I bought an I home autovac eclipse and after the 1st use it started to malfunction. I emailed customer service with a full detail of my problem. Sean from customer service was able to apply a full refund upon my item return. My email was answered right away. Thank You!
I purchased 3 comforter from this company August 29 and still hasn't received them just got a tracking # Fed Ex received information August 29 and still waiting on the packages morning save took my money right away I've asked for a refund so I could by from Amazon cheaper and free delivery I had to pay 8 99 delivery from morning save buyer beware
The product I received was not the best. Must have been a default. I have ordered other items from this website with no issues. I gave a star for the customer service. They were great! Very understanding and responded to my concerns fairly quickly. One default item will not stop us from ordering in the future especially when they have awsome customer service that don't put up a fight when a customer is not satisfied with the product.
ABSOLUTELY! As with all purchases anywhere, sometimes things go wrong. When I had something "go wrong" with an item purchased through Morning Save recently, "Taylor" rode in and saved the day! This rep was far more than reasonable. I could not have asked for a fairer outcome. This has been my experience with all of these folks at these three sites. I buy with CONFIDENCE that if something goes wrong, they will make it right!

I do have to say I did not have an issue when I had a problem with an item that I returned. They Responded per day 2 as stated in the auto email. It was no miss no fuss I recieved a full refund! Thank you morning!

I ordered these headphones for my daughter in law, she loved them when they arrived. Unfortunately they wouldn't charge. Sent an email to Morning Save, next day they replied back apologizing and they were sending a new pair and there was no need to send the defective pair back. This was actually my third time ordering from them. Love the products and now I can say love customer service. A+ (Sorry it wouldn't let me upload a photo)

I ordered a zenlogic music player from MorningSave and when it arrive the internal battery was defective and could not be charged although the unit worked fine on external power. I wrote to them about the problem and they responded within a day and sent me a replacement unit directly, no questions asked. I received the replacement today and charged it up fine. It works as I expected. They offered outstanding service.
I bought a product that had a problem. I contacted MorningSave Customer Service via their web site email. I received an email reply within the stated two day window. I interacted with Chad who was very understanding and a pleasure to work with. He immediately sent me an RMA and Fedex return label. I shipped the product back and received a complete refund within two days. All good.

I was pleasantly pleased to have had a quick response to an order I had purchased but not received.
I have purchased numerous items and all were extremely well received. The one item I referred to had said delivered but I didn't receive. Once I notified them, a replacement was sent out immediately. They are competent and thorough.

I've order many products and have only been a member for about 2 months. I've only had 1 issue which was my fault. My phone froze and accidentally ordered 2 marc newyork hoodies sweaters. (Which are amazing) Jonathan (Mercatalyst) was very friendly and professional. I thought the sweater went missing after I sent it back with my mail carrier. But I was able to get my money refunded. So pleased with everything so far and no complaints.

I went to this site because I wanted to buy a drone I saw on Extra. It showed up but the shipping package was damaged and the drone box was crushed in. I was giving it as a gift so I wanted to return it and get a new one with an undamaged box. The customer service folks were super nice and sent me a new one right away and made returning the other one very easy. Since then I've bought 2 other things from them and have been very happy with the quality.
I placed an order from Trendy at Wendy for an Air Fryer on May 5th I still have not received the product. The product took 15 days to process now it is stitting at a location in NJ, No on has any info and Morningsave reports someone follow up within 7 business days online. This is the worst experience I have had ordering a product online. I would not suggest ordering anything from Morningsave. I will also report this experience to all that advertise this products or service.

Bought several electric items and none worked beyond a month. Smart watches we're a disaster. Associates were all nice and considerate and willing to exchange, even without a receipt in one situation.

Delivery leaves something to be desired, the product went from Texas to Georgia to North Carolina to Alabama to Tennessee. Looks like it had about four chances to drop off at my house. Customer service is awesome, refunding my delivery fee. It's all good.

I placed an order and mistakenly listed an incorrect address for shipping. When I received my tracking that the package was delivered, I realized that the incorrect (non-existing) address showed. I contacted the shipper and got a very quick response to check with the delivery company, who then referred me back to the shipper. I emailed Ashley W who quickly responded and took care of getting me a refund and immediately received credit on my account. Thanks for excellent customer service and the quick response!

The Talk had a segment that showed highly recommended products at a discounted price for the holidays. The product I bought was late for delivery AND it's damaged. OOK, I know that happens. However, I'm having trouble with MorningSave.com helping me with return process. I contacted them via email within 21 days of purchase. I shouldn't have to keep a product that isn't 100% satisfactory.
I had an issue with one of my orders. I wrote to customer service and Jackie got back to me the next day. She asked a couple of questions and I answered them and sent a picture. She responded super fast and took care of my problem.
