I have been so pleased with everything I have ordered. I was uneasy but everything has come and has been just what I ordered. Even when Canada was experiencing a postal strike they kept in contact and compensated me for a delay that wasn't their fault. Their clothes are so bright and pleasing
I did a FB chat with Dharani this morning who made the experience go to a 5. Last night I went to place an order, however it gave me a different delivery date for an expedited order than when I was first adding to my cart. Therefore, I did not place last night as the dates were further out. Discussed the issue with Dharani and she put a rush on my order so that I would receive by the date that came up originally. She made the process a very good experience vs not so good. Great customer service!
Products are lovely in looks
Many products look like sweaters, but are not- very thin
Most all have sleeves too long
Unsatisfactory returns- no money refund, only a 30% credit toward future purchases.
A little inconsistent in fit- some fit fine, done too small. Makes ordering future items difficult.
Beautiful and unusual designs- need to be heavier for winter.

Package sent to wrong address first then shipped to us here in Florida supposed to have before Christmas at our regular house address here for the winter received here finally package was not in good shape then charged postage was supposed to be free shipping still waiting for second package not real impressed

Answer: You probably received same aweful material that I did but different color and design! My top was advertised as 95% cotton. Modlily LIED. I received a unbelievably ugly top in polyester. I wouldnt give it away to my worst enemy. I ordered through Paypal who has a new division solely dedicated to Modlily returns and complaints! Paypal will get my money back and I will be posting all over the interner to warn people of these chinese thieves!
