Seriously obsessed! My first ring from Moon Magic was Moonstone Flourish, and I just recently tried their new floating design, the invisible band gives it this cool, magical vibe. Beautiful craftsmanship and the energy of these stones is simply amazing!

Purchased a lovely ring - "rose gold" rubbed away within 3 months of normal wear. When I messaged about this, they said it was normal wear and tear and outside of their return window so nothing to be done. Very disappointed and will never shop these products again. I would expect $20 for these rings, not $120.

My boyfriend and I saw this site. He asked me to look at it, and see what I liked. I created an account and browsed for three days, I liked at a lot. Please note the past tense. I have never been so disappointed or frustrated with online shopping. Keith finally took the time to login and was going to pick one. Simple enough. He then texted me and told me that not only had the cart been cleared but my wishlist was also empty. That is really unbelievable. The cart, maybe. But the wishlist? I checked myself from a desktop and he was right. Isn't that the whole point of creating an account? When I chatted with the representative she was underwhelming and unknowledgable, suggesting I use an email share button to send him emails with the rings if my wishlist was totally empty. Right, because I'm going to send 15 different emails and overwhelm anyone like that. Any normal website or app, you create an account, you can access your items.

Call me crazy, but isn't that the point of a save for later option. I asked the representative if this was a common practice, again, she has no idea. Because I guess she doesn't own the business so she doesn't care. Let me tell you that my shopping experience was ruined in that moment. I told my boyfriend to just forget it and I started to cry. I will never login to moon magic again, and I will never look at ANY of their items. Any online shopper would understand that that was time wasted and an expectation was destroyed in that moment. If shopping was that upsetting, I cannot even think what it would be like purchasing any item from this company. I'm sure returning is a nightmare as well.

Online shopping is supposed to be fun and hassle free. When I shop at West Elm, if I shop at Neimans, Hell even if I shop at H-E-B the only time things are gone is when they are out of stock and even then, theyre never just gone. They're there to remind you, hey you wanted that, we don't have it now but don't forget it. That's just good business, I'm sorry.

They lost two customers today. And I liked their stuff so much, I would have been a lifelong customer. I can't believe how disappointing that was. I don't trust this company anymore, the whole thing is ruined.

Thanks Moon Magic, you suck.

Tip for consumers:
Don't even make an account. There is no point, and if you're shopping just know that the stuff you like could disappear at any minute and you'd have to start from the beginning so theres that.

Bottom line: not worth it, that shouldn't even be a worry when online shopping. If something is in your saved for later that's the whole point. You're saving it for later. I'm speechless and I am extremely disappointed.

I really wanted to like Moon Magic. Their rings, while looking appealing from the start, actually cause more heartache and frustration. My boyfriend got me my first ring from this company about a year ago as a Christmas present. Within two months, the gems on the sides were falling off and the rose gold color had muddied into this horrible color. It wasn't until the summer of 2020 that we noticed the ring had actually warped and bent! I never reached out to the company because my boyfriend had said he would order a new one, which was granted, mistake number two aside from ordering from this site at all. Come Valentine's Day 2021, he gets me one of their stacking rings that came out along with the box. Within the month the arc stacking ring broke. The gem had fallen out entirely! Not even a month into wearing this ring. So my boyfriend said he would reach out to see what he could do. A month or so passes and I decide to take matters into my own hands and I contact the company. Not only did I feel absolutely humiliated by the person "helping me" I was accused of being rough and purposefully damaging the ring. They then said the only option they could give me was half off of a new ring. At this point, this is two rings broken. Not only am I frustrated that I feel like I was getting no where with the individual I was speaking with, I also felt like I was being made fun of for my pieces breaking. I don't wear my rings to bed, I clean them, I'm as gentle with them as any other person and to be accused of basically breaking my ring cause I was too rough really upset me. Mind you I have another ring from a different company that's lasted about a year now with the same gentle wear as the other rings. A few days later I receive a "rate your conversation" email, and I decide to fill it out giving them a one, etc. I go to submit it and it sends me to a page stating I already submitted one! I didn't, so I reached out again only to be playing the same song and dance from the first round of emails, all because this happened "one month after purchase." You would think a company would care about their customers and their products more than a month after but they really like to use that excuse. Do yourself a favor and order from another company. They'll constantly try to sell you new rings at a discount and refuse to refund you. One of the worst companies I've ever had the displeasure of working with.

J'ai acheté plusieurs article un ensemble de deux bagues + une bague + deux colliers...

Résultats:
- pour les deux colliers la pierre est de petite taille (j'ai mesuré elle fait a peine 9mm contrairement a 12-15 mm écrit sur le site)
-les deux colliers ont les mailles rouillées.
-j'ai perdu une pierre sur une des bagues
-l'une des bagues a la pierre de lune qui ne ressemble a rien du tout et est cassé.

Totalement déçu pour un total d'achat de 360€... pour des bijoux d'extrême mauvaise qualité...
J'ai pourtant regarde tous les avis et j'étais amoureuse des photos des bijoux. C'est ce qui m'a d'ailleurs poussé a acheter. JE N'AURAIS PAS DU!

J'ai envoyé plusieurs mail, plusieurs message sur Instagram je n'ai pas de réponses. Mise a part sur Instagram où ils me disent d'envoyer un mail...
Mais je n'ai pas de réponses...

Totalement déçu, vraiment...

J'ai passé une commande le 30/12/2020 pour l'anniversaire de ma copine qui était le 12/01 et nous sommes aujourd'hui le 17/01/2021 et je n'ai toujours rien reçu. C'est plutôt décevant
