I ordered my fiancé an opal ring fit to size as the same as her fitted engangment ring and it was way to small. Incase you're wondering she stayed exactly the same size throughout. ( not pregnant). I bought the ring well before her birthday and it don't fit. Her ring fit was eight and it came in far too slim. When we tried to get it resized they might as well have told us to go $#*! ourselves rather than just swap out the proper size. The warranty info sigh off on basically tells you to go $#*! yourself if you have a problem. All I wanted was a resize and I would have been happy. Upon further review I hat the stone tested and they are not real opal. FYI
I ordered a ring from moon magic... My first thought when I first received it was "O they sent the wrong ring!" I contacted the company to tell them I wanted to return the item. 2 days later I get an email telling me I can chose anther item. I wrote back saying I wanted a refund. 2 days later I get a response giving me info on how to mail back. I went to the post office and shipped the own back and held on to the heaving number. It has been over a week since they have received it and ironically they will not respond to my emailsand no refundhas been issued. The Ring was a total of $359.20 after I used a coupon code. Now I am going through my bank to try and resolve this. This company is a scam, the ring looked nothing like the pictures and the moon stone was cracked and looked horrible... I would advise people to order from somewhere else. They do not allow reviews to be posted on Facebook and deleate negative reviews on their own website.

I have the one that has 3 little stones, with another one.
The one with the 3 little stones changed colors, it was "rose gold" now it looks like COPPER.
Because of the COVID 19, I haven't use it, because I don't want to wash my hands and use hand sanitizer and damage them.
They are in their original box, since June. I am disappointed I really loved all the styles moon magic has, but I don't think I'll ever buy again
Their return policy is 14 days. That's about when the moonstone fell out of my ring. Wouldn't buy again. I ordered it July 9. It took a couple weeks to get here. Today is August 3. No stone.
The ring I ordered turned black after 2 weeks of gently wearing it. Their website says hassle free returns but this is not true. I couldn't have been more disappointed.
Ordered an item for Valentines day for partner after seeing the post from them on Instagram, aside from the almost two week shipping delay for "QA" that was solved minutes after I contacted them over email, afterwards they did not comment on anything and almost three weeks after my order has been placed, the item still has not arrived, when I emailed them again asking for an updated I was given a run around excuse and when I checked the tracking on my UPS order it didn't even have my address on it, instead it was replaced by two zeros and my zip code, which I mentioned in my email and still have yet to get any response despite the fast responses I received before when I asked about the items shipping. Not only am I incredibly dissatisfied, I am planning a charge back on my card for this.

I had gone back and forth on what ring to buy for my girlfriend and input my order multiple times. Well, apparently on the last instance, I selected the wrong gold. I have recommended the site include a page listing the specifications of each order prior to making the order final, maybe they do that. But this issue was probably on me for not ensuring the ring I ordered was exactly what I wanted. I reached out to the company using the email they provided and they got back to me very quickly. I had to eat the shipping cost to send the original ring back, but again, this was my fault so that is just part of getting what I actually meant to order. Sent the original ring back and within a week or so they sent me the ring I actually wanted. I was skeptical that they would follow thru on their promise to replace it, but they sent emails every step of the way so I knew exactly where things stood as far as my return and when the replacement would arrive. Now, I just need to see if my GF likes the ring, she picked it out, so hopefully she will be happy with the actual ring once she sees it. I would just say if you are skeptical that they will follow thru on their promises, they did with me and I would not be leery about buying from Moon Magic again.

Product looks nothing like photo on the website, they were supposed to be rose quarts set in rose gold, however the actual earrings are a clear cheap looking gem and not rose quart. This was purchased as a gift for my birthday. I was disappointed when I received it because I picked it out. Wanted this because it would match other items that I have from other vendors. I emailed their customer service and because it was past the 30 day return date there is nothing they can do. As stated, it was a gift. I would have never let my husband pay $79 for these earrings.

After I threatened to bring the matter of my very tarnished ring to the BBB and/or file a chargeback with my credit card, the company finally responded and said they would send me a new ring. The ring I received was much, much nicer than the original that I received. Not only was it the right colour (and not tarnished to a very dark brown), but the stone was also much shinier and cleaner. I am a lot happier with the new ring. However, I would still not recommend this company to anyone. Their quality control is clearly lacking and their customer service could use some work. You could buy better quality costume jewellery at a fraction of the price too. I shouldn't have to threaten a chargeback for them to replace a defective and unwearable ring. I am still blocked from all their social media because I posted my displeasure on it (the comment was also removed or hidden).

The worst customer service I have ever received from a company. When I ordered a set of rings and they arrived, they weren't as beautiful as the images but I was fairly satisfied. However after just 3-4 wears, one of the rings turned completely brown. The other ring was fine and made of the same material, so I assumed either their quality control was lacking or the very tarnished ring was defective. When I contacted the company, they stated it was over the 30 day return window. They offered 50% off a new ring, which I rejected because I didn't want to pay around $60+ to replace the defective ring. After this, the company refused to do anything about the issue and offer a replacement/refund. I even offered to resend the very tarnished ring. For something that is pricier but the quality of costume jewellery (or worse!) I am very displeased. I will be filing a chargeback with my credit card and a case with the BBB. Many people have issues with this company and I will tell anyone I can not to do business with them. Very shady, unprofessional company.

I paid extra for 2 day shipping. Originally it was suppose to arrive on the 16th, it didn't arrive until the 23rd. By coincidence, my partner purchased from Moon Magic the same night I placed my order (for our anniversary) her package arrived the next day and she didn't pay extra for shipping. I reached out on the 19th asking for some assistance on the whereabouts of my package. Customer support replies by email the tracking number in which I already had access to, that was my reply back to customer support. After waiting more than 24 hours for a response on the 21st I emailed customer support to begin the process for a return, to no avail. On the 23rd, I emailed customer support again to start the process of returning the 4 rings. I had to pay for shipping to send back the unwanted items. It is the 27th and I am still waiting for a response to see if I will actually be refunded.
I purchase the bundle of Nymph ring and Sovereign band. Gorgeous set! I didn't know moonstone in person and it looks like a relative of opal, gorgeous stone! I'm super happy with my purchase, and even with the wait, it worth it, it took about a month since I made my purchase to finally get the right size with me.
First I ordered size 5 and I'm 5.5, sadly it was too small, so I had to return them and wait another 2 weeks to get them back here in Canada. They exchange them with no hassles at all, super quick response and amazing customer service. Be aware you need to pay your shipping back to them and they will send them to you for free again.
SIZING: If you're in between sizes go up, at least in my case, there was no way I could wear size 5, size 6 it's a tiny bit loose, but nothing that breaks the deal. They won't come off.
The bad: the same risk purchasing anything to wear on internet, it may fit it may not. Just be aware you need to pay the shipping to them, they send back to you for free even when it's a exchange. And yes, waiting times, specially if you're not in the States, they send through DHL, but customs and processing is not up to Moonmagic. Just be realistic and patient, trust me it worth it. I love my pieces and I will purchase again soon.
The good! They worth it, they're very well made, beautiful designs, classy and NOT look cheap at all. They drag attention because they're very pretty.
Great customer service, they answered back very quickly, no hassles at all!
I will add some pieces in the future.
Area of opportunity for Moonmagic: Half sizes, that would be ideal.

Answer: Yes, the main stone in my ring fell out after four months and the company is refusing to refund me. It's only four months old. They say it's only got a one month warranty! A month?! They only have a month warranty because they expect them to break and don't want to give you your money back. Disgusting.
