I bought an I home autovac eclipse and after the 1st use it started to malfunction. I emailed customer service with a full detail of my problem. Sean from customer service was able to apply a full refund upon my item return. My email was answered right away. Thank You!
I purchased 3 comforter from this company August 29 and still hasn't received them just got a tracking # Fed Ex received information August 29 and still waiting on the packages morning save took my money right away I've asked for a refund so I could by from Amazon cheaper and free delivery I had to pay 8 99 delivery from morning save buyer beware
It wasn't the fault of morning save that my packages were delivered to the incorrect address. However, it would help to enforce the idea of taking pictures of items as they are left at doors by the delivering party.
Don't waste your money on the Zoe Ayla Professional Makeup Brushes. They are NOT Professional brushes at all. I bought two sets since I will be using them to do professional makeup applications. The makeup would not come out of the brush with just one use when I tried to clean them with soap and water. I am not able to use these on a second client since the makeup won't wash out and this is not sanitary. They are also poor quality and certainly not professional. Extra needs to quit using them and advertising for them. I am going to write to Extra next and then I am writing to my Credit Card company and I am putting a dispute in on these since they have false advertising on these! MorningSave won't take anything back. Buyer BEWARE!
I recently purchased 3 of the same product, and unfortunately one of them didn't work. When I reached out for help, Jayme (Mercatalyst), a customer service agent, replied almost immediately to my concern with a great suggestion and complete understanding. I was ultimately refunded for the product that didn't work, and I was treated like a 5- star customer! THANK YOU Jayme and all the others at this company who are dedicated to exemplary service! This company SUCKS wind. I'm glad my order didn't go through! If they dare to charge my card, I will raise HOLY HELL. I'm also going to report them to the Better Business Bureau. Saw this on Steve Harvey, can't believe he would affiliate himself with this scheme!
I recieved my facial serum with pump broke. I couldnt use it cause pump was built into glass. I emailed them 6 times in a month and they didnt have the courtesy to answer. Everything I've ordered from them is cheaplly made. Never will order from them again!

I made a mistake typing my shipping address, I realized it right away, I email them. Guess what they couldn't help me, it was too late, they wanted me to contact USPS, how is that going to help me. Don't order from them isn't worth it.

I have purchased several items from Monringsave, and other than the extremely slow shipping, it's been fine. Until you have an issue with an item. We purchased a Power Precision cooker, and it is defective. We immediately called the manufacturer and was told we need to contact Morningsave. I reached out to customer service via email (they have no phone number, and now I know why) and after waiting 2 days got a reply saying I needed to contact the manufacturer. So I did, only to be told that I needed to contact Morningsave. The product has been discontinued, and if I want a refund from Morningsave, I have to send it back (at my expense) and they will either refund or replace. Well the product has been discontinued (because they are defective) and now I sit and wait yet again for Morningsave to reply to my email.
I ordered the Joy Mangano Weekender + Tote in Steel Blue and Rose Quartz on 3/15/2019. When I received my order on 3/20/2019, I was missing the Rose Quartz Weekender bag. There was no packing slip or invoice. I immediately contacted them via their support link and received an automated reply that they have received my inquiry and would get back to me within 1-2 business days. Well, today is 2 business days and I still have not received any response regarding my missing order. I emailed their support link again and nothing as of yet. So I just made a complaint on the BBB. This is the worst customer service EVER! To have NO contact number for customers to call and receive assistance after spending money on your website... you had no problem taking my money, but couldn't get me my products. It's not rocket science or brain surgery!

I have not ordered from this company but I have had $2.19 charges on my credit card for several months in a row. Fortunately the credit card company has refunded these charges to my acct and put a stop on further charges from this company. I emailed them requesting information about the charges but they have not responded.
I ordered a smokeless grill. The price was good and the shipping was fast. Problem: The grill would not heat correctly. I had thrown away all the paper work and packaging. After a couple of months I happened to find the receipt tucked away in my Email and sent a note to the Morning Save, which seems to be the Mediocre Corp. in the Email I only stated that the item did not work but I could not return it. Almost immediately I had an Email response telling me that they were crediting back my money on my credit card. I was WOWED and amazed at that response. I didn't expect that. I have ordered other products from them and was pleased. Now I am exuberant with 'Teighlor', whom ever that is that wrote to me. I don't understand the word Mediocre, to me that means "not exceptionally good". They need to change their name to An Exceptional Corporation.

I have been trying to contact MorningServe at their site for 2 months plus, to return a purse. They did acknowledge receipt of my request a few times and said they would get back to me. After the second and third request, they told me again they would get back to me and informed me they work Monday through Friday. They also told me to check my spam; nothing was there. I still have not had this matter resolved. I have bought many products from them and have been very satisfied, but never had to return anything. I know they could care less, but I will never purchase anything else from them. Poor, Poor, No Customer Service
Purchased something that was SUPPOSED to come in bright colors — bright pink, yellow, green, blue and orange (first photo) and what arrived looked nothing like that (second photo). Very disappointed and will never order from them again.

I bought a couple watches one men's and one women's and they started falling apart a couple months after I bought them. Now I am trying to get my money back and it is a real pain. They don't have a phone number to talk to them so it's hard to talk to customer service. I have been a member for over a year and bought lots of stuff and was happy until lately with the watches and a few other items I bought from them. I have canceled my membership over this transaction. Very upset with. Morningsave it's making me put a one star i would rather it not even get a star

I purchased a Traklife vacuum from Morning Save and found it was not compatible with my android phone. Brandon in customer service helped me with all the steps of the return, sending me a prepaid FedEx label and a YouTube video to help me rebox the vacuum. There was no way I was going to repack that box on my own. Thank you Brandon. I have confidence in Morning Save and will purchase from them again in the future.

I had an issue with the Chrono Max Watch. It did not work well. I requested a refund and Sean was able to process it for me. The watch did not load the desired settings and the stopwatch would reset in the middle of the workout.

I like morning save because they work with you on return items, some they weren't able to do, like my dog car seat, but I can sell it or give to a dog who can use it. Other than that they have been fair. And I like that I don't have any shipping, that's awesome. I would like to have it easier to send back items that it is currently. Otherwise I like Morning Save.

I'm extremely disapointed with my purchase. My Ninja Intelli kitchen system came with a broken food processor bowl, totally useless. I've contacted customer support 2x and have yet to hear from them. I ordered two Ninja products from morning save the very same day, one arrived in an official Ninja box, the other arrived loosely packed in a brown cardboard box which contained the processor bowl. All I want is a replacement or a new processor bowl!
