Seriously obsessed! My first ring from Moon Magic was Moonstone Flourish, and I just recently tried their new floating design, the invisible band gives it this cool, magical vibe. Beautiful craftsmanship and the energy of these stones is simply amazing!
Purchased a lovely ring - "rose gold" rubbed away within 3 months of normal wear. When I messaged about this, they said it was normal wear and tear and outside of their return window so nothing to be done. Very disappointed and will never shop these products again. I would expect $20 for these rings, not $120.
Ring broke after 3 months: metal parts that hold gemstone kept opening for a while and eventually they broke causing gemstone to fall out. I wanted to return this ring and get new one because it was not my fault that ring broke, but administration told, that they don't do returns :) not recommend, awful comunication and very pour quality. Shame.
I just purchased the Amerhyst rose gold ring. It's beautiful and very well made. I had to deal with customer service to change my previous order and it was super easy.The staff is great and very helpful.

I have waited so long for this ring to arrive. I finally receive this, and there are spots all over the ring, like it has been worn already and rusted. I understand this is dipped in gold, although I have so many pieces of jewellery that is dipped in gold, and they keep their quality. I have never come across anything like this. I am so disappointed, this was meant to be a beautiful gift for my friend.

My ring arrived a little bit later than I expected and because I had mentioned it to their customer service I received a 10% discount for my next order. They are truly an excellent company! After waiting over a month and being later from Christmas and countless excuses from an incompetent seller the ring had a arrived and it's not good, bares little resemblance to the pics, Customer service was an absolute joke, read the reviews below, they don't lie! Reviews can't be left on the social page for obvious reason and negative comments are being deleted! How embarrassing to have to lie to your customer base

Very disappointing to receive my item in such poor condition. The necklace is all tarnished/black and the logo plate on the back of necklace has scratches. Very poor quality control. Disappointing first experience and will be the last. They obviously don't care about overseas customers.

I ordered an Aquamarine ring from Moon Magic and aside from delivery taking extremely long, it was nearly impossible to contact anyone or have a tracking number. When the ring finally arrived it was a complete disappointment! The Aquamarine crystal has blue specks in it. If you zoom in you'll be able to see the blue specks in it. It seems to be colored glass or plastic. This company refuses to refund me the $85 back! I ordered an authentic Aquamarine as this company claims and instead got a fake, cheap ring. They are a fraud and I advise anyone to stay away and save their money for a legit company!

I ordered a ring and necklace from Moon Magic for the first time and was very excited to receive my purchases for several events.
I first received an empty box. Apparently an employee forgot to out the ring inside. Weeks later I received the ring but the even I bought the ring for had already passed.
I then emailed asking about the necklace I still have yet to receive, Ana told me that my package has been lost. At this point I asked for a full refund on the necklace and to be reimbursed for the cost of shipping for sending back the ring since I am only returning the ring due to their error. Ana told me she cannot reimburse for shipping but can offer me a 10% discount on my next purchase. This is no help at all since I will never be purchasing anything from their company again. Horrible delivery service and customer service. I would not recommend Moon Magic to anyone.

Do not believe the reviews on their website. I wrote a bad review and even after an email confirmation, the review has not been posted. I bought the "above the clouds" opal ring. It was beautiful but after two days of wearing it a prong broke off and the opal fell out. They sent a new one, free of charge, but it was still bad quality. The opal fell out after two weeks because the prongs bent out of shape. It is pretty jewelry but the quality is terrible. I had a 25 dollar Walmart ring that lasted me two years. This 80 dollar moon magic ring won't even last you two weeks.

I have found this online business to be extremely understanding and helpful. I bought a ring a short while ago, which is beautiful and dainty, and it arrived from the U. S in a week! Unfortunately the ring was a bit big and I was offered many solutions to rectify the issue. All correspondence from the team was professional and the team were extremely understanding and helpful. My boyfriend bought me one at Christmas and it was absolutely beautiful. Was telling everyone around me to get one but this weekend I looked down at my hand and the stone had already fallen out. I didn't bang it or anything. Very disappointed in the durability of the product.

My boyfriend paid $100+ Just for my ring and then paid extra for express 2 day shipping! It has been 5 days and UPS tracking still "label created"! When I contacted UPS they said it was the senders error not theirs... I just want my ring at this point... if your not going to do business correctly you shouldn't have one. When someone pays you for 2/3 day shipping they expect to have it in 2-3 days! And not be met with generic emails that don't answer anything!

Purchased a pretty ring for my daughter. I gave it to her for Christmas. She has worn it maybe 5 times but the gold has worn off the bottom of the ring.
I sent pictures and email and they said that it was only warranted for 30 days, so they must know the quality is very poor.
Then they had the audacity to offer me 50% off to purchase the same ring again or another. As if having bought one poor quality ring, I would actually be so foolish as to purchase another.
Fool me once, shame on them, fool me twice...

Ordered three months ago contacted them three or four times, huh, also contacted my PayPal account and they are checking on them. They never answered me so I guess I'm out the $40. Not a very reputable company as far as I'm concerned need to delete it as soon as you say it

Partner bought me a ring for Valentine's Day
Gem stone fell out two months after purchase. DO NOT order from this company. Rings are poor quality and the gemstones fall out. Their return policy is one month, my rings stones fell out after two months. They offer to replace the ring with a 50% contribution... so they offer a half price new ring. Not really good enough for the price they are. When emailing their customer service they basically responded with tough luck' and offered no solution.

I bought a ring bundle but didn't love it and reached out to their customer support. They were so kind and helpful and offered me four different solutions for what they could do for me. I chose to exchange the ring I bought originally for a different one and it was just so hassle free. Yes, I did have to pay for the shipping cost of the returned merchandise, but I believe that to be reasonable because they didn't charge me for the price difference in rings or for the shipment of the new ring. I really love my ring, it's so gorgeous. It really means a lot to me when companies live up to their promises. They said hassle free returns and exchanges if you don't 100% love your jewelry and they really follow through with it.

The ring is very pretty. It does not like exactly like the picture because the stone reflects light so depending on the lighting the ring will look different but always pretty. The ring is just a bit bigger on my finger so I emailed customer support and they were amazing! Marlene sent me a new one in the size requested and was extremely fast in her responses.

I am very disappointed, they sold me absolutely wrong ring made from "silver", which changed it's colour and I haven't even worn it.
When I was asking them to change it, I was told it's too late, because it was Christmas present.
Don't recommend, they don't appreciate their customers.

After seeing many ads on Moon Magic. Reading reviews. Watching YouTube on clients purchases. I felt confident making a purchase. I ordered the Raw Crystal Ring - Moonstone & Ring - Twinkling Band. I have seen raw moonstones at shops and markets - and from the pictures on the Moon Magic. I had a strong idea of what the stone should look like. I received my rings today. The moonstone is chalky. The colour flat. No beautiful shimmer expected from a moonstone. I would be embarrassed to wear this ring. And very disappointed. I have contacted Moon Magic by email. So I will wait and see how easy this return/refund will be.

I have been trying to order a moon magic ring from India and all my transactions and being declined. I tried to order from paypal as well but still it was showing an error. I tried reaching out by writing their customer service form and still haven't received a reply back yet. I really want to buy a ring but there seems to be a major problem in their site. Please try to resolve the problem and at least answer back my query.
Updating this review: originally had received the below item (rusted and not to par with what I ordered). Moon Magic provided full refund, however still was disappointed as the item took weeks to be delivered and this was the quality. They however did provide a refund
I purchased a set of the moon ring stone. After receiving I did not like the moonstone itself and asked for an exchange. They just sent me another one. My complain was that it looks nothing like advertisement and has no color, just a white, cheap looking rock. When i received the second one, even though it was pretty similar to first one, i thought I'd just accept it. But when i went to grab the pairs that came with it, they had changed from silver to a cheap gold material. I was beyond shocked. I tried to get a refund but since the 30 days were up while i was waiting for the ring to arrive. They wont do a refund. Very disappointing, this is not worth the investment.

I paid almost $200 for two items and am still waiting for them. They keep telling me the package was shipped but according to the carrier, only a label was created, no shipment has been made. You can't reach them by phone either - only email, and they have not been helpful. I am frustrated to say the least. If I do receive the items, I will update this post, but until I do, buyer beware!
