My experience with MoreTVParts was everything I want from every Ebay seller. I'm very happy with the purchase and shipping process.
The TV part I purchased from this site contained the wrong photo which led me to believe it was the correct part. After receiving the part I quickly knew this was not the part I needed. The part number was correct but I was trusting in the photo. The support person/owner was very responsive and offered to return my money after the product was shipped back. I opted to discard the part due to expense of shipping compared to money returned. I knocked off 1 additional star due to them refusing to acknowledge that the picture on Ebay and what I received were NOT the same. It is extremely important that these vendors post the correct photos for their items.
Everything is good except waiting one month for the remote to arrive.
