I was going through all the reviews, and all I see is a bunch of ignorant crybabies. When I got this loan I paid attention to the way they explained everything to me and I understood it perfectly. I knew that it would be expensive if I kept it for a long time. These kind of loans are meant to be short term if you pay them off quick it's easy. All I know is moneykey was there when I had an emergency and they were the only ones willing to help me. I borrowed 300 and was supposed to do 18 payments of 54 but instead I did 2 payments of 100 and then I came up with the full amount of 175 to pay it off since I kept it short I didn't have to pay back so much. Be smart about your financial decisions instead of blaming the company that was willing to help you in your time of need.

I went thru entire process and Rosemary said I was approved and then 3 days later my application was withdrawn for no reason. I went with another company immediately! Horrible customer service. Don't do business with Moneykey!

I completed app online and was approved immediately Brian the customer service rep was great my funds were deposited the same day just like Brian told me! Thanks Brian for all your help Ms Jacksonian will definitely use your company again if need to be

She quickly reviewed my case and found out that she could offer me what I needed. And then proceeded to make it happen very quickly.

I don't remember the name of the person I spoke with this morning, but she was very friendly & didn't get upset when I held her up because I had to look things up to verify. She was a bit hard to understand sometimes because of her accent & my hearing. She even said she hoped my son would be safe because hurricane Irma was hitting & he is in the path. Once I make sure the money is in my account in the morning, my rating for you will go to a 5.

Alexandra was very quick, professional, and too the point. Never did I feel rushed or like I was on the phone too long. She took control of the call and made this transaction very smooth. Thank you for being a human and not a robot!

I completed an application and their website kept bringing me back to do a new application.
I contacted customer service and was told they don't see my application. I said I did the application more than once and was not taken to a page that said denied or approved. Then I was asked for my email and phone number and "suddenly" the application appeared. I was told because I'm in California the application was declined?! Wth?!? What kind of cash advance business doesn't do business in California? One that is a total scam!

I Was in a bind for cash to take care of three items till my next check, looked around, checked out sites, when they contacted me, all details were brought forward and explained. This was truly a surprise. I give you 5 stars with no problems, the rate was a little high, but heres the thing-lapse or payup. Ichoose to go with money key, and when I get paid in full with them, if need comes again, yes I will apply. Good job and thanks much.

Just when merchants kept a taking money out of my account twice in one month I couldn't see away out. Money Key really saved me from future debt being reported on my credit report. I can finally get back on track. Thank you, Kya for your professionalism and all your help.

Good at what you do as a company and the employee are well trained. Easy to get a loan and its there when you need it. But you do need to lower your lnterest rate and not charge customers twice for the same amount of loan if they pay off interest and need a little time to pay the base loan. You will pick up more return and new customers. Dont be like the banks with overdraft fees.

During my Initial call, while the phone connection (s) weren't the greatest, the Agent Patrick was extremely patient and kind, I called back as requested, that call left me very frustrated. However, in chatting with Cassandra, she helped me with details and in general also she was thorough with her responses. Tremendous help. Do not provide a monthly statement on "How Your Received Payments are applied" Does not provide a breakdown on the amounts applied to Principal and Interest. How could your monthly payment get larger every month? When your payment was paid before the due date? This is a loan account and you are supposed to give the customer a breakdown of the payments paid showing How the payments were applied.
