I am a returning customer and I have been shopping with Moon Magic for years. It's the shop where I always buy gifts for my friends and family. Not sure why others are not satisfied but owning lots of jewelry from them, I am super satisfied with the quality. I guess you should always know how to treat your jewelry depending on the material and I personally mostly prefer sterling silver. Definitely one of my favorite online shops!
Bought a lovely moonstone adjustable ring in December from Moon Magic and after less than a month the gems were dull, but what upset me was after wearing it for about 6-8 weeks total the ring completely snapped in half. They called this normal wear and tear when I reached out as well. I appreciate the customer service but the rings are cheaply made and way overpriced.

Moon magic is a scam. Bought a necklace ring and earrings about a month ago They refused to send me my order and are now ignoring my request for a refund.
Do not spend your money here they will SCAM you.
Here is the newest update. It has now been two months. I've received no product and no refund. As a matter of fact they are only willing to refund 10% of my money. So theyve sent me no product and are now going to keep 90% of my money.

2 weeks ago I placed my order. The company took my money and gave me a delivery date just like normal. Two days before my order was supposed to arrive I get an email saying before my order will be shipped they need a picture of my Identification and debit cardto verify my purchase... But they've already taken my money. Shouldn't verification take place before you charge my card? So this company has my money and is now refusing to send me the product I PAID for.
I've emailed several times and have been getting no response... They still have my money.
My experience with moon magic thus far is nothing short of infuriating.
I purchased the "Crush on You Ruby & Garnet" ring for my girlfriend as a Christmas present back in December of 2023. After just 4 months of being worn every now and again, a stone fell out. Support is unwilling to do anything about this and they label it "normal wear and tear." That is such a gross understatement. The ring is hardly functional anymore, it's an eyesore. Normal wear and tear would be a scuff or scratch. This ring was handled with the utmost of care and was never even worn under running water when washing hands. I could get a higher quality ring from Pandora for a fraction of the price. What a joke. For the price of this ring, I expected much much more than what we got.

I bought a ring and the first time I got a bit of water on it, it changed to a terrible color. I tried reaching out to them and they completely ignored me. They even removed their phone number to avoid phone calls. I wasted several hundred dollars on a piece of crap. I attached pics of the ring before and after. Beware! Of Moon Magic.

I bought a ring from them for my wife.after 10 months it blackened and a stone setting broke.their reply was that it is not their problem and that I should go to the jeweler to repair it.I can prove it with pictures.I do not recommend it.

Ring broke after 3 months: metal parts that hold gemstone kept opening for a while and eventually they broke causing gemstone to fall out. I wanted to return this ring and get new one because it was not my fault that ring broke, but administration told, that they don't do returns :) not recommend, awful comunication and very pour quality. Shame.

I paid almost $200 for two items and am still waiting for them. They keep telling me the package was shipped but according to the carrier, only a label was created, no shipment has been made. You can't reach them by phone either - only email, and they have not been helpful. I am frustrated to say the least. If I do receive the items, I will update this post, but until I do, buyer beware!

I tried submitting a disappointing review for what was a disappointing product- they did not allow this negative review to be shown on their site. My ring broke under very normal use and they told me they can't help at all unless it was all gold. Please do not buy from them unless your willing to buy new stuff every few months or so because that's how long mine lasted.

What others need to learn is that with the hood comes the bad and I was the unfortunate one to get the bad.
I made my order December 22nd — a necklace that was supposed to be delivered by yesterday (12th of Jan) even though they said it would be delivered on the 11th, has not arrived yet. I have sent two emails and nothing. My best friend flies out in a couple of hours and I never managed to give her her gift. I'm expecting a full refund.
The false advertisement and the blatant lie about when the order will reach baffles me. Customer service is $#*!, I don't care if someone can type up a sweet email. If I don't get results, then write all the sweet emails you want; "number one priority"? If that were the case I, like manyyy others would not be here writing this.

Out of 8 items ordered, two were sent that were not the ones ordered; three weeks later I still don't have the correct items. Communicating with the customer service is pain - every reply takes them 2 days. The quality is okay.

This product is a bunch of crap. I received a ring for Christmas and it already has lost 4 stones. We contacted you once one stone feel out and you wouldn't do anything about it. You claim that you stand by your product which you don't! I'll make sure everyone knows this isn't even worth spending $5 on. Don't waste your money.

I bought my daughter a ring back in April - not super expensive, but not inexpensive either - $90 for four months. It broke about a month ago (prong broke and she lost the stone) and they have a 30 day warranty. If you are planning on buying something from them, don't. I just want to keep another person from being scammed. Is Magic Moon a legit company or a scam? The silver of these products goes a copper colour and they don't allow refunds after 1 month. Also the stones aren't as bright as the pictures suggest.

This company is a scam. Inauthentic cheap quality jewellery, my item took 7 weeks to arrive and once arrived the stone was clearly not a rose quartz, the 'stone' was clear. I requested a refund and was offered 15% which I was not satisfied with, so I took the piece to a local jeweller and they confirmed it was not rose quartz and not 14K vermeil. I went back to Moon Magic and told them I will be taking this further if a full refund is not processed as this item is not true to description- they processed the refund thankfully however only because I threatened to take it further as their items are not authentic as they advertise.

It's pretty but I was expecting better quality for the price. The stone itself is quite clear but not iridescent enough. The cut on the main surface of the stone is flawed and it's misaligned in its setting. Plus I was expecting a higher quality chain not something with a cheap extension and weak clasp. Over all not worth the price.

Ordered the rings on December 6th. It is now the 17th. The tracking was last updated on December 12th in Carrolton Texas. Six days later and still no update on tracking. Notified Moon Magic. This was a Christmas Gift for my wife, Do you think they give a $#*!? Nope. The only reply I get is an automated response that the package is on its way. That's it. Moon Magic isn't even a legitimate store. I believe it is just an internet 3rd party vendor and being operated out of someone's home. Stay far away from them. They will not help you and do not back up their products nor shipping at all. It honestly wouldn't surprise me if Moon Magic was some 18 year old in Mexico. On their website it says all packages shipped out of Pennsyvanis. That is a lie. Mine was coming from New Jersey. It show it on the tracking. Stay far away from them.

They send me an exchange of new jewelries which I had to pay 20 dollars for shipping it back to them. They promised me no extra charges for shipping anything back to me. Still theres a huge taxes to pay around 70 dollar extra and I contact them around 15 times and they only apologize and there's nothing they can do. So I don't want the products anymore. They tell me I need to pay 97 dollars to ship it back to them! Basically more than the amount to pick them up. Seriously unbelievable! I'm still in contact with them nothing solved yet I'm so disappointed! Doesn't this company want to make it right for their customers?

I bought earrings for a Christmas gift. After only one day, my friend was complaining that they hurt her ears badly (like cheap earrings do). I called customer service and was told my deadline to return was over. I reminded them that I bought it for a Christmas gift, and they have an extended return window for Christmas purchases. I bought it in mid October (I'm an early Christmas gift buyer), but they then told me their Christmas window didn't apply to me cause I bought it 2 weeks before the Nov 2 window started. 2 weeks! They wouldn't replace it or return it. I expected more from an expensive company. I paid good money and now have expensive earrings nobody can wear. They said the only thing they would offer me would be 50 percent off a NEW pair! So disappointed.

Purchased a pretty ring for my daughter. I gave it to her for Christmas. She has worn it maybe 5 times but the gold has worn off the bottom of the ring.
I sent pictures and email and they said that it was only warranted for 30 days, so they must know the quality is very poor.
Then they had the audacity to offer me 50% off to purchase the same ring again or another. As if having bought one poor quality ring, I would actually be so foolish as to purchase another.
Fool me once, shame on them, fool me twice...

The ring looks very pretty also from all the photos. But when I received my jewellery, a bit disappointed on the gems, the cut from the edges appeared rough, not the same in the picture. But overall still nice on my finger. And it took a while to reach me, for some shipment issues, Jana the customer service was very helpful.
