I love Modlily's clothes, they're always true to size, good quality and an amazing selection which are all lovely. The only downside is I spend a lot more money than I should 😁
Shopping and ordering were easy. Coupons are available, which is nice.
I had to return two of my bathing suit bottoms, though. I thought I needed the same size bottoms as tops. Unfortunately, that wasn't the case, and I couldn't exchange because I'm leaving on a cruise soon and need the new bottoms quickly.
They granted a partial refund--only 30%. I feel that's a little low, and the return procedure was a tad confusing. I think I could have gotten 35% if I did it differently, but I had some difficulty understanding how. Also, the system required me to get an account to see my order. Nonetheless, I can completely understand them needing to cover the return shipping costs and deal with the restocking hassle, but I feel like at least 50% refund would be more reasonable. Then it would be a 5-star review for me.
That said, I'll still shop here again, because most of the prices are fair and the website is laid out well and easy to navigate. I would recommend them to others as well. I just wish you got a little more for a return, especially since bathing suits are really difficult to judge without trying them on.
My experience with this site was easy to locate the items that I needed due to their wide range of items. I will shop this site again because of my experience.
I have shop here for years, they have very modern styles. I am a 3x and have nothing but great experiences.
I don't know yet wait until I recieve and try them on. OMG 100 characters is hard to do when you don't know yet!
Beautiful garment, slow shipping however it was the holiday season, so that is somewhat acceptable. Beautiful clothing and I will order from you again in the future.
I wasn't sure what size to order at first.
When I hit the XL button it came up with the bust size and it fitted exactly what I measured

Modlilly has the most pretty blouses they are very easy to work with and helpful to work with when I have had a problem and they are very kind
I ordered 3 suits. All were beautiful, and priced right. I am 5'11" and wear a size 14. I ordered XLs and they were perfect!
I have not been disappointed with items I have ordered from Modily. The fabric sometimes feels a bit like micro fiber. I'm not a fan and most items I have purchased have been good and I wear them.
I am very happy with the purchases I have made from Modlily. With the exception of one top, everything has fit true to size. The quality is great. I have recommended your comfy to my friends.
I was really pleased in the delivery time it doesn't take as long as it used to all their swimming suits are so much nicer than what you find in the stores

It is so easy to order. If you need to return something this is also quite easy and refund is easily applied to next purchase. Swimmers are beautiful as well, just need to go up a couple of sizes to what you normally wear.
The quality of the products is excellent. I have been so pleased with all the items I have found to fit me. It does, however, take a while to get your order.
