I have bought 5 swimsuits and love every one of them. They fit true to size and very comfortable
I have been mostly satisfied with my swimwear orders and will keep getting swimwear from here. The one time I had to send something back was because it didn't look good on me, so there was nothing wrong with the swimsuit. I will say that everything looks good on the models they use. Would be nice to see things on more regular shaped people.
I absolutely love the dress I got. It was exactly like the picture showed. It fit perfectly! True to size.

Ordered two blouses, large size. What was received were marked as larges but more like XXL for other retailers sizes.
Used online form to request return and exchange, that form is confusing. So I called customer service to verify the size I need is MEDIUM. Received email from Modlily stating the size requested is same as first ordered. I have sent them another email stating the exchange is for MEDIUM. Still waiting on their replay and new smaller sized items.
Poor customer service since they don't know how to update their own RMA records correctly.
I ordered the swimsuits and had changed my address on the form but when I was sent my confirmation it had my old address. By the time I had sent an email to you it had already been shipped.
I have liked everything I have bought from Modlily. My only complaint is the time it takes to get an order. The second order I placed did arrived in less time than the first one but if you want to buy something for a special occasion, you had better order it as soon as possible to make sure it arrives in time for your event.

Answer: You probably received same aweful material that I did but different color and design! My top was advertised as 95% cotton. Modlily LIED. I received a unbelievably ugly top in polyester. I wouldnt give it away to my worst enemy. I ordered through Paypal who has a new division solely dedicated to Modlily returns and complaints! Paypal will get my money back and I will be posting all over the interner to warn people of these chinese thieves!
