Was very easy to apply and get funds needed quickly. You can also make a draw from your account if funds are available. Auto payment is very helpful so don't miss a payment. Definitely would recommend this company to anyone who needs a small loan.

Yes I feel it's a scam, my husband was on the phone for an hour then next week they say we have to pay 150$ to extend payment but 150$ doesn't go towards what you borrowed, they didn't save nothing like that and plus had a hard time understanding the person. Wish I would of did my research first.

I suggest you all read deeper into what we are saying - those against and dissatisfied before reviewing and be drawn into their very standard "MoneyKey Response" to those who take a stand or say it like it was with details. They didn't come back with details - oh and with my final payment on 4//17 their rep says it is settled and well you can't come back to us. Why? I paid them and in full and on time and more than enough. Should have good standing. Right? Something fishy.

Tip for consumers:
The responded today 4/18 to say they satisfactorily handle the matter on 4/11/2017. I successfully told them what I would pay after I was quoted $700 plus after paying to payments of $266.00. Then they sent decreased balance reflected what was closer to being right since the process began. Don't use them unless you are prepared to stand and fight for what is right. Don't get in it and be sorry. I twice sent them emails of what my stance would be before they believed me.

This is an expensive way to do business, but you could easily accrue the loan fee in late payments, NSF charges etc. if something unforeseeable happens. They are professional and give you all the information you need. If you come out thinking you've been scammed then you either didn't listen or didn't read your paper work that they send ( they encourage you to ask questions about several times before your loan goes final). It works for us. Good job Money Key!

Excellent experience with Renee. S customer service rep who handled my issue. I myself am a call center director and would be more then proud to have her be apart of my call center team. Knowledgeable, Friendly and made sure everything was taken care of even stayed on the phone with me to walk me through my signed documents to make sure they went though just so that I'm able to receive my funds bay Friday, July, 28th, 2017. Thank you again Renee. S I hope your managers print this out and stick this message on your Good News Wall or even in your file.

Giselle and other staff were very patient and very helpful with me thru the process. Willing to try more than once when could not get thru to bank. They made the loan an easy journey to make by explaining how things worked. I really appreciated when I was on hold and Giselle would come back to let me know what was going on.

I took out a very small LOC of $850 and used $525. They have the due date wrong, the payment amount wrong. They can't seem to answer simple questions about billing cycle charges vs. payment date since mine are not the same. They do everything they can to confuse you about making extra payments to principle. You never get the same response. I have spent 2 days totaling 2 1/2 hours dealing with this bull$#*!. I think I will just pay it off now and be done with them. Very sketchy and do not follow up or send emails as promised. EXTREME WARNING!

My balance owed is about $1800. Every two weeks moneykey take $212 from my bank account to pay on my loan.That is $414 a month but the amount being paid off is not getting lower.I still owe $1800 and after 2 months and I have not borrowers any more money in 2 months so where is the payments going towards? They are robbing me and taking my money and took advantage of me. Do not borrow from this company. They are sharps and money robbers. I wish I had know they were like this I would never had applied to them. I need to figure out away to pay them off because they are getting triple back then what I paid them they remind me a lot of the IRS.

Tip for consumers:
How they steal consumers money and it is not worth getting alone with them because you end up more in debt infact triple in debt then when you started the money you pay them every 2 weeks goes toward a principle first it doesn’t even touch paying the real balance that you owe them which can keep you in debt for years to come.

I applied on Tuesday night and by Wednesday morning they were approving my loan. I spoke with Kristen and she was awesome. Personal service, very nice and when she wasn't available someone took a message and she called me back at work, like I asked, to go over everything. This was the smoothest loan process I have ever been through and Kristen made it even more pleasant. I would totally recommend them as a business.

My customer service rep was so helpful. I am disabled and have a hard time with computers and he walked thru the whole process with me and I was having phone issues and some other problems but he made sure I had everything I needed to secure my Loan. He is an asset to your company. Moneykey is easy to work with and seems to be a good company.

I submitted for a loan and was hesitant at first especially after the reviews being bad. The customer service ensured it wasn't bad. I understood the terms and was quoted how my payment ls would be which they are much higher. Long story short they received more then half of what the loan was in the first 2 payments but less than $50 will be applied to the principal. They are getting over and deceiving ppl. It's not worth it! Listen to me ahead of time. Only good thing is the money comes the next day but I promise it's not worth. After calculations I will be paying over 200% back.

Absolute nonsense! If have been trying to work with this lot and I have been harassed with constant emails (like 24 of them in the past two days). I have tried countless password configurations and talked to at least three sales reps and have still been completely unable to log in to there basic website. Stay away from these leeches!

I took out a loan with Moneykey and I have been paying every 2 weeks and it's not going to my principle they are loan sharks. I am about to contact the Attorney General of my state and the BBB in regards to this matter the more you pay the higher your loan payments gets. Straight Scam. Don't borrow money from this company. They're leeches they will suck you dry. Please don't do it. I wish I could give them zero stars.

This company said they would approve me but I had to give them my chase banking online user name AND password! And that he promised I could trust him!

No loan company should have to ask that information over the phone. I had already provided them with my account and routing number.

As with most payday loans, they can often be a huge money pit. Where you just continue to swim in debt no matter how much you pay each month. And with this company, the customer service makes things even worse. I tried to explain that I was behind on a payment due to hardships. The options I was given was either to combine the behind payment and the current payment, combine half of the behind payment and the current payment or they did offer to break it in 3 parts. When I said none of those work, they basically said, well, too bad, so sad. There is never a payment plan option. And you cannot close the account and just make payments on the balance. The only way the account can close is if you pay it all or default on the account. Also, the overall amount borrowed just continues to grow. It's suffocating. Run away.
