Was very easy to apply and get funds needed quickly. You can also make a draw from your account if funds are available. Auto payment is very helpful so don't miss a payment. Definitely would recommend this company to anyone who needs a small loan.
Yes I feel it's a scam, my husband was on the phone for an hour then next week they say we have to pay 150$ to extend payment but 150$ doesn't go towards what you borrowed, they didn't save nothing like that and plus had a hard time understanding the person. Wish I would of did my research first.

Sometimes there is a little too much month at the end of your money. Moneykey qualifies you quickly and gets you the money you need. The reps are polite and professional and the rates aren't as bad as some payday lenders.
I requested a loan and was approved, I was told they would have my request deposited the following day. However it was never done they sent me my loan docs to sign at least 9 times. Assured me my loan would be in my account the following Monday. Monday came no funds deposited but got a message they denied the loan. They will be hearing from the BBB
I felt like they tricked me and scammed me. They said I would have a total of 5 payments. Then I called a month later to pay it off and they said i have 11 payment. I borrow 400 and i thought my total payoff would be 550 or so. A 150 fee. But it was $810 fee i have to pay back 1200$ WOW WTF thats a 300% interest charge. They guy said only 5 payments then they said "no sir. It's in your contract" bull man. They are reviewing my case. But I'll just pay it off, but never ever ever borrowing for them again. Don't do it

This is my third time getting money from them and each time it has been a breeze. They listen to your needs and they try to get you the best amount that they can. Monekey has always depositied the money into my account the very next day. Customer service reps have always been outstanding.

This is my 2nd time borrowing money from MoneyKey. The process was very easy and quick. The representative that helped me was very easy to talk to. She was also very professional and very informative.
MoneyKey no longer posts your loan balance and status online like they used to. You have to call a representative to get this simple information. This is very annoying since the call center is only open 8am-7pm most days. This recent event on top of the fact you need to call a representative each time you take out a loan is very annoying. No other payday loan companies do this.

Great customer service very friendly with no problems except I wish your company offered some Rewards or discounts for recurring clients but the service is great customer service was wonderful with Andrea
I only got a $238 loan from then they took out 4 payments of $102 and that was just interest fee didn't go toward my loan then they started taking out $150 toward my loan and I still owed $338 on the loan wtf kind of $#*! is that I wouldn't recommend no one

Kristen was polite and professional just was on hold for a long time. Kristen went threw all documents and was very professional she made the wait more barable. When we got diconnected she called right back.
For your saftey and peace of mind never never use this place. Borrow 500 to pay 2000. How does that work. They tell you how much you have to pay back after you agree to borrow money. On top of all that they take more than whats scheduled. And you can't get ahold of them
Hello Mike. We are sorry that there is some sort of confusion. MoneyKey does not work in way that you outlined in your comment. Firstly, MoneyKey allows customers to make any principal payment that they choose to over and above the minimum payment.It can be any dollar amount and we do not have a minimum or maximum. Depending on the state and product, MoneyKey lists a total amount in an installment schedule if a customer were to make no additional principal payments and just let the loan run on with minimum payments. We allow customers full flexibility to pay as little or as much as they want with no penalty to ensure the debits fit their budget.
Secondly, it is not correct to list that you are only informed on how much you pay back after you have agreed. A loan cannot be originated unless one of our customer care representatives have spoken with an applicant. The process of depositing the money and then speaking to the customer about how much they owe is not a MoneyKey practice.
Lastly and most importantly, there either is some sort of confusion on why you say more money was taken than was scheduled. The debits follow your payment schedule. If there happened to be a computer error, we would correct it immediately and provide the necessary refund.
We have not received complaints about not being able to get hold of us since we are open 7 days/week for 13 hours/day M-F and 8 hours on each weekend day. We also have an online chat function off our website and have a team dedicated to responding to customer e-mails.

I receive excellent service from MoneyKey, and the agent Malyun who help me was very polite, patient and knowledgeable. She explained in detail all the breakdowns as well as the payback APR and examples of payback earlier principle amounts.
