Was very easy to apply and get funds needed quickly. You can also make a draw from your account if funds are available. Auto payment is very helpful so don't miss a payment. Definitely would recommend this company to anyone who needs a small loan.
Yes I feel it's a scam, my husband was on the phone for an hour then next week they say we have to pay 150$ to extend payment but 150$ doesn't go towards what you borrowed, they didn't save nothing like that and plus had a hard time understanding the person. Wish I would of did my research first.
I was pleased in the beginning dealing with Rosalyn. Unfortunately the following day I dealt with someone else who greatly upset me & who obviously didn't know what she was talking about since she asked me the same questions I had already answered in my application & denied my loan request. I asked to speak to someone else since I had already been told it was approved... I just needed to complete the verification. The woman who came to the phone said she was a supervisor & asked me a few questions & she told me the same thing, "that my loan request was denied". I asked about the conversation I had had with Rosalyn & she said she would listen to the conversation, but the decision was made & my application was declined. Shortly thereafter Rosalyn called me & told me that my earlier conversion with the other women was incorrect. I completed the verification process & the requested money was in my bank account the next morning.
Great fast reliable service. My specialist T'yawne was outstanding. Everything was exactly as was explained. I applied on a Holiday and was able to receive my funds the Next day. Everything was upfront. Service was so reliable, I was able to pay for my truck repairs on time. I thank you guys so much for this service. You guys Rock! By the way please consider giving T'yawne an accommodation as she provided outstanding customer service from beginning to end. She even followed up with me to make sure I was funded and satisfied. Kristen was the MOST polite CSR I have talked to today. She was knowledge able and very friendly and assertive and outgoing. Kristen was extremely nice to talk with. I would love it if all of the CSR's in the world worked for the customer like Kristen. You go girl!
The representative was polite and she help me with my loan I ask for without any problem. Her customer skills is wonderful. She help with with my loan with a breeze. I don't have any bad complaint about her at all.

I opened a loan in October of 2015. I was out of work for two months due to surgery but I still made my loan payments during that time. Now that I am back to work I am behind on all of my other bills due to the payments I were making to Money Key. No matter how hard I try I cant get back on track. Its nearly impossible. To date I have paid money key 2168 on a $825 loan and now I owe $872.25 more than the original amount I borrowed. I did speak to a couple agents and their response was to refinance the loan and have the amount declined through my checking account and pay insufficient funds fees along with their fees. Basically bounce a check. I'm going to have to figure out who to report this to get results maybe congress person or BBB
I called MoneyKey to payoff existing loan and was transferred to David to assist me in applying for a new loan. David was very patient and professional while putting together the application, and waiting for me to complete and submit the form.
Mireya had great customer service skills. I was in a big hurry and she was very patient with me. She never lost her cool. I have been in customer service for over 20 years and have dealt with customer service personally. Not proud to say but customer service these days suck. So my hat goes off to Mireya. Awesome job!
I had an emergency come up and I called money key to discuss my loan options. Automatically Mireya had a solution and in less than 20 mins my problem was solved and it took all the anxiety away that I had!
This company understands that you go through hard times in life and will help you out the best way they can. They are kind and warm and are willing to do the best that they can to serve you. I appreciate all that they do.
Sooo after paying off a loan with this dumb $#*! company. I call to get another and the dumb $#*! say she can't reopen my account! Really wow but I paid my loan in full! What a dumb $#*!. Never again!

Please take my word for it... unless you plan on paying it back the first month in total... DO NOT BORROW FROM MONEY KEY. They are blatant liars and deliberately misrepresent themselves. The numbers don't add up after they give you false information to lull you into agreeing to the offer. I wished I had researched reviews of this company before using them.

The service was excellent! Andrea was very helpful and knowledgeable about the service provided. She explained the payment process very specific so that there were no misunderstandings later. She was polite and respectful.

I I began to file on line and signed up to do an online chat, but that was too busy. It was suggested that I I try phoning. I did so and was told I could ask to be called back, and I was the next in line. I was promptly called back and the customer service representative was very clear on the amount I was eligible to borrow and the terms. I was referred to my email to complete the application. The representative stayed on the phone with me in case I had any problems with the loan forms. It made the process much more comfortable.
My experience with this company and my service representative was so easy and outstanding. The process was so simple and they talk to you with compassion. She was so nice and considerate and understanding
I was to receive a small loan from money key the gentleman I talked to on Friday said you were approved and I was sent an email stating that got everything was fine until Saturday afternoon when I had an email sent to me that said my phone number was incorrect I had to contact them to correct it. As it being Saturday afternoon of course the bank was closed and at point I had thought I was done. I needed the money in my account by monday. I was stranded and was my only hope at that point. I was very upset and didn't know what to do. Luckley they where open on Sunday and got a person in customer service by the name of Brittany. She was helping me all she could to make this happen. I give her a 5. The other guy a 1.
All I can say at this point is a hope everything goes well and I can get home tomorrow. Wish me luck!
