Bad customer service bought my laser August 16 has not worked since and over 200 emails no resolution what so ever. DO NOT BUY. Read all the Facebook complaints. I got screwed. The worst Company to deal with.
I was previously using a diode engraver, but I needed something faster. That's why I decided to buy this 40W CO2 engraving machine, which is much quicker than the diode. I'm looking forward to using my CO2 engraver to craft personalized items.

So I bought a machine on December 11th after a ton of research. I am know convinced that most of the reviews are coming from the company. Even though the website says ships in 7-10 business days I have heard nothing from them. I have tried to call-no answer-phone literally hangs up. I have sent emails-no response. I am currently sitting on their chat-35 mins no answer still. Nothing! I paid over 6k for this machine-that I have had no communication after purchasing. I am beyond frustrated at this point.

I had an issue with the 60W CO2 laser machine. I emailed Monport support to ask if there was a way to refocus the beam. They quickly replied saying that the beam was defective and would send a replacement under warranty right away, which was shipped within days!

I am a leather worker with Reumatoid arthritis. I have trouble cutting and tooling leather these days so I let my laser do most of the work for me.
It showed up quite well packed with everything I needed but a bucket. Hooked everything up and connected my computer and I've been running it ever since without a problem.

I have had my 60w autofocus Monport laser for one year now and Monport laser's tech support has always been quick to respond and very patent with me to help figure out my issue and troubleshoot my problems to get me back on board. Everything worked out well so many thanks for the support.

Monport laser sells cheap immitation hardware that they shamefully pass as their own. They copied the design and manuals from OMtech and recently did the same thing with LensDigital PiBurn, even taking their manual, diagrams and even their logo on page 13. This shameful theft has left many agast - while they are selling a clone they are not able to support it. The components they use are cheap replicas and do not compare to the original. To steal from a small American business and pass their IP as your own is only damaging to your own brand. Shame! We are a small business operating in Old Bridge New Jersey.

I bought Monport Fireproof 130W and a rotary. Ordered my laser and was shipped within a week. I have never owned a laser so I have a huge learning curve. Monport offers co2 laser engravers at great prices.
