The swimsuits I've ordered have been good quality. I get great compliments on them. Most run true to size. Customer service answers quickly but the orders do take a few weeks to receive.
Overall the products are good. I purchase many items with this company...sometimes the product is as described, but a couple have not been as described. The return process is a bit cumbersome, but you can get through it...I have kept most of the items purchased and will purchase others.
I have had no bad experience with Modlily whatsoever. Customer Service is great and will reply to a concern asap. I have been successful in my recent orders and despite the Postal Strike, I still managed to receive my item on time. Thank you Modlily.

Answer: You probably received same aweful material that I did but different color and design! My top was advertised as 95% cotton. Modlily LIED. I received a unbelievably ugly top in polyester. I wouldnt give it away to my worst enemy. I ordered through Paypal who has a new division solely dedicated to Modlily returns and complaints! Paypal will get my money back and I will be posting all over the interner to warn people of these chinese thieves!
