Was very easy to apply and get funds needed quickly. You can also make a draw from your account if funds are available. Auto payment is very helpful so don't miss a payment. Definitely would recommend this company to anyone who needs a small loan.
Yes I feel it's a scam, my husband was on the phone for an hour then next week they say we have to pay 150$ to extend payment but 150$ doesn't go towards what you borrowed, they didn't save nothing like that and plus had a hard time understanding the person. Wish I would of did my research first.
I have not had any problems with them. I have borrowed several times and have not had any problems they take out when they say they always give me a courtsey call before my payment is due. When I pay off early I always get a great person today I had the pleasure of talking with Claudia Pedroso and she was amazing
Back in july i had an offer of this scammers, so i take the offer, i was approved for $1000 and then they said they are going to take out the whole interest out of thousand so i will only receive $925 and i they will divided that $925 for a monthly bill, i was ok with that, my first bill was august 19 in the amount of $265.67 then i was surprised because i was billed again on the sept 2 in the amount of $184.61 then another charged of $175.38 on sept 16 and then another charged of $166.61 on sept 30. When i sum up the charges it total to $792.27 and so i was happy for second that i almost paid off the $925 loan, but i was surprised when i saw the statement that i still owe $753. Like?. This is obviously scam. Sooooo freakin mad at this people. Well karma will come. They will pay for this thousand times that they will never forget in their entire life!

I asked to reloan my account after calling my bank and verifying the loan was paid in full. I was told I could not reloan for 2 to 3 business days. I was then called at 930 when I was at work and could not answer my phone. Telling me it could be done today. My question is why couldn't the reloan be done the first time I called

I spoke with Kristen and she was the most pleasant CSR. Every time I speak with MoneyKey I have the most pleasant experience with their CSRs. There rates are high, but what can you expect. The customer service eases the sting of having to do business with this type of company.

While i was on the phone with Mireya Rojas she stayed and helped me when i was having a hard time trying to sign my loan agreement and was very polite and helpful im glad she was there when i needed help,,,

I borrowed 600 dollars I make I payments mim that is but the rates keep going up now its 803 doll ors I browed money from a bank and the payment encludes fees and to the principle u guys like to rip off people

I only agreed to this loan BC I was injured on my job for over a month so my pay was short and I fell behind in rent, trying to repay the $600 at such high payments and the principal never decreasing, I fell even further behind in rent and instead of repaying your loan with my tax refund, I had to catch up on rent. Now I'm being called n threatened to take to court, and hung up on because I wasn't able to make an arrangement at this moment. HORRIBLE! I came to you to help get out of a bind and you placed me in a worse one! I'm appauled by the customer service I just received, I was threatened and hung up on... is this your idea of professionalism?!

I would like to give MoneyKey a thank you for extending a resolution to me. I understand that I misunderstood the terms of the loan and they were willing to give me a 1 time option that favored me and for that I'm grateful and believe that MoneyKey is a reasonable option but only if you really really need it.:-)

Got the $255 payday loan, terms are straightforward, no issues at all. Had to call customer service a few times to verify information, they were very friendly and handled everything well.
I contacted MK on 12/3 and had my loan by 12/4! This is the fastest, easiest lending process I've ever experienced. Diana the representative really helped me out!
Agent made process easy to apply for loan and verified information. Not really big on typing lengthy reviews please take away the requirement to type a 100 words.

I took out a loan and never even received a repayment agreement, or a document telling me for how long my payments would be for. I suggest that no one ever ever make this mistake. My loan was only $500 and it will take me at a minimum of 2 years to pay back with bi weekly payments of $150... thats $7200 it is not worth it in the slightest amount PEOPLE PLEASE PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THEM!

This Math is not working for me on May 25 I got a LOC for 600 which immediately became 713 first payment partial month June 10 $113, Second payment July 10 no principal Int only $196 Third payment Aug 10 200 principal 203 Int, Fourth Payment September $200 Principal $188 Int, I will make my last payment in October for the remaining balance of $318 $200 principal $118 Int so to borrow 600 for 5 months has cost me 820 dollars this should be outlawed or considered Robbery... NEVER EVER EVER will I work with this company again.
