I suffered from alopecia for most of my adult life. I saw this product and initially bought it because it didn't have rosemary oil ( allergic) I've been using it for 3 months now and my hair is growing nicely, no more breakage and i absolutely love it
Absolutely worst product ever, my hair was healthy and strong and this product dried it out and weakened it, my hairdresser couldn't believe the damage it did to my hair, their customer service is terrible, they are so rude, they make it a subscription and keep charging you and will not cancel the subscription, it's all a scam
Moerie Beauty——- I received many targeted ads for a specific hair product and after doing research I decided to give the product and company a shot since it seemed legit, so I went ahead with the purchase. This was in 11/27/2022, I have still not received my order or any shipping updates, even though their website stated it would be a relatively quick delivery period. I reached out to them after a week of waiting (12/5) since I hadn't received an order confirmation or shipping update and was told due to low inventory my order is delayed. At that point I decided to cancel my order bc I no longer wanted the product due to the delay and i didn't want to deal with their customer service. I requested to cancel/refund my order via email on 12/5 and instantly they stopped responding to my emails, to date I have sent 2 emails requests to cancel my order and to refund my money and they have both gone unanswered. Their website states they have a 30 day money back guarantee return policy, but since my item is "delayed" I will lose out on that return window, if needed. Additionally, after checking out I realized that I had been enrolled in a reoccurring monthly subscription, which I did not want, however there is no way of canceling this reoccurring purchase since I was not given the option to create an account or set up membership when purchasing this item and I'm going to be charged for a reoccurring subscription 30days after my first purchase, and I haven't even received my original order,. I strongly believe that this company purposely delays orders so that customers can't return them and doesn't allow accounts for reoccurring purchases so that consumers have no way of canceling anything and they get to steal people's money uninterrupted. This whole thing has been incredibly frustrating and action needs to be taken against this company. One star bc I can't select none

The smell is not very pleasant at first, but you get used to it after a few uses. I really lopve how Moerie products makes my hair feel

OBSESSED with the growth spray. OMG, it made my hair GROW LIKE CRAZY! And it smells so nice, very earthy and natural.
