Seriously obsessed! My first ring from Moon Magic was Moonstone Flourish, and I just recently tried their new floating design, the invisible band gives it this cool, magical vibe. Beautiful craftsmanship and the energy of these stones is simply amazing!
Purchased a lovely ring - "rose gold" rubbed away within 3 months of normal wear. When I messaged about this, they said it was normal wear and tear and outside of their return window so nothing to be done. Very disappointed and will never shop these products again. I would expect $20 for these rings, not $120.
My husband purchased the Harlow ring for my birthday in December. Purchased a jacket for my wedding ring and the engagement ring now looks absolutely terrible. Yellow cloudy stones. Embarrassing when people ask to see my rings as I've only just got married. I always take super good care and never wear my rings for cleaning, showering or anything like that.
Messaged to store and they basically said I have don't something to it and you can't wear the ring for even brushing your hair as it can make the stones turn.
Offered me 20% discount for 24 hours only. I wouldn't purchase another dud ring!
Left with a yellow looking engagement ring... know jt won't be long until the jacket goes the same way and the silver is all rubbing off the bottom of the rings too!

I'm shocked to learn that they delete complaints and honest feedback from customers on Instagram comments. One minute you see a complaint, the next moment it's untraceable. I bought an opal ring. It chipped in the first week and fell out in the second week. They want you to buy and say that the exchange of incorrect sizes are convenient and easy. It's extremely untrue. One of my rings didn't fit. I emailed them to find out where to send the ring to, and they don't respond. I also noticed that someone else had the same issue, but her comment got deleted. Untrustworthy service and product.

It's been 3 weeks since I ordered a necklace. Tracking doesn't give me any updates for 10 days! I contacted customer service ( you can do it by email only) no phone number. They are not helping at all telling me to contact USPS. However, it is only a sender who can investigate where the package is. There is no sender' address, I cant do anything and Moon Magic does not want to help. Technically, I was charged and never received anything. I am going to contact my bank and BBB.

My partner bought a necklace from Moon Magic for my 30th birthday but the stone fell out after wearing it once. My partner contacted the company but they are refusing to do anything about it. Such a waste of money. They also delete any negative comments/feedback on their website and Facebook. Why do that unless you are untrustworthy? Avoid at all costs.

I ordered a pair of earrings early December. Still not received them. E-mailed customer service and got a computer generated response saying they would get back to me in 3 days. That didn't happen. Have tried emailing them on numerous occasions. Nothing. My advise is DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY.
I bought my first necklace and not only did it arrive late but it arrived with the chain of the necklace tarnished. It's brownish in a few spots from the jewelry box that it came in. It made me wonder how long it was sitting in that box for for it to get tarnished like that. Never have I ever received a tarnished necklace before when it's suppose to be brand new. I contacted customer service and I'm still waiting on a reply.

This company is a big scam. I love a stone after wearing the ring less than 5 times.
I contacted the customer service who refused to do anything except to offer me to buy the ring again - is that a joke?!
They deleted all my negative reviews + blocked me so I cannot leave my feedback anymore.

Jewelry looked way different than pictured on the website. Customer service was very slow and bare minimum to not be called bad. Didn't reply to email, but sent a screenshot of an alleged reply they gave (but never sent). Had to pay to return their crappy product.

Bought a moonstone ring... it was super glued in to a thin and flimsy setting! Of course the stone fell out on the second wearing... and then the warranty only covered 1 month but with the long shipping time, that month had almost expired wheb it arrived as it goes from their export date. I left a review on this site and they changed their mind and sent a replacement. Awaiting its arrival and will update on the quality

I purchased their Moonstone ring June 2022. Immediately noticed the stone setting was off and poorly secured when I received it. Contacted Moon Magic for an exchange. They suggested I pay to ship the ring back to them, despite the fact that the reason for my exchange request was due to their manufacturing defect, and despite my having already paid shipping costs for the original (defective) ring. I chose not to incur the additional shipping costs (from Canada to USA), and had to keep the defective ring.
In July 2022, I wrote a review on their website expressing my dissatisfaction with their product and service. They did not post the review.
NOTE: Do not trust the reviews on their website; they solicit and post only favourable reviews.
Despite very minimal use, last month the stone fell out of the ring. Contacted Moon Magic again. They stated that their warranty "does not cover stone loss" despite the obvious manufacturing defect that caused the stone loss.

Such poor quality! I had my ring for two months and three side stones fell out. I contacted customer services and they said because its past their one month return policy, the best they can do is sell me the same ring at 50% off or I could purchase something of the same value as my ring off their site for 50% off! Such bull****! If I'm paying $80 for a ring it should not fall apart after two months and if it does this company should take better care of their customers by replacing it for free. Either way they would still be making money off me and I'm not falling for that! Also, I posted a 1 star review on their actual website and it doesn't show up... only 4 and 5 star reviews do... weird?

At first I was super happy with my new ring. I ordered the Opal Ring Gracious (80,-) and it was beautiful. However after I took it for a swim the ring became completely oxidized and dull, as if it was very old when in fact I had it only for about three months.
I contacted customer service for a refund, because they promote quality but it has been proven to me that that's not the case. They said the warranty is only one month and that I could get a reduction of 50% on my next order, but I won't be ordering again.
On the website there were no instruction on what you can and cannot do with your ring. I have multiple rings in that price category (from Ti Sento and Pandora) and this has never happened with those brands. I told them that, but they completely ignored it and they refused to give a refund.
So if you buy anything from there, DONT swim with it or use while your doing stuff.

The moon stone is faulty, broke in half but the rest of the ring is fine. They said they would replace the whole ring but since we had it sized the warranty is void. I even offered to pay myself to put a new stone in and send back the bad one... Will never do business with them again.

My boyfriend bought me a moonstone ring for my birthday. It was around £80 at the time. Having had the piece for only 2 months It came away from the band and snapped! For £80 this is terrible. When we contacted customer support they refused to do anything as they only offer a 1 month guarantee. They offered us a small discount for a new ring. Should we really have to spend over £100 for the sake of another poorly made product?

I had several small issues with this company, but the final straw was when they asked for my honest review and never published it. Will never trust an Instagram company again.
- Like others, I too had a problem with my Black Friday purchase being out of stock. It took much longer to arrive.
- Sizing is off and the rings run large.
- The raw moonstone ring I received looked nothing like the photo (see attached image). It was dull, cut into a rectangle, and you can SEE the setting it is mounted to.
- I received a follow up email asking for my review. I wrote that I was disappointed, but the customer service was helpful. The review was never published on their website. I am certain that they delete negative feedback on both their site and their Instagram page. I am also suspicious that they buy fake positive reviews.

I ordered a ring and necklace from Moon Magic. Unfortunately, the jewelery did not resemble the photos depicted on their website. As well as, the overall quality did not equal to the amount I paid. I reached out to customer service to return my items and they were very nice and responsive. However, I think it's moronic Moon Magic doesn't provide a return label. You have to pay out of pocket to send it back and they don't refund the "processing fee" charge from your original transaction. So I spent $30 and have nothing to show for it.

Be prepared to spend $30ish (return label & processing fee) if you don't liker your jewelery and have to send it back

I ordered the moonstone earrings. They arrived with two different size hooks so one hung longer than the other. They did respond to my email right away and sent me a new pair but it was still a disaster. The hooks didn't look the same (one shiny and one with more of a patina and they are still not the same size and one is bent!) I tried to post a review on their website and even after confirming it through an email they sent, it has never posted. So beware! You get sent crap and they don't allow your honest review.

This product is a bunch of crap. I received a ring for Christmas and it already has lost 4 stones. We contacted you once one stone feel out and you wouldn't do anything about it. My partner payed hundreds on a set of two rings off Moon Magic. When they arrived one of the rings had a black mark on the bottom of it and the other had a diamond missing. Both rings were cheap and nasty, light and looked like they had come form a dollar store. My partner has emailed the company for weeks now and no reply.

Purchased an opal ring online, the picture shows a solid opal with great coloring. They did ship out soon and was delivered before I expected it, but the quality of the ring is terrible. The "opal" is a cheap plastic gem with an opaque coating on it which I expect to wear off within a few days. The entire stone setting is also slightly crooked in relation to the band... it's still a cute ring, but something that I would not expect to pay more than $10 for, not the $80 that I actually spent.

I ordered all the way from Romania a ring for my mother. It said on the website it should arrive between 6 and 12 days. When i saw that the package it's late i emailed the company. The did bot respond, until the ring arrived in Romania after 1 week later. The ring is bad quality, it does not match the color from the pictures on the website and it looks and feels cheap.
