I bought an I home autovac eclipse and after the 1st use it started to malfunction. I emailed customer service with a full detail of my problem. Sean from customer service was able to apply a full refund upon my item return. My email was answered right away. Thank You!
I purchased 3 comforter from this company August 29 and still hasn't received them just got a tracking # Fed Ex received information August 29 and still waiting on the packages morning save took my money right away I've asked for a refund so I could by from Amazon cheaper and free delivery I had to pay 8 99 delivery from morning save buyer beware
I ordered a King sheet set on Nov 13 and the package never arrived and it is late Dec. I had to fight with them but I asked for a full refund. Both Fed and USPS could not find this package. It is a scam.
The sheets never arrived and this company has poor customer service and I waited over 1 week to get someone to write back from customer service.
My wife and I have purchased many items from Morningsave and have been very pleased with the quality of the merchandise. They also stand behind their products. If you have a problem just contact them and they will try to make it right. Mrbhb1
I had a product (JBL headphones) quit working after 60 days. I sent an email to MorningSave, and Jackie responded immediately. She was polite, very helpful and resolved the issue. I have purchased a couple of items from MorningSave and have been very happy with the results. I will definitely continue to buy from them.

Purchased a brush straightener that doesn't heat up and doesn't show you the heat setting! Contacted customer service due a return authorization number and they want me to contact manufacturer! I would not purchase anything from them unless your 100 percent sure you won't be returning it! I will report them to the Better Business Bureau and report them to the shows that I saw them advertising on... Entertainment Tonight, Inside Edition, etc. They should know that this company does not back up the products they sell. Terrible customer service.

I had an issue with one of the items I ordered but they insisted that I keep the item and they refunded my money. Although I hate that the product did not work for me, their prompt response will definitely not reflect my ordering in the future! Everything else I ordered was exactly as described!

I have been a consist customer of Morning Save, purchasing various items at an extremely low price. The majority of the items have been pretty good sometimes not quite what you expect, but the Customer Service is Cass A Excellent, barr none. They seem to always be amenable to rectify the issue when there is one. The latest situation the Customer Service Rep "Taylor" really took the liberty to respond and provide the best practice of customer service with options and sincerity. I would give Taylor a grade A of customer service and appreciate the personal support to ensure that there was a satisfactory solution. Thanks goes a long way when its genuine and so does great customer service.

I purchased a humidifier only to find out that there was a factory default in it. Package had factory seal. Screw cap for the water tank was defective. With discussions and even a photo from me they immediately agreed with the defect and settled with a full refund. The buyer needs to be proactive in the request for assistance.

I purchased an item from the site for the first time. Once it finally processed, I received a tracking number. I kept checking it and it went from TX to NJ to CT, where it has been stuck with no status updates for over a month in it's trek to Iowa. Why it went from TX to the east coast instead of straight up the map is a mystery to me! It took several attempts to get MorningSave to realize that this package was somehow lost and finally they offered a refund. It might have been nice if they offered to rush ship a replacement item to me but that was never offered. I will NEVER order anything from them again. Lesson learned!

I am so please with the customer service of this company. I purchased a Fitbit tracker and could not get it to work. I contacted MorningSave and was told I would need a portable device with Bluetooth in order for it to work. I explained being an older person, I did not have a Bluetooth device. I am old school and still have a landline phone. Well these wonderful people, even though my purchase stated no refund if you have buyers remorse because you are receiving the items at a such a considerable discount, went above and beyond what I call good customer service. I explained I would have to save up my money (being retired) to get this Bluetooth thing. Well these wonderful people not only refunded my money, but allowed me to keep the tracker I ordered. Talk about making a customer happy they did that for me. I will definitely continue to shop with MorningSave, Again thank you MorningSave.
I placed an order for 3 items instead of 1 due to system error and I contacted customer service. Taylor was excellent, she emailed me promptly and told me exactly what to do when my orders were delivered. Taylor was able to assist me in refunding my money the very next day after sending my orders back. Kudos to Taylor for excellent service!

I recently bought the ear pod from them. The right ear pod kept falling out of my ear and the left one was fine (would never fall out). I was listening to music while cleaning my house and it fell and was not able to catch it in time and it broke while hitting floor. I sent customer service a message asking for a replacement and they told me they they don't cover accidentals. Will never buy from them again. The worst.
I made my first purchase from Morningsave and can't be happier. I purchased a Shark cordless vacuum and absolutely love the product. It is great and I bought it at an amazing price. Then to make it better I saw it at a lower price on Morningsave and they gave me a credit for the difference in price. That is what a great company does. I will be purchasing more items from them. The product I received was defective. I was skeptical of the return process which required communication only through email chat. After a couple of back and forth exchanges related to why the product didn't work, I was given a full refund and no other time or expense needed to return the product. In this digital age of communication I was pleasantly surprised with the level of service and ease.
Taylor was very helpful in issuing a refund on a order I had a problem with. She responded to my email within a couple of hours and offered to resend a new item or refund. Thank you so much for your quick response I really appreciate your great customer service!

Have ordered many products from them, are as advertised and they arrived quickly with no problem. One order was shown delivered, but was not here. Contacted them and they answered me quickly, checked on it and got back to me. I checked the post office and they showed it scanned at our house and delivered. Contacted Morningsave, again and told them and they called the order stolen. They offered me a refund or replacement and I chose replacement and have been advised, by them, it is being shipped again to me. This all in a matter of days. Can't go wrong by buying from them.

I am trying to return 2 items and can not get an answer how to do so. When I email them even reponding to their e-mail saying it was ordered, it was returned to me as spam to them. What kind of company does business like this, you better get me a refund fast as I don't play. All your TV shows are going to hear from me.

I had a problem receiving my order for a bug zapper. Kevin was so helpful, and professional! Without question, he shipped a replacement order. 2 days before receiving the replacement, the original order came! I advised Kevin I would like to keep them both. I have received a lot of items from "Morning Save" and so far only 1 hiccup and that was the bars with the zippers. The zippers didn't stay zipped. Other than that, I am really happy with all the other items I have received, magnetic eyelashes, bee pollen face cream, hair dryer/styler.and they refunded my $$ for the bras, great company

This was my third purchase and certainly will be my last. I had purchased 2-Pack: My Fit "One Size Fits Always" Denim Jeans in size 14-20. I am a size 14. The jeans did not fit at all, were very poorly made. I requested a return on 4/30/20 and received a generic reply that they would respond to my request in 3 business days. On the third business day, I sent a request for return again and received the following response from Marco@ Morning Save:
"Hello,
As stated on the product page, we are unable to accept returns of this item due to sizing."
So, let me get this straight, the jeans that were marketed as one size fits always and they do not fit and they won't accept a return. That is a scam, ripoff, fraud, theft. Avoid Morning Save. Unscrupulous business tactics.
