Seriously obsessed! My first ring from Moon Magic was Moonstone Flourish, and I just recently tried their new floating design, the invisible band gives it this cool, magical vibe. Beautiful craftsmanship and the energy of these stones is simply amazing!
Purchased a lovely ring - "rose gold" rubbed away within 3 months of normal wear. When I messaged about this, they said it was normal wear and tear and outside of their return window so nothing to be done. Very disappointed and will never shop these products again. I would expect $20 for these rings, not $120.
After receiving my ring I was concerned it had been damaged during its transit to Australia. I emailed Moon Magic and Nena responded ASAP with the option to either replace my ring or to chose something else of equivalent value with free shipping to Oz and no need to return the damaged ring. I was amazed - you don't find customer service like this anywhere! I would not hesitate to recommend anyone to buy from Moon Magic. The rings are elegant and dainty with designs you don't find anywhere else. I have three rings and will certainly be adding to my collection. I am a huge fan!
Bought the Talos Opal ring as my wedding ring. It arrived in January for my wedding in May so wasn't worn until May. Within TWO WEEKS of wearing it the middle opal started to go cloudy. I emailed Moon Magic to let them know what had happened and ask why that would happen. Their reply was very dismissive and as well as not even offering an apology, they said that the Talos ring was currently on sale should i wish to order another one! What a shocking way to deal with a complaint, why on gods green earth would i buy another one when the first one was faulty and the customer service is just as bad! Hard avoid this company.

Please note that our Ethiopian Opal is hydrophane opal so it can change its color when it absorbs the water. Hydrophane opal can have different brightness and patterns from wet to dry. It also depends on the temperature and humidity where the opal is situated.
We strongly recommend to take the jewelry off before entering a shower or a pool. It's totally fine if the ring comes close to water, but as soon as this water contains any chemicals, like in a pool, the color might change for good. We are very sorry for any inconvenience.

I have so far bought a necklace and a ring and I'm loving them. Shipping took a little longer than I would have liked but I understand with the pandemic and also me being in Europe. The designs are unique and very beautiful, I'm constantly checking the website for new designs and ideas - great for a gift! Customer service so far has also been very helpful, friendly and quick :)

Dont be tricked by the good reviews, these people just have really good marketing. The quality is really bad, stick to pandora or literally any other ring shop... the jewelry rusts and the jewels fall out easily. Don't waste your money, stay away

The ring set I ordered is gorgeous! My wife loves it! The stones are shiny and very colorful. I would say that the attention to detail is exceptional.
Additionally, their customer service is top-notch. Friendly, professional and efficient. I had ordered the wrong stone and when I contacted them they were very helpful in fixing my mistake, will definitely be a repeat customer. I have my eye on a few items already!

Brought a ring and necklace from moon magic within a week the rings band snapped and within a month the necklace snapped. The ring was replaced but I had to pay $35 in postage but as the necklace was out of the 1 month warranty they would not replace it. They offered a new necklace but I had to pay 50% plus any extras. I feel the 1 month warranty is ridiculous and having both my pieces brake makes me question the short warranty time. I would never shop here again!

Out of 8 items ordered, two were sent that were not the ones ordered; three weeks later I still don't have the correct items. Communicating with the customer service is pain - every reply takes them 2 days. The quality is okay.

My boyfriend got me a ring and when we received it we realized he had ordered the wrong size. He was disappointed because he knows how difficult it is to return products to companies.
I sent an email to the company explaining the situation, and got and answer within the hour. Not only did they understand the situation, they offered to send me another ring completely free of charge, even including the shipping!
Unfortunately, the ring my boyfriend picked didn't come in my size. They offered me to get another ring for of the same price. I found another one I loved, and it was cheaper. I thought it was fine, but they even reimbursed the difference on the credit card!
And after all of this, they gave me 10% off on my next purchase!
The customer service agent whom I talked to was very nice, helpful and patient.
I loved my experience with them, love my ring and will definitely buy from them in the future!

I ordered the Wild Child necklace. I didn't even take it out of the plastic when i noticed the the color of the stones and the quality of the silver was not as expected. Immediately I went to request a return - which involved a text and several emails. When i finally got an email, i was asked to photograph the item. And then I was to "take a short video of your item with your phone on a clean background(ideally black or white) and natural light by moving your item slowly." What? I haven't even unsealed it. Im supposed to stage a photo shoot? As of now I have not been given an RMA number. But Im suspecting ill have to get AmEX to resolve this one. If they do what they should and allow it to be returned in a sane customer service process, ill update this post.

I am so disappointed with this ring. It's sad that you can't trust reviews on websites any longer. The only reason I purchase this was because there was a photo review and it looked the same, however what I received looked like a cheap knockoff of what was advertised.
Where are the facets on the rings surrounding the moonstones on what I received? It basically just looks like a silver ring with silver filigree surrounding the stones instead of actual gemstones at it looks cheap and tacky.
Not happy one bit. Total bait and switch! Especially now that I realized their approved comments are only positive ones.

I requested a return via instructions given on the website. I proceed to get an automated response showing me my tracking number stating my order was delivered. Not what I was requesting. I think sent a response and nothing. I then went on the website and sent a message and I was responded by another automated response stating it may take up to 7 business days for a response. Terrible Terrible Terrible. We were going to order something else but this must be just a automated crap show. Do not buy.

My rings were stolen through the mail and the auspost did not help me at all, moonmagic were right on it they replaced my stolen rings. I'm so happy that I bought my wedding rings from them. They have a very unique style you can't really buy in Australia. I wish they would open a store in aus that's my only complaint

I ordered jewelry and it has been 10 days and I have not received it. They state 3 to 5 business days. I have sent multiple emails and they reply with an automated response. Im very nervous I may have just lost 250$ due to their inability to respond. Stick with typical stores or amazon.

They basically stole my money and continue to give me the run around! I ordered myself a ring for my birthday. They sent me the completely wrong ring. I had to jump through their hoops to get it sent back to them. I provided them with a tracking number. I wake up this morning to an email saying that the package is still in pre shipment and that they haven't received it. I type in the tracking number and it clearly stated that they DID receive it! On the 20th. I am so very disappointed with my experience with these people.

I ordered 2 rings, one had black spots on it that wouldn't go away. I contacted customer service and they sent over a replacement free of charge, but new ring did not look at all like the picture (I asked for rose quartz, the stone wasn't pink in the least) and the band also had black spots on it.
I'm convinced everything they have in stock are cheap fakes from China. I can get prettier stones for less than $10 at any crystal shop so I'm having a hard time believing this is anything but an utter scam.

Avoid! Poor rubbish quality. We've had 2 rings from them, the first became miss-shaped as we left it in the sun on the window sill... in England contacted them and they replaced free of charge except I had to pay the delivery. The 2nd one lasted 6 months before a stone fell out and it again became miss shaped from what I can guess was body heat... they wouldn't replace it this time but offered 50% off but I wasn't going to waste any more of my money. Please don't waste your money and use another supplier.

I bought my daughter a ring back in April - not super expensive, but not inexpensive either - $90 for four months. It broke about a month ago (prong broke and she lost the stone) and they have a 30 day warranty. If you are planning on buying something from them, don't. I just want to keep another person from being scammed. Is Magic Moon a legit company or a scam? My partner had informed me that she liked the jewellery from their store and wanted specific earrings. After browsing the products, they appeared to be good quality. Upon purchasing, i have received an email to say i had purchased a necklace and not the earrings. After repurchasing the earrings and receiving both products, they appear to be dull and smaller than expected. Proceed with caution, photo editing managed to get me.

My mom bought me this beautiful moon stone ring for my birthday, but she forgot to choose the correct size. When it arrived it was so small I couldn't even fit it on my pinky. So I reached out to customer service via email to see what I could do.
The person I was emailing with her name is Marijana. She was amazing helped me select my correct ring size even offer to ship it free of charge. She even let me keep the small ring instead of returning or exchanging it. So i gave the smaller ring to my sister as a gift.
My new ring was on it's way and within 3 days I got it. I love this ring!

A story for you. I married my ex husband 5 years ago. We went through a lot and divorced 8 months later. I had a beautiful Neil Lane $8,700 ring. Well, we never let each other get to far and now we're getting married again. I would never spend that money again and I believe diamonds are beautiful but a little overrated. I saw this ring and fell in love. My expectations weren't high. With the ring and band it came to a little over $100. When I tell you I opened it and cried, I am not lying. 1st ring bent within owning it 2 months it was out of warranty. I blamed myself but the 2nd ring faded after 1 month of wearing it. Sadly in this time I purchased the 750 moonstone ring. I returned it right away with insurance on the package. They refuse to respond to me until I contacted the BBB. I am fighting the charge with paypal as well. Still waiting on the refund. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!
