I purchased 3 comforter from this company August 29 and still hasn't received them just got a tracking # Fed Ex received information August 29 and still waiting on the packages morning save took my money right away I've asked for a refund so I could by from Amazon cheaper and free delivery I had to pay 8 99 delivery from morning save buyer beware
I have ordered several items from Morningsave over the past few months (clothing, kitchen appliance, health care, etc), and have been thrilled with the quality and savings every time.
I purchased 3 watches from Morning Save after watching the TV show, the Talk. They were $39 with a supposed leather wristband and "real diamonds" In no way, did these watches represent the shiny, bright, and colorful watches they aired on their program.
They were purchased as gifts for my family and are a true embarrassment! Your company ought to be a shame for trying to fool not only seniors but the public period. I am on a fixed income and I never thought I would be ripped off by a show I watch and enjoy dearly. I am TRULY DISAPPOINTED & HURT. Now I am stuck with these watches wondering what to do. They are not suitable for any family, friends, or relatives.
I WILL NEVER ORDER ANYTHING FROM MORNING SAVE OR THE TALK AGAIN!

I purchased several items placed 1 order with 11items shipping was awesome everything came so quickly. I was so excited to receive my items. BEWARE if you buy the electric toothbrush stick to white because a black unit and a white cord looks terrible cheezy disappointing as it looks at least the job gets done. Watch for price fluctuation nothing like purchasing an item for $39 and 2days later it's going for $29 and to receive a credit for further purchase good luck the items don't come with a purchase slip I'm sick of hearing about no items can be returned do to CoronaVirus items don't get the virus I recently purchased 3 anti Sterile sharper image and ended up with three plastic boxes I don't see the UV lighting if you lose the cord you got nothing but garbage maybe it's broken who knows

Order of two flashlights with work light capability arrived in good time but one flashlight did not have the necessary DC charging cable. The customer service number printed in the box was a non-working number.
Although Morningsave committed to responding within seven business days, I received a response in three days and the issue was resolved within five days of my contacting Morningsave. Megan was great; this was true CUSTOMER SERVICE!

When I realized I got the wrong item I got an immediate response from Brittany and she was very response to my request she answered my email within 24 hours and she was very empathetic to the wrong item being set and she is just one hell of a customer service rep

We purchased 3 soap/sanitizer dispensers for the Lions Club Community Center in Las Cruces New Mexico and shortly after purchase found that all 3 units were not functioning! We reached out to the customer service staff of the manufacturer only to find out they only handled the warranty exchanges and not refunds. They advised me to get a refund that I would need to reach out to the place we purchased them. So we did and were ASTONISHED and how quickly and hassle free the process was! Shortly after emailing in with the explanation we received an email indicating that our refund is being processed! I would highly recommend MorningSave for SUPER great deals and even better customer service!

I brought some big item from here and they were shipped out without any protection on them so everyone who worked on getting it to me knew exactly what I brought. I didn't recieve one of my items and I have contacted them over several times but no one has contacted me yet. I'm done buying from here. They don't have a number for these issues and they don't care about the customer. After I get everything together I'll be closing my account. DON'T BUY FROM THEM THEY DON'T CARE ABOUT WHAT YOU'RE GOING THROUGH. THEY JUST TAKE YOUR MONEY AND DON'T CARE!

I'm not sure how people can give Morningsave.com a rating above, true they have some great deals however, their shipping "sucks" and I'm not stating this because of the Pandemic! I've been ordering from Morningsve.com for going on 2 years and their shipping has always "sucked". Currently I've been waiting on an order since the 29th of December, still haven't arrived to this day. Last tracking info, courtesy of USPS is as follows (December 31,2020 at 10:03 am Departed Shipping Partner Facility, USPS Awaiting Item GRAPEVINE, TX *******, its now the 14th of January 2021 and this package has still not been received by the USPS.
This is not my first time complaining to Morningsave.com about their preferred shipping partner, in my opinion Morningsave.com needs to partner with another more reliable shipping partner.

Once a member you'll get free shipping however, "the shipping sucks", they (morningsave.com) uses Pitney Bowes which passes the parcel on to the USPS. "Pitney Bowes holds your package at a location for days, I'm waiting on a package which has been at a Pitney Bowes location for about two (2) weeks now, and has been this way for almost two (2) years now.

I ordered a tent on July 23rd to us on a trip The week of August 9th. According to the order I would revive it in plenty of time. I sent a message on the app, concerned my item would not arrive on time for my trip. I got a response asking me to wait another day or two for tracking info to post. On Friday August 7th I still did not have the tent and no tracking information was posted. I responded in the message asking that the order be canceled and a refund be issued. I received a quick response that the order was cancelled and I would be issued a refund. WOW now that is great customer service for sure! I will definitely purchase items again from Morning Save with great customer service
