They don't pay the text so it will just get stopped at customs, so they charge you another 40 quid to get it. Plus they don't even inform you that it got stopped. They don't respond to emails or anything.

We include all relevant documents/information to ensure that each parcel passes safely through customs but as mentioned in our FAQS, a small percent of orders we ship may be subject to import duties and taxes and this is sorted once the shipment reaches its destination country.
This fee is not related to shipping and we’re not responsible for these charges or in control of the costs.

This company was horrible to work with. They refused from the beginning to apply the discount code I was emailed. Their rings were VERY poor quality, so I returned them. When I returned them they said I kept one and wouldn't give me the full refund. It's an absolute SCAM! Do not do business with this company!

Do NOT buy.

I bought earrings for a Christmas gift. After only one day, my friend was complaining that they hurt her ears badly (like cheap earrings do). I called customer service and was told my deadline to return was over. I reminded them that I bought it for a Christmas gift, and they have an extended return window for Christmas purchases. I bought it in mid October (I'm an early Christmas gift buyer), but they then told me their Christmas window didn't apply to me cause I bought it 2 weeks before the Nov 2 window started. 2 weeks! They wouldn't replace it or return it. I expected more from an expensive company. I paid good money and now have expensive earrings nobody can wear. They said the only thing they would offer me would be 50 percent off a NEW pair! So disappointed.

I really liked the Zodiac necklace, Sagittarius, in stainless steel, but when I first saw it it was out of stock. I asked to be notified when it was back in stock, got an email. Went to their site, purchased the necklace and another one, and got the "Your order is confirmed" message. That sat for two weeks, and then I finally got through to customer service. They told me the Sagittarius necklace was discontinued, but I could pick another one out with a 15% discount. WTF?

This, friends, is a classic bait-and-switch. And they have already charged me for an item that is discontinued. Ugh. I'm filing a complaint with my bank and letting them sort it out.

Worst service ever
November 30, 2022

After my order my lost by USPS, Moon Magic refused to refund or replace. They have stated its not their fault and their policy is to not refund or replace. They said it's USPS fault. As someone who works in shipping, I know they have insurance on everything that is shipped. USPS pays out the claim to the shipper. They contracted USPS to deliver the package safely, USPS failed to complete the task and Moon Magic has refused to remedy the situation. So I've paid money for a product I never received. Never again will I do business with this company.

They send me an exchange of new jewelries which I had to pay 20 dollars for shipping it back to them. They promised me no extra charges for shipping anything back to me. Still theres a huge taxes to pay around 70 dollar extra and I contact them around 15 times and they only apologize and there's nothing they can do. So I don't want the products anymore. They tell me I need to pay 97 dollars to ship it back to them! Basically more than the amount to pick them up. Seriously unbelievable! I'm still in contact with them nothing solved yet I'm so disappointed! Doesn't this company want to make it right for their customers?

I have ordered a ring from moonMagic in July and haven't received it ever since. I have emailed them and they replied promptly but their solutions were equal to nothing... They told me to contact DHL, while DHL told me to contact them - they had no clue what to do. They shipped the ring again and the same happened with the same response.
I asked for a return and they haven't replied to my enquiry. Very likely I have lost money by buying with them...
Deeply disappointed and would NOT recommend. Looks like a scam to me.

Waste of time!

Bought my first ring from the company and within one week one of the prongs holding the stone in snapped. Contacted the company and they allowed me to choose another item of the same value which was great however when the replacement ring arrived I then had to contact them again because what I ordered was aquamarine and what I got was not even close to the same colour as on the website and I was told every piece is different and maybe the brightest of my phone or computer made it looked different! I was told I could get a full refund only if I returned in 7 days. Ummm I live in Australia and you want me to pay to post it back to America? Yeah not happening. Fool me once shame on you fool me twice shame on me. NEVER AGAIN

Wish I could give them a zero.

What others need to learn is that with the hood comes the bad and I was the unfortunate one to get the bad.

I made my order December 22nd — a necklace that was supposed to be delivered by yesterday (12th of Jan) even though they said it would be delivered on the 11th, has not arrived yet. I have sent two emails and nothing. My best friend flies out in a couple of hours and I never managed to give her her gift. I'm expecting a full refund.

The false advertisement and the blatant lie about when the order will reach baffles me. Customer service is $#*!, I don't care if someone can type up a sweet email. If I don't get results, then write all the sweet emails you want; "number one priority"? If that were the case I, like manyyy others would not be here writing this.
Moon magic give me back my money please, refund my ridiculously expensive purchase. Thanks I'm waiting.
Don't bother with them, don't buy from them.

Worst experience ever
October 19, 2019

I have bought a Rose Quartz Gold Ring in July and due to the misleading information on their website about the international shipping I have never received it. I have been in contact with them explaining my situation and they assured me when the package is getting back to them they are going to contact me about a refund or a reshipment. I have been waiting for 2 months and nothing. They refuse to give me my refund telling me i just have to wait some more.
Also, their website, Instagram and Facebook it's just a fantasy: it's filled with fake comments and they delete every comment they do not like.
It's a scam, do not buy!

I ordered a Three By Sea bundle, and upon it's arrival I noticed the vermeil was chipped on the main ring (Queenly). I emailed customer service and they didn't hesitate to offer to send me a new Queenly ring free of charge to replace the chipped one. It was very surprising and definitely made me feel valued as a customer. Will definitely be shopping with Moon Magic again and have already recommended it to friends.

To update on my previous review, I ordered another ring using the credit they gave me for my first ring (plus spent an extra $12). I can report I have been wearing it for a month or so now and it has not turned black and it does not turn my finger green. It is a lovely ring (the Nympf). I'm not sure what happened with my first ring but hopefully it was a one-off. With the new ring, I can wash my hands without having to remove my ring which is what I was looking for.

I bought a ring from here, when it arrived it looked different than the photo (it had blue stones on the sides and not clear like the photo). I wore it twice and decided I wasn't a fan of the blue so I reached out. They responded and said they don't have the ring I chose in stock but I could pick out another ring of similar price. But they didn't have any that I liked so I asked for a refund. I was told I can't get a refund but they would give me a credit for the full amount of the purchase. Ok fine. I take the ring out of the bag to wear today and it is black! This is a far cry from the beautiful photos on the site. I am very disappointed and upset that I wasted my money to begin with.

Gorgeous opal ring

This was a replacement ring after I was unsatisfied with a previous purchase.
I have to congratulate the the customer service - it was phenomenal - I love this ring it's so shiny and pretty. Although delivery took a while but due to COVID nothing is coming on time it seems. Glad I finally received this yesterday and can't wait to get out of lockdown and get my nails done so it can pop on my hand! I sent photos to 5 friends yesterday LOL :) <3

I ordered a Harlow rose quartz ring. It was delivered with 2-3 chips in the band. The quality of these products are very very poor. Worse than costume jewelry. Please read all reviews on BBB before you order and just stay away from this company. They are very dishonest and delete all bad reviews from social media sites.
Customer service was initially very attentive. I decided on a full return and refund due to the poor quality of the product. I paid to have the ring shipped back with a promise of a refund. After numerous emails with customer service (Nena) I have still not recieved my promised refund.
This company will steal your money!

Absolutely disappointed
December 20, 2019

On November 2 Mike proposed to me. He gave me a beautiful moonstone ring (because its what I wanted) and I couldn't have been happier. On December 7, just a little over a month after he proposed, I woke up to the stone missing from my ring. I was devastated and heartbroken. He bought my ring from a place online I had fallen in love with called Moon Magic. We promptly contacted them and after 2 weeks of run around and back and forth messages, I was left heartbroken again. We were told they would not replace my ring, but we could purchase a new (as long as it wasn't on sale) for 50% off the price, they would cover shipping. I will never again buy anything from Moon Magic and should have read the BBB reviews, Google reviews and even their site reviews before having him get it from here. Their customer service and return policies are a joke.

Read the fine print

I brought 2 rings in November. They arrived in January. They were beautiful but too big. It was a little tricky getting my size perfect to their chart. I thought oh well I get them resized.so off I went to a jewellers to be told that they won't do them as they are silver. Plus the stone was loose on one of them and he was worried that by resizing it he may loose it altogether. The website advertises that their jewerlly is rose gold but what they should advertise is that it's rose gold plated. Very mis leading. I did get my money back but had to pay $24.00 to send them back. Will never be purchasing from them ever again

I would give it zero stars if i could, ordered 3 rings and earrings unfortunaly. It is fake! And it looks nothing like in the photos! These are Dollar store rings! It is very cheap, the stones are cut looking too big, chunky and cheap and the band is just so cheap in every way! It looks shocking. The only reason i didnt return it was that i had to pay customs as well which i wont get back either and reading here i guessed returning it wont work anyways. I regret buying here so much!
To the company, you should think more long term.
DO NOT ORDER HERE ITS SCAM!
