I borrowed 750.00 from this company. On 8/31/15 I paid the service fee of over 254.00 for using this money for less than 1 month. I called them on 9/3/15 to get a pay-off amount. I was told it would be over 1000. 00 to pay it off. (fee of 252.00 just 3 days after I had made the 254.00 payment). I thought it was a mistake. I expected that rate to be adjusted tremendously since it was only 3 days later. I was told that NO that was the way it was. I have used other loan companies before AND this has NEVER happened. Normally there would have been practically no fee since I was paying in full. I think they are scamming everyone who deals with them. Please do NOT use this company again.
I WOULD LIKE TO UPDATE THIS POST. I received a call from a supervisor and they made this right. They waved the fee since it was within just 3 days. Rates are high but they come through when you need it.

My credit isn't that great at all. I received an offer in the mail from MoneyKey. I almost didn't call them cause I didn't believe it. But I called it anyway and I was very pleasantly surprised! They actually got me a line of credit that I asked for. So I say THANK YOU MoneyKey!

I was pleased in the beginning dealing with Rosalyn. Unfortunately the following day I dealt with someone else who greatly upset me & who obviously didn't know what she was talking about since she asked me the same questions I had already answered in my application & denied my loan request. I asked to speak to someone else since I had already been told it was approved... I just needed to complete the verification. The woman who came to the phone said she was a supervisor & asked me a few questions & she told me the same thing, "that my loan request was denied". I asked about the conversation I had had with Rosalyn & she said she would listen to the conversation, but the decision was made & my application was declined. Shortly thereafter Rosalyn called me & told me that my earlier conversion with the other women was incorrect. I completed the verification process & the requested money was in my bank account the next morning.
Great fast reliable service. My specialist T'yawne was outstanding. Everything was exactly as was explained. I applied on a Holiday and was able to receive my funds the Next day. Everything was upfront. Service was so reliable, I was able to pay for my truck repairs on time. I thank you guys so much for this service. You guys Rock! Kristen was the MOST polite CSR I have talked to today. She was knowledge able and very friendly and assertive and outgoing. Kristen was extremely nice to talk with. I would love it if all of the CSR's in the world worked for the customer like Kristen. You go girl!
