I bought an I home autovac eclipse and after the 1st use it started to malfunction. I emailed customer service with a full detail of my problem. Sean from customer service was able to apply a full refund upon my item return. My email was answered right away. Thank You!
I purchased 3 comforter from this company August 29 and still hasn't received them just got a tracking # Fed Ex received information August 29 and still waiting on the packages morning save took my money right away I've asked for a refund so I could by from Amazon cheaper and free delivery I had to pay 8 99 delivery from morning save buyer beware

I have had some issues with products I have purchased from Morning Save over the last 4 or 5 years and each time I have contacted customer service they have managed to surprise me with their quick response and satisfying results. My latest issue wasn't really a problem, but a question of saving some money. I had made a purchase on Dec 23 and on Black Friday it was put on sale for $30 less than I had paid for it. I checked on the status of my purchase and it was still being processed, so I asked since it had not been shipped yet could they give it to me for the Black Friday price. I was told unfortunately after the sale is made they can't adjust the price, but that they were able to apply a $30 coupon to my order that made the price equal to the Black Friday sale price. Not everyone tries so hard to keep their customers happy.

I ordered Airbuds True Wireless Stereo Bluetooth Earbuds with Charging Case and unfortunately they did not work as advertised and I think were defective because they didn't meet the claims of their operating abilities from the beginning. The reason I'm giving the 5 stars is for my amazing experience with Sean at Morningsave.com customer service. I wrote my issue today and less than 2 hours later I received a response from Sean to issue a refund back to my card in about 10 days and apologized for the defective items. I was worried at first because I have had bad experiences with online purchases in the past on other websites and this was the complete opposite, it was excellent and hassle free. I ordered a air fryer on June 23,2020 and today is July 15,2020 and I still have not received it. The tracking information has not been updated since July 7th and it was about 60 miles from me in Sanston, Va. I was trying to help a small business out and this is the service I get. I will never order anything else from this website, it's not a lot of money that has been billed to me but it's enough for me to turn this over to legal matters so no one else goes through this.

I purchased two sets of Airbuds earbuds for use with my iphone. I'd run into difficulty with one set and contacted the manufacturer. We didn't get the problem resolved so I contacted MorningSave support to report the problem. I problem got picked up by Chandler and he contacted me very quickly. Based on my email, Chandler processed a refund for the defective Airbuds. I could not have asked for any better customer service. 5 stars to MorningSave and Chandler.

I ordered two items on May 05,2020. It is now May 23,2020, and I have yet to receive. I have tracked progress through the USPS, and the items are allegedly on the way. I cannot believe it has taken soooooooo long for the items to arrive. It's not like the company is shipping items that are extremely bulky or heavy so there is absolutely no reason why it should take over at minimum so far 18 days for an item to travel from Carrollton, TX to Phoenix, AZ or anywhere for that matter. I will post another review once I have used the items... IF I ever receive!

There was a defect with a product i received and i'm almost positive it came from our postal service and i reached out to morningsave for a replacement or refund and i was suprised how quickly they got back to me, within hours i received my refund and also got a follwup to make sure i was happy! I ordered an item and received a notice that the item was delivered. Upon checking all over my house /yard it wasn't located. I contacted customer service and relayed my dilemma. I was emailed back the next day and assured that the item was accidentally marked delivered, that my item was still en route. She followed up a few days later. Very good customer service.

I had an issue with one of my orders, reached out to MorningSave and Taylor from Mercatalyst responded within a reasonable time span. He/She resolved my issue immediately! I have purchased several products from Morningsave.com. My general experience is that when you have an issue, the customer service is pretty quick and efficient to handle returns. They do want you to deal directly with the manufacturer though. I have found that they quality of the products is so-so at best. I have decided I can get just as good of a deal at big box department stores, Walmart, Target, etc, and have the ease of returning if there is a problem. I have come to the conclusion this is a site to unload junk products, or and overabundance of products that were just not that worthy to begin with.
I received the wrong order and emailed MorningSave. He asked that I send a picture of the label on the box I received. He confirmed what I received and said he would send it. I received it in 3 days. Thanks MorningSave!
I bought the Motif coffeemaker from Morningsave, this was my first purchase ever from this site. Unfortunately the carafe in the unit I received had a crack in it. After a simple email exchange with customer service, a replacement unit is on the way. I'm impressed. Thank you!

I recently ordered 3 Zmodo Pivot after Television "Extra" promoted the website "MorningSave"! I requested a refund for unopened devices 1 day after shipment arrived! I test 1 device but did not 2 devices!
This was my request: Device only works in the same as the router. Time-out/ connection issues with Zmodo app. I would like to return because the device did not work as advertised. Purchased: 3 devices
Reply: Sorry to hear that. I do know that we dont have replacements in house for these but this is covered by a 3 year warranty through Zmodo. If you reach out to them at https://www.zmodo.com/limited-warranty/, theyll troubleshoot that and if its defective theyll send you a replacement unit no problem.
Let them know that you purchased from Mediocre Corp (Morningsave.com parent company) and theyll take care of you. If you need a proof of purchase you can use a screenshot of your Your Orders page. Please let us know if you have any issues.
I was excited to receive my products, but it quickly turned to disappointment. The first product was the Predire Facial Mud Mask, and to remove the mask you use a magnetic hand wand. However the wand hardly had any magnetism in it, so in order to get the mask off I had to continually wash and wipe my face. My skin was sore and red once I got it off becuae the mask texture is like sand and all the rubbing irritated my sensitive skin.
But the second product, which was a book of facial masks came with mildew/mold all throughout it. This is a health hazzard especially because I have asthma. I opened the package and immediately had a headache.
Thankfully when I reached out to customer service they were responsive and offered a refund for the damaged items. I however, will never order anything from MorningSave again!
I recently bought a backup camera with a 4.3" display. I researched it prior to my purchase and have the internet history to prove it. When I received it, I thought the display was small, actually really small, and when I went to the manufacturer's website, I learned they make a 3.5" display, which is what I had received. I looked up my order on MorningSave and my item's page was deleted, but there was a new page with the same camera with a 3.5" display. So someone pulled a switcharoo on us! It's not worth sending it back for the postage alone! Will never purchase from MorningSave again!

It's not legit! I order the wireless earbuds, the charging case is black and where the earbuds goes its worn, dirty, you can tell that it's used. The charging cord is white. Now, when have you ever bought a electronic device and you get 2 different color accessories? I have contact Morningsave no responds

After receiving the smart watch I could not get it connected to my iPhone. Taylor tried to assist me but after a couple of tries, she decided the watch was defective, refunded my card but did not require me to repackage and return the watch. OK... so I bought an electronic product but it would not connect to my Wifi. Tried instructions, youtube, and online descriptions but it would not connect. Jayme from morningsave.com stepped up to help. I eventually had to send it back for a refund. Jayme made the difference from me being an angry dissatified customer and one that felt like a valued customer with a problem. I will continue to shop morningsave.com because of Jayme and the company's customer service.

All my packages I have received from MorningSave are all crushed. They do not put your items in another box; they just place the item in a shippng bag that is not insulated or padded either. Prices are great, but if giving an item as a gift, I wouldn't recommend buying from MorningSave.

I ordered two items from the business because Brad's Deals featured them. First item was for 12 solar lights. It's been over a month and when I emailed in, they said it was somehow "stuck in shipping". So, instead of just "unsticking it from shipping", they created a new order. Why? Because they didn't have the product in the very beginning. They are selling product that they don't have. 2nd product was a bug zapper. Same story, no

Another customer service person, named Meghan told me that I must not be receiving their messages. Really? Stay clear. I'm also steering clear of Brads Deals if they support this company.
I am very happy with this company and the service I received. I purchased a baby monitor from them and after a few days the parent unit stopped working. I contacted the company and they were no help, other than to say contact the merchandiser. I emailed MorningSave and they, very quickly, were happy to send out a whole new unit! No arguments, no complaints! I will be buying from MorningSave again in the future!
