I wanted to buy a Laser Rotary, but Monport has too many types of Laser Rotary, I was confused, thank Bella for giving me advice, and finally I bought the right accessories.

Waiting for my pre-ordered product felt like an eternity, but now that it's finally arrived. The pre-sale price is a little cheaper than usual, so it's worth the wait. It would be better if I could receive the product faster later.

When investing in mechanical products like this, one always expects the company to provide support, yet Monport failed to do so. I am dissatisfied with the experience. The device remains in my possession. It's important to be cautious, folks.

More expensive than competitors. ZERO customer support or service. Call center from Inda and China returns calls between midnight and 2am. Products constantly out of stock. They will cancel your order and refund you even when you don't ask for that. And they "don't work on the weekends." Complete joke of a company. Average response time for emails is never. But if you write a negative review about them, they respond within 6 days. AVOID THIS SCAM! Where's the CFPB when you need them?

The packaging for my new laser was excellent, keeping everything safe and secure. Setup was a breeze, and with Lightburn, it was up and running in no time. It's very beginner-friendly, and I can't wait to dive into some larger projects!
