I was skeptical about trying this product because you get so many fake manufactured out there they claims their products are good. But since using this product my energy level has increased and am able to sleep though the night. My hair has changed slightly and there is less breakage.
I did not sign up for an auto refill subscription I wanted to try the product And then decide afterwards So why do I get all these emails welcoming me to the auto refill program? It's very upsetting! I haven't even received the product and already I'm upset!

Well, I can't say anything about the product as I haven't received it yet. The ordering process was easy. I for one appreciate that. I hate having to jump through hoops just to place an order and I didn't have to with you. We'll see what the product is like in about ten days. I am hopeful.

It was fairy easy to navigate your site. What I don't like is getting slamed with emails, immediately after signing up. I haven't even received the product yet & would rather wait b4 that happens.

I love everything about the way E27 works! Amazing benefits and amazing products!
Only downside is it seems like the shipping takes forever! I try to plan it out where I have enough because I do not like missing a day, but I usually have a day or two where I miss my dose. The shipping date also has been incorrect the past couple shipments so I've had to order a supplement to fill the gaps. Hoping this improves!

I ordered the try before you buy. It was supposed to be 90 day supply. I used 2 sprays per day for 20 days and there was no more. So it was not a full size as they advertise. I mailed it out to return but they charged my credit card. I don't blame anyone but myself for falling for the scam. Product was not bad. I would have liked to use the full 90 day supply if I could. But like I said there was no more left after 20 days of use.

I expeirience major hair loss after having covid and I've tried numerous hair supplements in the past year and they've all made me feel ill. Most have Ashwagandha in them, which can cause a reaction in some people. Even just straight saw palmetto upset my stomach. For some reason, the formulation in Spoiled Child just works and I've not only been able to take it daily, but it seems to have a blood sugar stabilizing / anti anxiety effect as well! Plus my hair is growing back FAST! And it tastes great--and I appreciate the cute little shot glass. I just signed up for auto ship and am hopeful to see major growth in the next few months.

I had no issues with the ordering and shipping process, but when I received the product and started taking it, it upset my stomach. It was the liquid collagen for anyone wanting to know. I decided that after 3 days I was going to stop taking it. I signed up for the 21 day free trial, where you can try it for up to 21 days and after the trial you would be charged full price. Well, I went to return the product after 3 days and I went through the entire process of cancelling my auto refill and going to download the Free return shipping label and I just keep getting an error. After several attempts of trying to get in touch with customer service by the only way possible...email, they have not responded to me regarding how to get the return label. I have to add that I was in constant contact with Melissa she was very responsive for one day, regarding price to re-order if I liked the product etc. But as soon as it came time to get the product sent back so I wouldn't get charged, crickets!

Bought this product in high hopes it would help my thinning hair.
Nope - I have less hair now and even the target areas around my hairline are thinner that when I started.
I did give it the full 90 days and now it says I can't get a refund after 60 days. I was really hoping this would help. Super disappointed in this product. Buyer beware!

Customer service is horrible. Before I got my first bottle I clicked on a deal they sent me saying I have 21 days to try and if I choose to keep it and do auto refill. I would get 20% forever off and free shipping with a luxe gift. I have screen shot proof. They switched it up saying that doesn't start until my next shipment and only 10% off and nothing about free shipping. I even sent them proof. So I canceled before my trial ended.

Didn't use the product long enough to see if work because customer service was so bad.
