot from Modlily and been very pleased. The fabric sometimes is thinner than expected. I will keep ordering because I do love their clothes.
Delivery is not always as fast so don't be in a hurry to receive your parcel.
98% of the time they come true to size I am 5'4 135 pounds. I order large. Very well-made great materials only drawback it takes 3 to 6 weeks to come in! Well worth the wait though!

Ordered snowman sweatshirt in November. Finally got it late December. Sent it back and posted on their website (submit ticket) postage and tracking number when I returned it for exchange size (It would have fit 2 people) or refund. So tired of submit ticket or live chat where they are nasty to you orsay same thing over and over. Before buying from them just throw your money in the trash.
I received my order within 2wks. I purchased 2 bathing suits that are so cute. Both fit fine and well made. I will purchase from Modliy again. Ordered a large which I normally wear so they are true to size
Bought some items off this company, and had some trouble receiving them because of the postage and delivery.
The communication back and forth was excellent and on a daily basis. They helped me out until i received my parcel.

I ordered 3 bathing suits from Modlily and the website advertised "free returns." I would not have ordered had there not been an option for return. When I received the order, the bathing suits were poorly made--primarily due to sizing issues that did not line up with the size charts on their website. The bust size was completely "out of whack." I was hanging out on the top, sides, everywhere. The bottoms were supposed to be waist high, but were hip-hugger and the stride in one of the suits was way too short. When I tried to return the items, suddenly two of them swimsuits are not returnable as they were classified as "flash sale." Interestingly, they were two the most expensive items I ordered. Won't buy from them again -- buyer beware, read all the fine print and anticipate a poor return experience should you need to return items.

I love the fabric and fit of the pants I ordered however when I went to order more they were out of other colors my size XL. Also was not able to redeem the coupon for being a 1st time buyer. They sent it after the fact. I had trouble leaving a review as the system didn't recognize me as a customer. The return process seems easy but they say if you leave your refund money in your ModLily account it will be there immediately for shopping. Silly me, I believed that and now that I've printed the return label I realize that they're not going to refund anything until they get the package back which makes sense. So you don't get your refund money any quicker by choosing to leave it in your account balance. The way it is stated on the website is misleading. In spite of the frustrations I am happy to have found ModLily. The styles are awesome for women my age and I'm anxious to try more of their clothing!
I am 5' tall pear shaped. Tried the large size top but it was a little snug so moved on to XL. Pleased with the length, flows nicely over my hips and covers the areas I need covered without being so long that it needs hemming. I would definitely purchase from this site again.
There were so many tops to choose from; however, the two I chose looked like they would fit. They did. The material is light weight on both, but will work. Ordering was not difficult; however, it seemed to take a long time before they were delivered.
I could not believe how great my bathing sits fit. The material was very high quality loved the softness of the material. Made to size perfectly!

Answer: You probably received same aweful material that I did but different color and design! My top was advertised as 95% cotton. Modlily LIED. I received a unbelievably ugly top in polyester. I wouldnt give it away to my worst enemy. I ordered through Paypal who has a new division solely dedicated to Modlily returns and complaints! Paypal will get my money back and I will be posting all over the interner to warn people of these chinese thieves!
