I would greatly appreciate having a continuous record of all buy and sell transactions for a specific stock, regardless of when they occurred. It would be beneficial to access this information even if I have sold all my shares, serving as a consistent reference for future transactions. If you could incorporate this feature directly on the buy/sell page without requiring a visit to another section, that would be fantastic. Thanks a bunch
Stay away. Initially it looks like your money is growing, then it all disappears suddenly and nobody answers your emails anymore. Invested £250 after initial misleading adverts, a so-called account manager called me to discuss funds invested in. First few days, everything was good and money growing. Then they try to get you to invest a lot more. I could not do it at the time. My funds were then switched to a system algorithm rather than a managed account. The money started dropping fast. I was assured that it was just the stockmarkets that had dropped and it would recover. Then a few days later I checked my account and all the money was gone! I tried to contact the do called account manager as well as molero support email. No answer this time. BEWARE, THEY WILL GET YOU TO INVEST A LOT OF MONEY AND THEN WALK AWAY WITH IT! DO NOT TRUST THEM!

Favorable conditions, low commissions and spreads. I also really appreciate the excellent technical support! Every time I have questions they are quick to respond and help me. There are a lot of tools here! The most important thing about withdrawing funds. Withdrawals work very reliably!

I can say that I can assess this firmly as follows.
On the positive side, I can highlight a wide range of trading instruments and a friendly welcome upon entering the platform.
On the negative side, I must note that stop-losses are often triggered prematurely, which is very inconvenient.
Overall, everything is good. The platform runs smoothly with no lags, it's user-friendly, and offers various settings with extensive reporting and data analysis capabilities. I wouldn't give it 5 stars because I can't open multiple positions simultaneously. Perhaps consider adding this feature.
More patience, particularly with newcomers would significantly improve the overall experience, though this may not be a universal issue within the company. Some customer support team members have shown impatience and been difficult to understand, leading me to transfer several accounts to other platforms, keeping only a small balance here. However, a recent conversation with a helpful and courteous staff member has pleasantly surprised me, prompting me to reconsider transferring a substantial amount back. Unfortunately losses of several pounds have occurred due to the impatience of certain staff members, often making it seem that technically savvy people struggle with patience when assisting less experienced users.
Why am i sharing this now? My recent interaction with a staff member left a genuinely positive impression. While I am not a professional, i have noticed that not all employees act professionally. Their primary role should be to support customers and help them thrive on the platform. It's concerning that some employees don't treat customers with respect and can't understand why customers might choose to leave. Despite this, there is much i appreciate about the platform, and i hope genuine improvements have been made. I will be monitoring the situation closely.
I've given a precautionary 5-star rating for the platform's quality and user-friendly interface. Nonetheless i sincerely hope there is room for improvement in their service for beginners.
The design is excellent. One of the best, nothing is overloaded. I have not made any withdrawals yet, but I did make a deposit.
