I've been trying to withdraw my bitcoin for weeks now and I still can't. I contacted the customer service multiple times and one of the few times they responded, they told me they are waiting for the reserves to refill, but it's been over two weeks and I still don't have my money. I can barely get in contact with their customer service to figure out what's going on. I've been trying to get my money back for like a month now and still no luck. Don't use this website at all!
