At first I was pleased with my purchase experience, but encounter issues with an exchange. It took several back and forth messages to finally figure out what I needed to do to return a suit that didnt look as pictured.

I ordered two suits (tops and bottoms). I only needed the tops for sun protection. They arrived quickly, the colors are vibrant and rich, and they fit perfectly. I'm pear-shape but the tops still aren't tight across my hips and tummy. I am thrilled with my purchases.

The Bottoms fit wonderfully. Love that I can wear them with different tops!
The top I had to send back for an exchange because it was too Big. Waiting for the exchange to arrive. But I loved the color now to get the size right! Which wasn't anyone's fault but my own...

I can't say enough about the customer service I receive from Modlily. I had one piece of clothing that I needed to return and each representative in handling the return is very prompt and detailed in communication.

The bathing suits I ordered were so cute and were just as they were described. They were good quality and a good price. The size chart was helpful and accurate.

The items I received were great but the one I had to return was an issue somehow the wrong zip code was on my exchange package and it's been over a month of having it returned and then back with the wrong zip code. They state the will resend with correct address and zip code. Let's see if I get it

Dress is gorgeous,a touch to tight but overall it is very nice I'm an in between sizes so will loose a pound or 2 to make this dress look even better on
