I bought an I home autovac eclipse and after the 1st use it started to malfunction. I emailed customer service with a full detail of my problem. Sean from customer service was able to apply a full refund upon my item return. My email was answered right away. Thank You!
I purchased 3 comforter from this company August 29 and still hasn't received them just got a tracking # Fed Ex received information August 29 and still waiting on the packages morning save took my money right away I've asked for a refund so I could by from Amazon cheaper and free delivery I had to pay 8 99 delivery from morning save buyer beware
All around this web-site's Custer Support is Awesome! I haven't found any other web-site that offers such an assortment of items for purchase that are also a Great Deal!

I order a chrono watch, $40. It took 3 weeks when it finally arrived it can't be set there are no instructions only a code to scan it will give you a webpage in china to login, but it doesn't exist. I got a specialist to set it up and he could not do it. Morning save does not contact or provide address phone # or solution. So I'm stock with a $40.
But no way to set up time or use it. Don't waste your money is the second time I order from them none of them work. I keep on asking for a refund, will be happy to send the crappy item back. But no one answer. Next step BBB. Oneyda M
I ordered 7 things from them. # items had something wrong. The humidifier would not stay running, TrackR Pixel Bluetooth Tracking Devices comes with 3, only 1 work. Ordered a Tens Machine and it is missing the plugin that plugs into the wall. I have emailed them 4-5 times and have never heard from them. That is the sorriest online website I have ever used. You pay for the stuff and then you can not use them because it is already broken or missing a piece.DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE!

I ordered two purses as promoted on the Wendy Williams show. The small, cross-body size were cute and I ordered one in each color. What arrived in the shipment were two giant-sized purses that I will never use. My guess is they ran out of the ones I wanted and decided to substitute without my permission. Now they will not answer my emails (other than an auto-response saying they will respond in 48 hours but they did not) and they dont take phone calls. DOES ANYONE EVEN WORK HERE?

Durin my first time ordering I made a mistake and ordered 2 of the same items when I observed my mistake I contacted company help I left my email address but no response. 1week later I again left my email address I received a return response that they were to busy to return my response. I then emailed the person I found in the box with my item no response. I then emailed the person on my receipt no response it appears they could care less and only making the sale matters

I had any issue with postal jumbling of my package, it arrived damaged... I couldn't believe how easy it was to get it handled... The best part was that I didn't need to find them on line (good luck with that), they sent me a delivery notice and with that was a request to know how the order was... There was an easy peasy link to share the damage issue and I had an immediate response (who does that?), That has not been my experience with other merchant's, but MorningSave was/is different! They had a replacement sent the same day! Just a seriously easy experience and my order wasn't big... The person that emailed me back, several times was unbelievable... Truly terrific! Buy from this company they won't let you down.

Terrible service, I placed a order that I saw on Pickler & Ben. Quickly recieved the order but wasn't what the presented on the show. Not enough detail and I can't use it. Trying to return for 3 days now and can't get ahold of anyone. Very disappointed.

I purchased after seeing it on the Talk LUX TELESCOPE LENS AND 5 IN 1 CAMERA LENS KIT $27.99. My mistake... other sites have it for $14.99 and as low as $9.99
Don't order from Morningsave until you compare prices elsewhere first. I can't believe that "The Talk" would support this company.

I bought two pairs of earrings. Received one. The shipment had no packing receipt. They have no phone support, literally, they have no way of calling them, it's all by email. Or should I say multiple emails. I told them I received half the order, takes a couple of days for a response. Then they sent me a tracking # for the other half of the order. I looked it up after a couple of days and it was for an order going to another state. They forwarded someone else's tracking #. I sent at least 5 messages asking for my shipment, or a refund If they no longer had it. After several emails, Jayme had an attitude and said I told you I would get back to you when I had an answer. Hmmmm... didn't think it would take days for something so simple. HORRIBLE SERVICE! Will never order from them again! DON'T GET A MEMBERSHIP, YOU'LL BE SORRY! Thank goodness I didn't fall for that. Will be waiting for refund.
