Got a quick response from Modlily about my return and exchange and really appreciate it! The swim wear is really nice quality and rich colors. The 16/18 size did not fit well, so I requested an exchange of one of the suits for a larger size, and pray it fits well. Modlily helped me right away and are sincerely interested in my agreement and satisfaction.

I have nothing but good things to say about my choice in swim suit! Very true to size the stitch with is very well crafted it's probably gonna last me years to come and I'm excited to wear my new suit on my up coming vacation it hides my tummy without making me feel any bigger than I already feel because I'm very self conscious to wear any bathing suits around anyone, but especially in public and I don't feel that way I'm this!

Since I have started to shop at ModLily I get a lot of compliments on the clothes that I have purchased.
My husband even went on-line and did his Christmas shopping there. The cardigans he purchased were great. Also, I love the no hassle return option. I have had to return one item so far and it was exchanged without any hassel.

I ordered the wrong size and requested to return and then replace with correct size. It was immediately mailed back. Tracking shows it's been received. I asked where my replacement order is and was told the first has to pass inspection. I requested my new order be sent. You take forever to deliver and this just delays it longer

I originally ordered 2 suits for a trip and due to incredibly SLOW shipping, they did not arrive in time. I did not like either suit so returned them both for replacements. The return process was very fair, but took FOREVER. Luckily I got the suits back before my next trip and I LOVE them both. The first shipment had great communication, second one, not so much. Shipping overall was so incredibly slow that I likely won't be back again but am very happy with the 2 suits I purchased as replacements. They run true to size and as pictured.

It was time to replace some of my old swimsuits because the chlorine just ruins your suits every year. I found a lot of cute suits at Modlily this year, and if I don't order all of them right now, I run into problems trying to get my size later in the year. KLARA made it possible and affordable without breaking the bank to order them all at once earlier in the year, plus they're helping me rebuild my credit as well. Thank you Klara!

It can sometimes take a while to get the things on your order. When you do, you will love the textures and colors of the fabrics and the fit. If you do have an issue, the online chat personnel are responsive, patient, and persistent in finding a resolution for your issue. The items I order (tankinis, swim covers, bottoms) we well crafted with a great fit. The one fit problem I had was resolved quickly with a free shipping label.

I ordered 3 bathing suits on Jan 28,2025. One came in. The other two have not been received. MM**************
This is totally unacceptable. I want the bathing suits or my money returned. At the time of ordering I did not know that we're coming from China.
