Was approved for a line of credit 2-3 days ago and still have not received it.Only gave a rating of 4 because still waiting
Applied for line of credit and got approved quickly. Requested draw and waited 4 days to receive funds due to a holiday which was understandable. 2 days after I was supposed to receive the funds I still didn't have it showing in my bank account. Used the chat feature at money key website and was instructed to call customer service. First they asked me to check with my bank and then found out they sent funds to the wrong account number. They said it would take 3-5 days for them to receive the funds back and then we would have to start the whole process over again. I asked them to cancel the loan and they said they were not able to at this time. I would have to call them back on another date
Great customer service, easy of use. If your credit is subpar, they are helpful. You just get stuck with high interest, and bill weekly payments. Use if you have no other options.

I had some unexpected expenses due to an auto accident that I was not at fault for but had to cover my deductable and a rental fee over what the insurance covered. MoneyKey was a God-send at the right time.
I understand that when a bill collector calls, they are supposed to get the money. The lady who called me wasn't going to let me speak until she was finished with her "written speech". My time is priceless so ai tried to stop her talking so I could tell her what I had just done with my bank. I had to lift my voice over hers, then I guess it shocked her that I wanted to talk. I told her about my arrangements with my bank. She eventually apologized and I told her good-bye. May I suggest that you allow the person your people are calling are given the opportunity to tell their side FIRST. I don't want the lady in trouble because she was doing only what your company/bank has trained them to do.

No help at all I only borrow $250.00 still paying after a year never will use them again. So disappointed

If it wasn't for MoneyKey, I probably would not be here writing this review. MoneyKey had helped me so much in the past! I just wish the reapplying when needed, was easier. I paid my loan off full.
Was very easy to apply and get funds needed quickly. You can also make a draw from your account if funds are available. Auto payment is very helpful so don't miss a payment. Definitely would recommend this company to anyone who needs a small loan.

I have used twice due to the cost of the loan. It's very expensive 😫, I don't recommend, you would be better off getting a Pay day loan.
They always send an email for my increase offers and make it so easy to access my account when u had to speak to an agent they were always helpful🥰
