I Was very skeptical of ordering because I have tried other companies and the merchandise is very cheap looking.The blouse and jacket I ordered are beautiful.I also had to think twice because they weren't American made(delivered from out of country) thought it would take a long time.but

I had to return two of my bathing suit bottoms, though. I thought I needed the same size bottoms as tops. Unfortunately, that wasn't the case, and I couldn't exchange because I'm leaving on a cruise soon and need the new bottoms quickly.
They granted a partial refund--only 30%. I feel that's a little low, and the return procedure was a tad confusing. I think I could have gotten 35% if I did it differently, but I had some difficulty understanding how. Also, the system required me to get an account to see my order. Nonetheless, I can completely understand them needing to cover the return shipping costs and deal with the restocking hassle, but I feel like at least 50% refund would be more reasonable. Then it would be a 5-star review for me.
That said, I'll still shop here again, because most of the prices are fair and the website is laid out well and easy to navigate. I would recommend them to others as well. I just wish you got a little more for a return, especially since bathing suits are really difficult to judge without trying them on.
So much fun and easy to shop on this site. This time I was shopping for my sister. I emailed images of my selections and of course she loved every single one!
Ordering is a pain sometimes. The website says to put in the code code to apply to your order and it'll kick it out all the time. The clothes are pretty nice for the price. Their customer service has been pretty decent except they refund your money to your account. The biggest complaint I have is I had no idea that it was a company in China and it takes forever to get your order. I probably won't order anything more from them except that I have several $ in credit refunds there so I will use my credits and then be done.
The online experience was great. The web site is easy to navigate and the filters lead you to exactly what your looking for...Great selection of clothes and sizes. As a new woman, an online experience is very helpful and important. Love my new store!
Only concern was I placed 3 dresses on order but could only see two of them in the checkout, guess one was not immediately available but I still wanted to see what was ordered.

Answer: You probably received same aweful material that I did but different color and design! My top was advertised as 95% cotton. Modlily LIED. I received a unbelievably ugly top in polyester. I wouldnt give it away to my worst enemy. I ordered through Paypal who has a new division solely dedicated to Modlily returns and complaints! Paypal will get my money back and I will be posting all over the interner to warn people of these chinese thieves!
