Was very easy to apply and get funds needed quickly. You can also make a draw from your account if funds are available. Auto payment is very helpful so don't miss a payment. Definitely would recommend this company to anyone who needs a small loan.
Yes I feel it's a scam, my husband was on the phone for an hour then next week they say we have to pay 150$ to extend payment but 150$ doesn't go towards what you borrowed, they didn't save nothing like that and plus had a hard time understanding the person. Wish I would of did my research first.
Gisele in customer service was excellent with helping me today. She explained what I didn't understand and very helpful with explaining my payment plan.
The phone agent gave great customer service. All of my questions were answered in a timely manner with patience. She also carried consistent business character throught the call for the loan process.

She answered all of my concerns with a smile and in a timely manner considering that I'm at work and my time was limited. I explained to her how I had issues trying to apply for a loan via internet. Got all my banking, social security number, and personal information, even said I was approved online- then they had the wrong account number and ssn# for me on their end so they denied my application! DONT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!
I honestly thought quality customer service was dead... until today when I spoke to Harold from MoneyKey. He was professional, well informed, patient, understanding, but most of all- empathetic to my service needs. Harold left such an impression on me, that I requested to speak with his supervisor to relay the 100% satisfaction that I had with said service. I asked his supervisor if people with Harold's same pleasant disposition was the norm at MoneyKey- and he assured me that hiring people like Harold was important for their company. Furthermore, I had never heard of MoneyKey before, so I was initially wary. However, Harold seemed so jovial as he asked me the required questions needed to get my loan approved, that I couldn't help but trust in the process. Therefore, I left the experience feeling at ease- and knowing that this would not be my last time doing business with MoneyKey. Again, thank you Harold for being such a nice person, and treating your customers with dignity and respect; it is much appreciated. I'm happy to report that great customer service isn't dead after all!

This company was really great until I had a breach in my account due to the Credit Unions fault as well as the Experian breach. During that time it took 3 weeks to get accounts switched over and I was put on bed rest until my back surgery had been done thus losing my job. And I forgot about them, to be honest. So no contact by either of us in Dec., in Jan., or in Feb. And not even an attempt to pull out the money from the closed account. New account info was never given and it was never signed and approved for them to pull out the money in the first place. Then I get my check in March and all of a sudden I have an alert from my bank telling me that I am now in the hole and that my car insurance bill went NSF. I looked into it find out why had to pay 25.00 to get out of the hole 25.00 to put account at base minimum pay 25.00 for NSF through car insurance and the 113 for the car insurance. Not a good company, crooked, unethical tactics used by them and or their collections department that could have a foot in the door in being a fraudulent department.
This is the absolute worst company to ever borrow money from in the history of the world. They are professional, legal scam artist! They have come up with a way to steal from every customer that they lure into their company. BY ANY MEANS NECESSARY COME UP WITH ANOTHER SOLUTION TO YOUR FINANCIAL PROBLEM. Do not take their way out!

DO NOT GET A LOAN FROM THIS PLACE!
I took a loan out for $450 and the pay back is 3x what I borrowed. So if you don't plan on paying it off right away don't do it because after having already paid $879 they said to pay it off today would be another $325.00 that is bizarre! Never again using them!

Andrea was quick and very efficient at getting my loan approved. I appreciate all he service Money key has to offer. I know I can always count on them when I need quick money for any emergency.
Sergio my representative was very patient with me and even after dropping the call he didn't have to call back because we were finished he still called back and I really appreciated him
She helped explain the whole loan process and I was able to understand how it would work, how much better if I paid my loan off quicker. Very helpful and understanding. Great job.

I took out a loan with Money key and didnt realize until after the fact that the money i was paying back never seemed to hit the balance! Someone called me at work from a private number threatening to serve and arrest me for fraud in a joint effort with my bank! How about trying to talk to me... I DONT SCARE EASILY! POOR BUSINESS PRACTICES! When i asked them not to call my job anymore... the rep start yelling... i HUNG UP
