The waiter and hostess were very sweet and the ambience is beautiful, however, that doesn't offset the following:

We waited 30 minutes for our drink order.
The waiter took very long to uncork the wine.
Steak was not cooked to order and the sauce we requested was wrong. The side dish was not presented with main meal and only brought when we requested it.
Food was so flavorless I asked for salt. We had to take the top of the salt shaker and loosen the salt with a knife in order to use it.
Espresso was cold.
Final straw - 3 stalls in the ladies room and not one of them had toilet paper. They did however have extremely loud music.

Seriously I was waiting for someone to pop up with a hidden camera. It was so bad it was funny
