Returning is very easy. You are able to track the return to see if it has been received by Modlily. However I have not been able to see if the exchange item has been shipped.

I ordered two tankini bathing suits. One was perfect. Size was what I expected. Colors were vibrant just like website. The other bathing suit was nice, but the top was a pastel color and the pads for the bra were round and you could see those. I have returned the one suit and did an exchange and it's on the way.

My merchandise was returned to Modlily because an insufficient address was provided. I used the Chat service & was told it would be resent to me after I gave the correct address. The next day, I received an email with my order number saying it was delivered to me. I replied to the email & explained what happened. I'm hoping I receive my order soon.
