My items were on sale and order was delivered quickly. One of the items was too big. I was able to exchange for a smaller size with no problem. Great quality and service! I am very happy with my purchases.
It has taken me two years to get this issue resolved. As soon as I received the bathing suit and realized it was the wrong size I returned and kept having to talk to someone and get a different ticket number. Finally it was resolved and I had to pay a extra 11.00 to finally get my bathing suit after two years.
My tankini set was very well made, top fitted perfectly, the shorts were a little big so I have ordered the smaller size. More than happy with the product.
I ordered 2 bathing suits this time & necklace & ankle bracelet. Same as last year... My 2 suits are Absolutely Fabulous! Look EXACTLY like photos & shows they are of excellent quality! I am so very happy & pleased with my purchases. They fit perfectly too. I really do love this site! Would highly recommend as well! Also, things arrived within 2 weeks which is also Fabulous! I ordered bathing suits a month before my vacation. I purchased from modlily because there delivery time was more than adequate for my time frame. My purchase didn't come, I contacted modlily and was told it was shipped when it wasn't. I contacted USPS and was told a label was printed but that did not mean anything was processed or shipped. We went round and round for several weeks. I asked 3 times for a refund, they said they couldn't because it was shipped. They said after I received it I could return it for a partial refund. My order finally came weeks after my vacation was over. I am afraid to return it, don't think I would get a refund. Will never order from them again.
