Was very easy to apply and get funds needed quickly. You can also make a draw from your account if funds are available. Auto payment is very helpful so don't miss a payment. Definitely would recommend this company to anyone who needs a small loan.

Yes I feel it's a scam, my husband was on the phone for an hour then next week they say we have to pay 150$ to extend payment but 150$ doesn't go towards what you borrowed, they didn't save nothing like that and plus had a hard time understanding the person. Wish I would of did my research first.

I have been with Money Key now for several loans, and I am always happy with everything... They have never let me down... They always work with me through any of my problems... I really can't see how anyone would not be happy with them.!

Tip for consumers:
Look you guys, if you really need the $$ that quickly, where else can you get it (if you even can) unless you have an 850 credit score or credit cards galore...Come on think about it.. They try really hard to get you what you need for your problem, just be nice! ...M Photo to come later.

I have filled out about 15 of these apps. I would get as far as the last line and something would happen and I would get tired and quit... With your employees they would get connected and like a bull dog never got upet he just kept going until we're done while keeping me calm. There must be a place for him to become a manager. He has outstanding people skills which is 50% of the job... He has outstanding people skills... James Thornhill

M i r e y a was very helpful and polite. She explained everything I needed to know. She went over the contract with me and explained it thoroughly. It was easy to follow along with her. I would definitely do this again if needed.

I was very pleased with the efficiency and time that Andrea gave me. The only reason for not getting 5 stars was the fact that she sound like she had her headset way to close to her mouth. Very hard to understand her sometimes because it was very muffled.

Irene was wonderful. Very patient, very polite, very much a pleasure to have spoken with! She waited while I tried to look up my account information. She even was able to contact my bank because I was having issues with my online banking. She is a great asset to the Money Key team!

I tried calling money lwy to let them know i would be paying late. I was then replied to by someone name Tavis. He informed me that unless i have extenuating circumstances like a doctors note, or a letter stating my pay dates had changed they couldnt help me. Really a drs note? What a douche bag i will not be using them again.

I was a little disappointed that it's taken so long for your system to confirm the last loan payment as it cleared by bank 10/5 and today is 10/10. My bank online tool wasn't providing the necessary information as needed to verify the withdrawal, but Andrea tried multiple times to find a way. She did call and everything was verified. Her attitude was very pleasant and she was very helpful.

Complete Scam! I had to use a loan to get up to Colorado for a court date and I borrowed the 400. At the time of the loan nothing was explained besides my payment would be $80 per month roughly. The next moth my payment changed to over 100$ and with that I was sent an email stating that that payment will not be going towards my outstanding balance. When I checked how much was owed after that month it jumped past 500$. I have also noticed that they try to get on here and tell you that these people are not making legitimate reviews and saying they are wrong. Here is picture proof from my email! DO NOT EVER USE THIS COMPANY!

For our Line of Credit product, the one you are referring to in your post, is designed exactly as a Line of Credit: customer's complete flexibility to pull up to their credit limit and pay back as little or as much as they like when they like and on their due dates. Our agents are to always let our customers know that scheduled minimum payments do not go toward to the principal. For quality assurance, we record all of these calls. We also go a step further to remind our customer's of this and that is exactly what is written in the e-mail that you received. Our customers have complete control for how they want to pay back their credit product- they can pay the minimum if that fits their budget, or pay the maximum to pay the smallest amount of fees. As detailed on the statement that you received, interest is charged daily. Without knowing your credentials to log into your person account, the reason the following month was higher, was likely due to you having the money out more days than the previous month. The amount owed that jumped past $500, would likely be the total of your $400 borrowed and the interest charged on your line of credit for having the money out for many days. We are happy to work with your and clear up any misunderstandings. Please call us at your earliest convenience. Thank you

I hate installment loans because of the insane and ridiculous amount of interest charged for these loans. I believe that many people that apply for installment loans really don't have a clue what they are getting themselves into. Andrea G assisted me with processing the loan for me and she was very professional and thorough when answering and addressing all of my questions and concerns. Applying for an installment loan sucks, but service was great and I was very satisfied with the service and information that Andrea G provided!

She was wonderful & very informative. I had problems with my email & she found the problem & fixed it with ease. My phone kept dropping the calls so I had to call back multiple times & they didnt miss a beat. Thank you Money Key for helping me after my son was sick in the hospital. It was rough for us.

I applied for their installment loan and had to confirm my bank with them. Getting in touch with a customer rep was fast and easy, both online and on the phone. A nice lady answered my queries promptly and professionally. She made the entire transaction smooth and easy.

I started my application process as 10:30 this morning. It is now 12:44pm and still waiting for my documents to sign. I called and cancelled, not after giving waaay too much information. Talked to 5 different people throughout the process. Feel like they just give you the run around. Thanks for the help, NOT!

Mireya was very helpful and friendly. She called the bank for me to verify my account, waited on the phone while I signed the agreement, confirmed my approval and deposit date, and answered my other questions very thoroughly. The whole process only took 10 minutes.

Fillippe was very nice, patient and quick with the loan process! He was extremely knowledgeable of the whole process and even caught a mistake with my payment dates and that definitely made a difference. I would recommend him 10 times out of 10 as a rep.

I borrowed 750.00 from this company. On 8/31/15 I paid the service fee of over 254.00 for using this money for less than 1 month. I called them on 9/3/15 to get a pay-off amount. I was told it would be over 1000. 00 to pay it off. (fee of 252.00 just 3 days after I had made the 254.00 payment). I thought it was a mistake. I expected that rate to be adjusted tremendously since it was only 3 days later. I was told that NO that was the way it was. I have used other loan companies before AND this has NEVER happened. Normally there would have been practically no fee since I was paying in full. I think they are scamming everyone who deals with them. Please do NOT use this company again.

I WOULD LIKE TO UPDATE THIS POST. I received a call from a supervisor and they made this right. They waved the fee since it was within just 3 days. Rates are high but they come through when you need it.
