I bought an I home autovac eclipse and after the 1st use it started to malfunction. I emailed customer service with a full detail of my problem. Sean from customer service was able to apply a full refund upon my item return. My email was answered right away. Thank You!
I purchased 3 comforter from this company August 29 and still hasn't received them just got a tracking # Fed Ex received information August 29 and still waiting on the packages morning save took my money right away I've asked for a refund so I could by from Amazon cheaper and free delivery I had to pay 8 99 delivery from morning save buyer beware
If you make a purchase (sight unseen) and then you see it and it is not what you thought, they will not take it back. If they do decide to take it back, you have to pay for shipping (which cost half as much as the product) so you are stuck with the useless item and out of your money, Do not purchase from them unless you want to get stuck with whatever you receive. Terrible experience for me personally.
My issue involved several emails back and forth, and Jackie was helpful and very professional throughout the exchanges, thus ensuring that the issue was resolved in a satisfactory manner for all involved.

Very good deal for the entire nails kit and I am very pleased to use it on myself and doing my mother and sisters' nails. The product is very easy to use and they have helpful tutorials videos and live tutorials on their pages! I would recommend it

I was sent a defective item. I sent an email 2 days later. Morningstar responded that I needed to send a picture of the problem. I easily sent a picture. And shortly thereafter, I was given a refund. I'm very satisfied with the response. Thank you!

This review is for the Solar Interaction wall lamps. I purchased 1 set of 3 lamps but was somehow charged for 2 sets. I contacted customer service and was informed that all I needed to do was send the 2nd set back and I would be issued a refund. I was happy bout that, I always have great customer service from Morning Save. Anyway I proceeded to charge the set I did want and install them out side this long walkway on the side of my house and they work so well that I decided to keep that 2nd set that I was sent! Really happy with these, nice bright lighting and they stay on while I traverse the whole length of my walkway. I get to the end and look back and they are off, awesome! 100% happy with this product. I love shopping at morning save. Recently I purchased a couple of things at different times but I had to return at two different times. Both times I was assisted by Megan and she could not have been more helpful and cordial. I sure appreciate her care and concern for her customers. I first learned of MorningSave watching a Talk Show...never tried to order anything just checked it out...but finally I saw something I've seen in many stores but didn't want pay the prices placed on same product so expensive. Then I finally saw it very recently & couldn't believe how much! Definitely hurried & placed my order, just wish I ordered 2...hopefully it will offered again...MorningSave is the perfect name.BTW I ordered the MaxKare Shiatsu Shoulder Massager with Kneading & Heat...it is wonderful...love the loops for placing your wrist in and it is so great on my pain in my due a nerve pain but it has already help decrease that pain...plus it's saving me from going to therapy to pay a high copay for the same form of massage. My doctor approved this too.
I recommend both this product and MorningSave for GREAT FABULOUS DEALS!

Besides very nice products you do see in stores/online, they offer same items & even better hard to get things at much much better discount prices. If for any reason you do have an issue with delay in shipping or product(s) are wrong....they respond back quickly & take care of it immediately. Advice if you see something you want or been wanting....Get it for it will be sold out FAST!....

These glasses are perfect fit considering I have a small face. The quality is very good also the style. I got the Nova and the turquoise. My only regret is that I hesitated to order and when I finally decided to order I could only get the #1 instead of the 1.25 which was what I really needed. However, I am hoping that if they returned I will get the correct diopter that I need. This was a very good buy.

Unfortunately, I cant rate my item because I havent gotten it yet. I tracked it and on two different days it says it was delivered to the next town over. Then it says it's in a different state. I'm in New York and after it was in my area yesterday, today it says it's in Texas.
After receiving the product, I plugged it in to charge it. A red bar lit up which notes, abnormal operation. I made several attempts to charge it and all failed. I sent an e-mail and the product was replaced. I received the replacement product and it exhibited the same issue. I e-mailed to make a return and receive a refund. It then became obvious that a person was not responding and that it was computer generated. I was inquired as to what type of phone I had and did I remove the phone case. I wrote back stating the charging base was defective and would like a refund. Again it asked about the type of phone I had and if I removed the case. Beyond frustrated.

I ordered a couple of black solar lanterns last week and when they arrived one had a crack in the top. I reached out to the company with a photo and they gave me a full refund. I wasn't even asked to return the items. Will buy again with this kind of customer service!

I ordered a bracelet from this company. It was to be delivered between Dec 6th and Dec 10th. It is Dec 13th, and no bracelet. They do not have a phone number for customer service. I am waiting for a reply to my email. Their order "tracker" only tells you the progress of your order. There is no tracking number and I have no idea what delivery service is being used. Every time I check on my order online, it says it has been shipped. That was last week. I do not recommend this company.

I recently messed up when ordering and was lucky to get Wendy who was able to cancel my order and I then reordered to the correct address. The package arrived and I found that the backup camers was missing. I was not sure what to do so wrote to Wendy and she immediately apologised and ordered a new backup system at zero charge. No customer service no one you can talk to on the phone line. Everything's done online. They have all your information on your orders and when you want to return one specific item they should have all that information on what you want to return which I have given them the information on the item I bought all I wanted to do was return it and get a new one. Frustrated
I was surprised to actually receive a refund for the item ordered for Christmas that I did not receive. I had hoped to avoid a refund and still get what I ordered, but there was no communication. First email response said I was refunded. NOT! Second email I sent about never receiving my refund, they sent a refund to my bank. I dont like that there is no phone number and that they use a third party to deliver to save cost. I would prefer to pay more for a better delivery service and a choice of service.
After receiving the incorrect color sheets, I contacted them and was asked to provide a photo of the sheets, which I did. After receiving the photo, apologizing and responding that they would contact the vendor, they eventually said that the vendor said that no mistake was made and no further action would be taken. Ridiculous when it is glaringly obvious that the sheets are the wrong color and they had even acknowledged that by contacting the vendor! There are too many companies that value their customers to ever do business with this site again.
I had a problem with my very first order. I sent an email and these guys were on it like a flash! Fixed it. Fantastic customer service. I got my order like two days later. Perfecto! Could not be happier
