Was very easy to apply and get funds needed quickly. You can also make a draw from your account if funds are available. Auto payment is very helpful so don't miss a payment. Definitely would recommend this company to anyone who needs a small loan.
Yes I feel it's a scam, my husband was on the phone for an hour then next week they say we have to pay 150$ to extend payment but 150$ doesn't go towards what you borrowed, they didn't save nothing like that and plus had a hard time understanding the person. Wish I would of did my research first.

I was in a short term jam and needed $400 to get me through a difficult period. Moneykey staff were incredibly friendly and informative and provided me with the funding I needed. In addition, their explanation as to how the fees worked was comprehensive and I also appreciated the flexibility of their paydown schedule. Ofcourse I wish the cost was less but I know from experience that these are not inexpensive loans but they are still most helpful when I'm in an urgent situation. Thank you Moneykey. The process is easy and quick. The rep, Tashi, guided me through the process of verifying that the final payment to Money Key cleared. It was a long process with my bank. She was very patient and stayed on the like with me until it was completed.

I spoke to 3 people and they all had bad attitudes. If im going to borrow from a company i atleast expect good customer service. The lady and guys i spoke to were all rude. I hate this company im never doing business with them ever again.

I saw no posted minimum requirements, prior to, or after submitting my loan application. I was denied the loan. Why? I believe that the offering is intended to disceive.

So i needed this loan because i was in a tough situation. At first it said i was good for a line of credit for $600 but then it went down to $350. No biggie because i needed it. The first time i talked to someone they were completely a turn off and i wanted to just scream then i had the pleasure of talking to Harpreet Kaur, she was the best. She explained everything in detail. And she just actually seemed like she was trying to help and that to me being in the service industry made me feel more welcome. I know when it comes to lenders and borrowers that it can be like pulling teeth, but she made my experience feel worthwhile and that to me actually made me want to engage and continue business with moneykey. This is my experience i just hope that they read this and at least get more people like her so some of the bad reviews that i did read could go away.

I applied for and was approved for $650. Then shortly after, I recieved an e-mail telling me to call them to finalize it. On that call, I spoke with a woman. Then got second e-mail saying I needed to call back a 2nd time. Spoke to a man. Everything was approved but I asked him for a longer payback plan for lower monthly payments and he said they could do that once the money was in the bank. Well, I called back today I was told that isn't true. Might as well of just called me a liar. Thankfully, I have a Lawyer in my family and am going to take immediate action. AVOID this company at all costs. Nothing. But scammers who are ready and willing to lie to and take advantage of people who are in a tight financial situation.

I called and asked for a lead or supervisor to let them know that my customer service agent was extremely helpful, proffesional and made this process very simple and clear and I wanted to write a review on him. He sent me a link and his name and it hot delegated from my mailbox. I got into my account / chat and o was sent this ( not what I asked for) but will have to do.
His name was Suno I think, he was in Canada and this gentleman was respectful, pleasant, kind and just a very helpful agent who knew his job and works well with people. Please make sure this gets to his supervisors.

The great part about their loan products is that their payments actually have some part going towards what you borrow, so at somepoint it will be paid off! This is my Go To loan company. They are very fast at processing the loans and very helpful as well.
I applied for the full amount offered and was denied. I have good steady income, my checking account is in good standing and my credit is decent. I even tried applying for half of the amount, declined. The person who referred me has good income, poor credit and several outstanding loans. Wtf?
I never made a payday loan before. So i was eager to pay it out on time! But when i called money key to pay it out the first rep act as if i couldn't pay off the loan in full! So instead of taking the full amount he took partial of the loan and tried to tell me my bank wouldn't let him take the full amount! I called Bank of America who told me they didn't have any restrictions on my account that was stopping money key from taking their money! So when i called money key back, i was giving a new rep and before asking me what i needed done she process the full amount and pull it out my bank so now they have over paid themselves! Then took the matter out on me as if i was in the wrong for trying to pay the loan out in full! Over all this was the worst customer service i ever experience! And I'll never deal with this company again.
