Your products are amazing! I've been using the hair growth spray for hair shedding, your shampoo. Etc I've tried so many different products to prevent hair loss and nothing worked. Been using 2 months now and my hair has stopped falling out completely… I also have a ton of baby hairs growing in. Greatest product… thank you

Hair is growing

I damaged my hair with hair extensions and hair dye so I've been trying to fix my hair and grow it for awhile when I started using the products. My hair honestly grew at least 2 1/2 inches in only 3 months. I now have many baby hairs growing in too! I'll tell ya, it's so awesome to finally find a product that works!

Hair frizz going away

It takes a few day's for your hair to get used to new natural products and have a change in texture, but after it starts, it feels really good my frizz is finally going away. I definitely recommend these products!

Pleasant surprise

I suffered from alopecia for most of my adult life. I saw this product and initially bought it because it didn't have rosemary oil ( allergic) I've been using it for 3 months now and my hair is growing nicely, no more breakage and i absolutely love it

Love it!

My hair almost touches my butt, but it is very dry, breaks so easily, I am even scared to touch it. I have spent so much time and money going through different products, trying to find something that would make my hair healthy, stop breaking, and stop falling out. After only four uses of the shampoo, conditioner, and hair mask, my hair is noticeably stronger. I am amazed and I am not going to use any other products ever again! Love it!

I've ordered twice and the items were dispatched within 2 hours with tracking number. Delivery to my address within 3 days. Products are Ok, but I don't have many problems with my hair anyway, I just want to use natural products and I am happy with it.

Unbelievable! I've been using the growth spray for about 2 weeks with amazing results. My hairdresser is amazed at all the new thick growth of new hair. They're on the pricier side but in my opinion it is worth it.

Could be better

My scalp is not dry anymore, I notice less dandruff as well. My hair is not breaking like crazy anymore from being shampooed to death but I have not noticed any growth as advertised. I think the products are only great if you have very dry hair.

I have been waiting for the products for over 2 months which was very annoying, but I have been using it for over a few weeks and I have to say it was well worth to wait! If they would fix their shipping problems, I would recommend this to all of my friends that has dry hair.

I took the medication for 6 months and washed my hair exclusively with the shampoo and conditioner and there was no difference in my hair. I tried to cancel the subscription and they told me I could not cancel due to the discounted rate I agreed to when I got the deal. I had no idea I could not stop the pills from auto refill. The pills and shampoo do not work for me. If it was working I would not discontinue. This is a terrible policy. I shows that they are afraid customers will cancel so they make it impossible to cancel the subscription. Maybe it works for others but it does not for me! I will cancel my credit card so they can not run the next order thru. Terrible cancellation policy. I would advise anyone not to even try the product due to them not understanding it may not work for everyone.

Moerie is the worst company I have ever dealt with in my life. I'm not exaggerating. Their customer service is non-existent. When you try to cancel, they won't let you. I bought hair pills, the spray, and the shampoo and conditioner thinking it was a one-time order. Wrong. It trapped me into a subscription I didn't want and then did not have an option for me to cancel. It only gives you the pause option. It doesn't allow you to cancel. I went back and forth with the customer service via email, only to get templated responses that led me into another loop. They claimed that in order for me to cancel, I have to unpause the subscription and pay more money to cancel. They call it "paying the difference." I am not paying another cent to this awful scam company. And by the way, my hair did NOT grow. Nothing happened when I took the pills and used the shampoo and conditioner. So, not only does the product not work, but you are not allowed to stop using their product. Who does this? Seriously, stay away from this company. I LITERALLY HAD TO CHANGE OUT MY CREDIT CARD, BY ASKING MY CREDIT CARD TO ISSUE ME A NEW ONE WITH NEW NUMBERS SO THAT THIS AWFUL COMPANY DOESN'T KEEP CHARGING MY CREDIT CARD!

I have a very strong feeling they pay people to give positive reviews. Turned my hair to straw even though my hair was in great condition prior! I just wanted to get some length before the 4th of July. When I contacted them to ask for an address to send it back to, they told me no refunds! So I spent $70 on something that has no refund policy. I tried the shampoo, conditioner, mask, and hair growth serum. None of them even worked. I washed my hair 3 times that week and each time more hair fell out. Totally a scam! Now I am left with brittle hair that I have to work to get back to its prior condition! Do not waste your money!

Scam company! Product is terrible and doesn't work and they won't let you cancel! I asked several times to cancel my order, but they won't let me because once you order one product, you're automatically committed to buying two orders. It doesn't say that anywhere under terms and conditions as you cannot even click on it, nor does it state that anywhere on their social media. I've let them know I'm reporting them and they still refuse to cancel! They also go by a different name on your credit card, unbelievably unethical company!

Burned scalp and forehead

I am leaving this review as my mother would not.
Let me preface this with the fact she called Moerie hair care products customer service, and made must have had the best customer rep. She was given a full refund.
However, her using the product gave her a severe burn not only on her scalp; but it is now on her forehead, down around the side of her ears. Also her face feels like sandpaper. My mom has always had a gorgeous complexion. Flawless and porcelain type of complexion.
So be warned this product does NOT work for everyone. She is in the second week of the burn: it is barely starting to get better.
For sure a dermatologist facial peel is less invasive than the burn she has.
I am angry at the company and pissed that something has harmed my mom.
One more thing on the left side of her face, she now has a mole like looking thing from this burn.
I hope they go out of business.

Buyer beware. Even though they give a 60 day money back guarantee it's BS! They require you to send before and after pictures. Supposedly it's in the fine print. I would give them a negative 50 star rating if I could. They do not back up their product!

Highly recommended! I've used this range for about 4 months now and I have to say that it really works! My hair is growing in much stronger, plus I have lots of new baby hair growth. It's also allowed my hair to grow much longer than it's been in years without breaking.

Big difference

I've been using this shampoo and conditioner for a couple of weeks already and I already see a big difference. My hair feels very soft and silky and smells amazing. Even my husband said that he likes the smell, and might use it too. If you have a chance, try it out.
