I purchase my swimsuit from Modlily every year. I don't remember ever getting from any other store or online vendors. I am 56 years old and they are so respectful with the products they offer for all ages.
But, this issue was all ME. I had computer issues and they worked with me to correct my order Mistake. They did not have to.
Their replies are so kind and respectful. No matter what the outcome would have been as a result of my mistake. I will continue to purchase from them.

I ordered a swimsuit from Modlily. I received an email stating that my package had been delivered. When I checked my mailbox for several days for my package, I contacted the company to let them know I had not actually received my order. After checking with USPS, who were no help except to say that my package had been stolen from my mailbox, I contacted Modlily again to find out the next step. They have agreed to reship my package.
My wife returned a bathing suit. That was the wrong size. Modlily claims that she wore it or washed it. Which she did not. This company is horrible. I better get an exchange or refund. I will be disputing with credit card company if I don't hear from company in 2 days

Answer: You probably received same aweful material that I did but different color and design! My top was advertised as 95% cotton. Modlily LIED. I received a unbelievably ugly top in polyester. I wouldnt give it away to my worst enemy. I ordered through Paypal who has a new division solely dedicated to Modlily returns and complaints! Paypal will get my money back and I will be posting all over the interner to warn people of these chinese thieves!
