I bought an I home autovac eclipse and after the 1st use it started to malfunction. I emailed customer service with a full detail of my problem. Sean from customer service was able to apply a full refund upon my item return. My email was answered right away. Thank You!
I purchased 3 comforter from this company August 29 and still hasn't received them just got a tracking # Fed Ex received information August 29 and still waiting on the packages morning save took my money right away I've asked for a refund so I could by from Amazon cheaper and free delivery I had to pay 8 99 delivery from morning save buyer beware

It arrived but didn't work. After contacting via e-mail and describing the problem, morningsave issued a new order. The new one worked, everything was timely, great service!
Recently I purchased an item from morningsave. Much to my chagrin it did not perform as expected. After attempting to get my money back (as i am living on a very small fixed-income), i was referred to the products warranty department. There should be a warning on the first page of the site that one should not purchase junk from this site unless THEY ARE ABSOLUTELY POSITIVE THE PRODUCT WILL WORK AS STATED. Very disappointed in the deception from morningsave and Steve Harvey.

Just learned that the single purchase I ever made from this company entitled them to charge me a continuous Subscription fee of $4.99 + tax that I never agreed to or saw. I will be ABSOLUTELY disputing all of the charges as well as NEVER ordering from them again. I have to put this here as you are NOT able to call Customer Service due to NO number and the form that you sign on their website leaves you in limbo NOT acceptable.

I ordered 2 items however they sent me wrong item and the other never came! Was charged for the wrong item and I requested a return shipping label or full refund! Marco (agent) vehemently refused to pay for shipping cost! WHY WILL A CUSTOMER PAY FOR SOMETHING THat THEY NEVER ORDERED? I reported this to VISA Fraud Dept!

I love this set, it is so soft and lightweight. The king pillow shams have a nice zipper close to the hem. Definitely a good deal as well. And fast shipping to boot. Very satisfied customer.

Placed and order then find out that I would not receive it for a month. Little did I know that when you place an order it automatically signs you up for a monthly membership as well. I called to cancel the order and membership. No refund a week later. I emailed their customer service and was told the item was refunded and membership cancelled. I have ordered quite a few things from you guys and have given out for Birthday and Mother's Day gift, unfortunately I lost my mother all of a sudden on 4/20/2019, so it was a sad day for my kids, granddaughters, husband and of course my self... I was able to get all the stuff I ordered for that day and for our New House that will be done the first week of July 2019, but then again my mother will not be physically there to celebrate it, something that she had always wanted me to do, due to the fact I have literally been fighting my Diagnoses of RA and Fibromyalgia since 2013 when I was 40 years old and the brand new diagnosis of Lupus this past year... I thank God Everyday that I am able to enjoy life with my family, but also thank him for a business likes yours that sell these things at a reasonable price... I recommend anyone to look into this, you will be amazed...

When I saw this on TheTalk on CBS, I purchased these sheets based on the claim of them keeping you cooler than other sheets. This is not true. I reached out to Morningsave and was told I could return them but I had to pay the shipping. The customer service rep, Sean, was not at all phased by my insistence that their false claim should cost me money! I will never purchase anything shown on the Talk again as the merchandise is in some cases as this falsely advertised. What a rip off!
